Description
Claims (10)
- 主延伸面(p)に平行に延び、かつ周囲の縁側面(4)と第1の媒体用の第1のプレート隙間(5)および第2の媒体用の第2のプレート隙間(6)とを有するプレートパッケージ(3)を形成するように互いに近くに設けられた複数の伝熱板(1、2)を有し、
伝熱板が、1枚おきに第1の伝熱板(1)によって形成され、残りの伝熱板が第2の伝熱板(2)によって形成され、前記第1の伝熱板(1)が、前記第2の伝熱板(2)と一緒に、前記第1のプレート隙間(5)を囲む一対の伝熱板(1、2)を形成し、前記プレートパッケージ(3)が、前記伝熱板(1、2)の複数の対を有し、
前記各伝熱板は、前記プレートパッケージ(3)を貫通して延び、かつ前記第1のプレート隙間(5)と連通するポートを形成する少なくとも2つのポートホール(8、9)を有し、
前記伝熱板(1、2)が、前記第2のプレート隙間(6)が前記周囲の縁側面(4)を貫通して開放されるように構成されるプレート熱交換器であって、
それぞれの前記第1の伝熱板(1)が、2つの別個の第1の湾曲部(21)を有し、それぞれの前記第2の伝熱板(2)が、2つの別個の第2の湾曲部(22)を有し、
2つの前記第1の湾曲部(21)は、前記第1の伝熱板(1)のそれぞれの縁部に沿って互いに向かい合うように設けられ、2つの前記第2の湾曲部(22)は、前記第2の伝熱板(2)のそれぞれの縁部に沿って互いに向かい合うように設けられ、
伝熱板(1、2)の各対において、各対の前記2つの伝熱板(1、2)が互いに対して所定の位置につくように、前記第1の湾曲部(21)が第2の湾曲部(22)と協働するように構成され、
前記第1の伝熱板(1)の各ポートホール(8、9)は、伝熱板(1、2)の各対が伝熱板(1、2)の隣接する対に対して所定の位置につくように誘導するために前記第2の伝熱板(2)の向かい合うポートホール(8、9)と協働するように構成され、
それぞれの前記第1および第2の伝熱板(1、2)は、前記延伸面(p)に対して押圧方向に延びる圧縮成形されたパターンを有し、
各前記第1の湾曲部(21)は、前記第1の伝熱板(1)の前記延伸面(p)に対して第1の方向に延び、かつ、曲面を有しており、
各前記第2の湾曲部(22)は、前記第2の伝熱板(2)の前記延伸面(p)に対して第2の方向に延び、かつ、曲面を有しており、前記第2の方向は、前記押圧方向と同じ方向で前記第1の方向とは逆の方向に延びることを特徴とする、プレート熱交換器。 - 前記第1の方向および前記第2の方向は、前記延伸面(p)に対して横方向に延びることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のプレート熱交換器。
- それぞれの第2の伝熱板(2)は、完成した前記プレートパッケージ(3)内でそれぞれの第1の伝熱板(1)に対して180度回転させられることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のプレート熱交換器。
- 前記第1の湾曲部(21)および前記第2の湾曲部(22)は、完成した前記プレートパッケージ(3)内で同じ方向に延びることを特徴とする、請求項1または3に記載のプレート熱交換器。
- 各伝熱板(1、2)は、湾曲部(21、22)を貫通して延びる長手方向中心線(x)に沿って延びることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のプレート熱交換器。
- 前記プレートパッケージ(3)内のそれぞれの第2の伝熱板(2)は、前記伝熱板の前記中心線(x)の周りを180度回転させられることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のプレート熱交換器。
- 前記第1および第2の伝熱板は前記プレートパッケージ内で互いに取り外せないように接合されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のプレート熱交換器。
- 各ポートホール(8、9)は周囲のポート領域(10、11)を有し、各伝熱板(1、2)の第1のポートホール(8)の周りの前記ポート領域(10)は、前記延伸面(p)に対して第1の高さ(p’)に配置され、各伝熱板(1、2)の前記第2のポートホール(9)の周りの前記ポート領域(11)は、前記延伸面(p)に対して第2の高さ(p”)に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のプレート熱交換器。
- 第1の対の伝熱板(1、2)の前記第1のポートホール(8)の周りの前記ポート領域(10)は、隣接する第2の対の伝熱板(1、2)の前記第2のポートホール(9)の周りの前記ポート領域(11)に嵌合いするように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のプレート熱交換器。
- 前記第1の対の伝熱板(1、2)の前記第2のポートホール(9)の周りの前記ポート領域(11)は、前記隣接する第2の対の伝熱板(1、2)の前記第1のポートホール(8)の周りの前記ポート領域(10)に嵌合いするように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のプレート熱交換器。
