Description
・身体ボリューム内部の器具の運動通路の3次元表示の判定をなすステップ。この表示は、特に、身体ボリュームの様々に方位づけられた投影から再生される身体ボリュームの3Dモデルから取得(例えば、追跡、セグメント化又は手動による判定)することができる。
・身体ボリュームの少なくとも1つの現在の投影の発生をなすステップ。この投影は、例えば、回転X線装置により発生可能である。バイプレーンシステムでは、2つの現在の投影が各時点で利用可能である。
・3D表示に対する器具の現在位置の判定をなすステップ。この判定は、現在の投影に基づくのが好ましい。
・当該器具の現在位置に対する最適な投影形態の判定をなすステップ。
Claims (9)
- 身体ボリュームにおける器具の観察のための検査装置であって、
a)調整可能な投影方向により前記身体ボリュームの現在の投影を生成する画像形成装置と、
b)前記画像形成装置に接続されるデータ処理ユニットと、
を有し、当該データ処理ユニットは、
b1)前記身体ボリューム内の前記器具の運動通路の3D表示部と、
b2)少なくとも1つの現在の投影から決定される前記器具の前記3D表示に対する現在位置を決定する位置特定モジュールと、
b3)前記器具の現在位置に対する最適な投影方向を前記画像形成装置にとらせるための操縦モジュールと、
を有する、検査装置であって、
前記最適な投影方向は、現在又は後の時点で前記器具が位置づけられる前記通路のセクションに少なくとも略直角とされる、検査装置。 - 請求項1に記載の検査装置であって、前記器具は、カテーテル、ガイドワイヤ、生検針又は内視鏡である、検査装置。
- 請求項1に記載の検査装置であって、前記画像形成装置は、回転X線装置を有する、検査装置。
- 請求項1に記載の検査装置であって、患者の脈管系の中へ造影剤を投与する注入装置を有する検査装置。
- 請求項1に記載の検査装置であって、前記データ処理ユニットは、前記身体ボリュームの様々に方向づけられた投影から前記身体ボリュームの3Dモデルを再生し、このモデルから前記器具の前記運動通路の表示を決定する再生モジュールを有する、装置。
- 請求項1に記載の検査装置であって、前記最適な投影方向は、前記器具が現在又は後の時点で位置づけられる前記通路のセクションが、結果として得られる投影画像において他の通路のセクションから分離されるように当該直角な方向から逸れる、装置。
- 請求項1に記載の検査装置であって、前記データ処理ユニットは、開始位置から目標位置へ延びる前記運動通路を通じた経路を決定するモジュールを有する、装置。
- 請求項7に記載の検査装置であって、前記データ処理ユニットは、前記運動通路を通じた当該決定された経路の少なくとも一部に関して前記最適な投影方向を計算するシミュレーションモジュールを有する、装置。
- 身体ボリュームにおける器具の観察のためのコンピュータプログラムが記憶される記録担体であって、前記プログラムは、
・前記身体ボリューム内部の前記器具の運動通路の3D表示を決定すること、
・前記身体ボリュームの少なくとも1つの現在の投影を発生すること、
・前記現在の投影から前記3D表示に対する前記器具の現在位置を決定すること、及び
・現在又は後の時点で前記器具が位置づけられる前記通路のセクションに少なくとも略直角とされる、前記器具の現在位置に対する最適な投影方向を決定すること、
を実行するよう構成されている、担体。
