Description
解放側摩擦締結要素の解放側油圧を所定勾配で低下させ、締結側摩擦締結要素の締結側油圧を所定勾配で上昇させることで掛け替え変速を行う第1トルクフェーズ制御手段と、を備えた自動変速機の変速制御装置(特許文献1、参照。)が開示されている。

Claims (7)
- 車両に搭載され、エンジンの回転速度を変速する自動変速機であって、
複数の摩擦締結要素を選択的に締結することで複数の変速段のいずれかを締結する変速機構と、
前記変速機構の変速を制御する変速制御部と、
を備え、
前記変速制御部は、
前記変速機構において、トルクフェーズ後のイナーシャフェーズを行う変速を実施することを決定した場合に、当該変速の動作に先立って、解放側摩擦締結要素の締結圧を減少させて、当該解放側摩擦締結要素をスリップさせ、
前記変速機構の入力回転速度と出力回転速度とが所定の回転速度差範囲となるように前記スリップを制御し、
前記スリップが所定の回転速度差範囲で所定時間以上維持した後、前記トルクフェーズの開始前に、締結側摩擦締結要素の締結圧を上昇させて前記解放側摩擦締結要素のスリップを解消し、
前記解放側摩擦締結要素における前記スリップの開始から解消までの動作に基づいて、前記変速機構の変速時に前記締結側摩擦締結要素を解放状態からトルク伝達開始状態とするための制御量を学習することを特徴とする自動変速機。 - 前記解放側摩擦締結要素のスリップの解消の開始から前記解放側摩擦締結要素のスリップの解消が完了するまでの速度が速いほど、前記制御量としてのトルク伝達開始油圧を小さくすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動変速機。
- 前記締結側摩擦締結要素の締結圧の上昇開始から前記解放側摩擦締結要素のスリップの解消が完了するまでの時間が短いほど、前記制御量としてのトルク伝達開始油圧を小さくすることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の自動変速機。
- 前記締結側摩擦締結要素の締結圧の上昇開始から前記解放側摩擦締結要素のスリップの解消が完了するまでの時間が長いほど、前記制御量としてのプリチャージ油圧を大きくすることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の自動変速機。
- 前記解放側摩擦締結要素の再締結の開始から前記解放側摩擦締結要素のスリップの解消が完了するまでの速度が速いほど、前記制御量としてのプリチャージ油圧を大きくすることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一つに記載の自動変速機。
- 前記解放側摩擦締結要素のスリップの解消の開始から前記解放側摩擦締結要素の再締結の完了までの速度が所定の禁則速度よりも遅く、かつ、前記締結側摩擦締結要素の締結圧の上昇から前記解放側摩擦締結要素のスリップの解消が完了するまでの時間が所定の禁則時間よりも短い場合は、前記制御量を学習しないすることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の自動変速機。
- 前記解放側摩擦締結要素のスリップの解消の開始から前記解放側摩擦締結要素のスリップの解消が完了するまでの速度が所定の禁則速度よりも遅く、かつ、前記締結側摩擦締結要素の締結圧の上昇から前記解放側摩擦締結要素の再締結の完了までの時間が所定の禁則時間よりも短い場合は、前記プリチャージ油圧を学習しないことを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の自動変速機。
