の偏光と偏光の性質(OT TMあるいはOT TE)との両者が同時に、光の波長に依存する透明度Tに影響を与える。非偏光としてOT unpolで示された曲線が、それぞれTM偏光およびTE偏光としてのOT TMとOT TEの2曲線の間に伸びている。
Claims (18)
- 複製ラッカー層(22)を有する多層フィルム体の形態のセキュリティエレメント(11)であって、
座標軸xおよびyによって画定される平面には前記セキュリティエレメントの第一領域に第一レリーフ構造(25)が前記複製ラッカー層(22)に形成され、
前記セキュリティエレメント(11)の前記第一領域および前記セキュリティエレメント(11)の隣接する第二領域に前記座標軸xおよびyによって画定される前記平面に対して一定の表面密度の金属層(23)が前記複製ラッカー層(22)に適用され、前記第一レリーフ構造(25)は個々の構造エレメントの深さ/幅比が0.5より大きい回折構造であり、前記金属層は公称厚さt0で生成され、この公称厚さt0では、前記金属層(23)の透明性が前記第二領域における前記金属層の透明性に対して前記第一領域の第一レリーフ構造(25)によって増加することを特徴とするセキュリティエレメント。 - 前記金属層(23)は、最大反射度の85%〜95%の金属層の反射度でゼロに等しい深さ/幅比で前記金属層(23)のフラット表面への適用に相応する表面密度で前記複製ラッカー層(22)に適用されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセキュリティエレメント。
- 前記レリーフ構造(25)の深さは前記座標xおよび/またはyの関数の形状であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のセキュリティエレメント。
- 前記関数は確率的な関数であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のセキュリティエレメント。
- 前記関数はsin2(x、y)の関数であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のセキュリティエレメント。
- 第二レリーフ構造(26)が前記隣接する第二領域で前記複製ラッカー層(22)に形成され、前記第二レリーフ構造の前記個々の構造エレメントの前記深さ/幅比が、前記第一レリーフ構造の前記個々の構造エレメントの前記深さ/幅比よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1つに記載のセキュリティエレメント。
- 前記第二レリーフ構造(26)は0.2より小さい深さ/幅比を有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のセキュリティエレメント。
- 前記第二レリーフ構造(26)は0.5より小さい深さ/幅比を有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のセキュリティエレメント。
- 前記第二領域は、パターン領域であり、前記第一領域は背景領域であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか1つに記載のセキュリティエレメント。
- 前記第一レリーフ構造(25)および/または前記第二レリーフ構造(26)の前記深さ/幅比は前記x方向および/またはy方向で変化することを特徴とする請求項6乃至8のいずれか1つに記載のセキュリティエレメント。
- 前記第一領域または第二領域はマクロ領域においてラスタされた構造であり、前記マクロ領域では、前記マクロ領域の大きさおよび/または前記ラスタ間隔が人間の眼によって分解され得る前記間隔であるかあるいはより小さいことを特徴とする請求項1乃至10のいずれか1つに記載のセキュリティエレメント。
- 前記第二レリーフ構造は、パターン、マクロ構造あるいはマット構造を生じる光学回折効果を有する構造であることを特徴とする請求項6乃至8および10のいずれか1つに記載のセキュリティエレメント。
- 前記多層フィルム体は転写フィルムであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至12のいずれか1つに記載のセキュリティエレメント。
- 請求項1乃至13のいずれか1つに記載のセキュリティエレメントを有するセキュリティドキュメント。
- 多層フィルム体の形状のセキュリティエレメント(11、111)の製造方法であって、前記方法において、前記セキュリティエレメント(11、111)の第一領域で前記多層フィルム体の複製ラッカー層(22)に第一レリーフ構造(25)が形成され、前記セキュリティエレメント(11)の前記第一領域および前記セキュリティエレメント(11)の隣接する前記第二領域で前記複製ラッカー層によって画定される平面に対して一定の表面密度の金属層(23)が前記複製ラッカー層(22)に適用され、
前記第一レリーフ構造(25)は0.5より大きい前記深さ/幅比を有する回折構造の形状で形成され、前記金属層(23)の透明性が前記第二領域における前記金属層(23)の透明性に関して前記第一領域における前記第一レリーフ構造(25)によって増加するように公称厚さt0で生成されることを特徴とする製造方法。 - 前記金属層(23)は前記複製ラッカー層(22)に蒸着によって適用されることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の製造方法。
- 前記金属層(23)を形成する金属は、前記沈着方向に垂直に配置されたフラット表面への前記金属層(23)の適用に相応する表面密度で、前記複製ラッカー層(22)によって画定された平面に沈着され、前記金属層は前記金属からなる光学的に不透明な金属層の最大反射度85%〜95%でゼロに等しい深さ/幅比を有することを特徴とする請求項16に記載の製造方法。
- 前記レリーフ構造は、UV複製によって前記複製ラッカー層(22)に形成されることを特徴とする請求項15乃至17のいずれか1つに記載の製造方法。
