Description
ランセット装置は、試料採り出しユニット16によって形成されている参照素子14の接触表面15が皮膚の表面に対向して位置するように、患者の身体の一部に対して置かれる。駆動ばね11を伸張するためには、駆動ローター12がロッキング素子(図示せず)によってロックされているあいだに、伸張ローター13が180度回転させられる。穿刺をトリガーするためには、止め釘53が伸張ローター53の止め溝52の終端に対して衝突するまで、駆動ローター12が180度のスナッピング動作を行なうように、ロッキング素子(図示せず)が緩められる。
その上、血液の排出を向上させるために、たとえば、ブッシング77の下端のような圧力片を作って穿刺部位近傍の皮膚の表面に作用させることも出来る。そのような圧力片の圧迫作用によって、血液は穿刺傷から絞られて試料採取ユニット60に受けられる。採血が完了した後に圧力が下がると、穿刺傷は閉じる。圧力片による血液採取のサポートに関する更なる詳細についてはヨーロッパ特許出願EP04008691.0に開示されている。この点に関して、EP04008691.0は、参照により開示に含まれる。

Claims (13)
- ローター(12)と、
推進カーブ(27)を有し、該推進カーブ(27)に沿って推進カーブ・トラベラー(28)が移動して前記ローター(12)の回転運動を、前記ローターに連結された素子の前後進運動に変換するランセット連結機構(24)とを備え、
前記推進カーブ・トラベラー(28)がピボットを中心に旋回するレバー(81)に設けられ、前記ピボットの両側の前記レバーの各部がレーバー・アームを形成して、レバー・アーム(84、85)の長さの比に対応する移動範囲の拡大が達成され、前記推進カーブ(27)の側面から得られる運動距離が増大するランセット駆動組立体。 - 前記ピボット(82)が移動して前記レバーの移動距離を調節することを特徴とする請求項1記載のランセット駆動組立体。
- 前記ピボットが、移動可能な基盤(87)上に設けられてなることを特徴とする請求項2記載のランセット駆動組立体。
- 前記基盤(87)を移動するための装置が、ネジが刻設されたスピンドル、偏心機構または楔からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項3記載のランセット駆動組立体。
- 前記ローターが駆動ローター(12)であり、当該駆動ローター(12)が駆動バネによって駆動し、前記駆動ローター(12)の回転運動をランセット駆動機構の前後進運動に変換することを特徴とする請求項1記載のランセット駆動組立体。
- 前記ランセット駆動組立体がさらに伸張ローター(13)を備え、当該伸張ロータ(13)が駆動バネを伸張するために回転することを特徴とする請求項1記載のランセット駆動組立体。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のランセット駆動組立体を含み、皮膚の表面に穿刺傷をつけ、診断の目的で体液を採取するためのランセット装置であって、前記ローターが駆動ローター(12)であり、さらに伸張ローター(13)を備え、参照素子(14)を移動するための参照素子連結機構(38)をさらに備え、前記ランセット装置が、
前記ランセット駆動組立体を収容し、ランセット(4)が穿刺通路に沿って移動可能なハウジング(2)と、
前記参照素子連結機構(38)に連結され、ランセット(4)に対して、およびハウジング(2)に対して可動であるが、穿刺の時には、前記参照素子連結機構(38)により、前記ランセット駆動組立体のローター(12)に対して規定された位置に置かれ、かつ、穿刺動作によって再現可能な穿刺深さを持った穿刺傷が生じるように、皮膚表面に対してその接触表面(15)で静止する参照素子(14)と
を備え、
前記参照素子連結機構(38)が、前記ランセット駆動組立体の駆動ローター(12)または伸張ローター(13)に連結され、
前記参照素子(14)が、汚染されないように穿刺後に傷口から離間されてなる
ことを特徴とするランセット装置。 - 前記参照素子連結機構(38)が、前記駆動ローター(12)に連結され、前記参照素子(14)が、穿刺後50ミリ秒間以内に傷口から2mm離間されてなることを特徴とする請求項7記載のランセット装置。
- 前記参照素子(14)の復帰運動が前記駆動ローター(12)によってなされ、当該駆動ローター(12)がランセット連結機構(24)によって前記ランセットに連結されてなることを特徴とする請求項7記載のランセット装置。
- 前記参照素子連結機構(38)が、前記駆動ローター(12)の回転運動を参照素子(14)の運動に変換することを特徴とする請求項9記載のランセット装置。
- 前記参照素子(14)の運動が並進運動であることを特徴とする請求項10記載のランセット装置。
- 前記参照素子が、前記ランセット(4)を案内するための試料取り出しユニット(60)を備え、当該試料取り出しユニット(60)が血液サンプルを受け取る試料受取りチャンネル(63)を有してなることを特徴とする請求項7記載のランセット装置。
- 前記試料取り出しユニット(60)が、分析素子として機能するために試薬を備えた反応領域(64)を有してなることを特徴とする請求項12記載のランセット装置。
