Claims (3)
- 患者の鎮痛の状態及び妥当性を評価するシステムであって、
前記患者から生体電位信号を得るための電極と、
(a)前記患者の鎮静状態を表す第1の測度を前記生体電位信号から計算し、
(b)前記第1の測度の変動性を表すメトリックとしてバイスペクトル指数の標準偏差σ BIS を求め、
(c)前記患者の筋活動を表す第2の測度を前記生体電位信号から計算し、
(d)前記患者の筋活動を表すメトリックとして筋電図活動の標準偏差σ EMG を求め、
(e)前記第1のメトリック及び第2のメトリックから前記患者の鎮痛の状態及び鎮痛の妥当性を表す複合変動性メトリック指数CVMを、
CVM=100(1+e (α*σ EMG + β*σ BIS + γ) ) −1 (ここで、α、β、γは係数)、
により求めるプロセッサと、
を備えるシステム。 - 請求項1に記載の、患者の鎮痛の状態及び妥当性を評価するシステムであって、前記プロセッサが前記第1の測度及び前記第2の測度に重みを割り当て、前記重みに基づき前記第1のメトリック及び第2のメトリックを組み合わせるシステム。
- 請求項1に記載の、患者の鎮痛の状態及び妥当性を評価するシステムであって、前記プロセッサが前記第1の測度及び前記第2の測度を時間同期するシステム。
