Claims (8)
- 内部にセラミック繊維が延び、かつ金属母材の複合材料でできたインサートを有する、管状構成部品を製造する製造方法であって、
被覆されたフィラメントの接合されたシート(21)を金属マンドレル(24)の周りに覆い被せる工程を含み、
各フィラメントが、金属シースで覆われたセラミック繊維を含み、
フィラメントが、スポット溶接で接合されており、
シートの斜めにされた端部が、マンドレル(24)の一端の周りに巻き付けられ、次にシートが、マンドレルの周囲に縁部を互いに隣り合わせて螺旋状に覆い被せられることを特徴とする、管状構成部品を製造する製造方法。 - すでに覆い被せたシートの周りに、被覆されたフィラメントの接合されたシートを配置する少なくとも1つの追加工程を含む、請求項1に記載の管状構成部品を製造する製造方法。
- マンドレル(24)と被覆されたフィラメントの接合された1つ以上のシート(21)とが、金属シースに挿入され、アセンブリ全体が、熱間等静圧圧縮によって小型化される、請求項1または2に記載の管状構成部品を製造する製造方法。
- 熱間等静圧圧縮の前に、マンドレルの各端部が、金属円板に溶接される、請求項3に記載の管状構成部品を製造する製造方法。
- 接合された1つ以上のシート(21)が、シートを製造する方法によって形成され、該シートを製造する方法において、被覆されたフィラメント(8)が、シート状になるように互いに隣り合って並べられ、かつ駆動モジュールによってレーザ溶接装置(13)を通過して並べて駆動され、レーザ溶接装置(13)が、隣接フィラメント間にスポット溶接点(19)を形成する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の管状構成部品を製造する製造方法。
- 2つの電極(33、34)間の接触溶接方法と中間周波数の電流を2つの電極間でシート及びマンドレルに流すことを用いて、シートがマンドレルまたはすでに覆い被せたシートに固定され、
1つの電極がシートに付けられ、1つの電極がその支持体に付けられ、
電流を流すことにより、固体状態の拡散による溶接を誘導する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の管状構成部品を製造する製造方法。 - シートが、覆い被せの開始時と終了時の両方においてシートの両端で固定される、請求項6に記載の管状構成部品を製造する製造方法。
- シートが、長手方向の帯部に沿って固定されている、請求項6または7に記載の管状構成部品を製造する製造方法。
