Claims (32)
- 多孔性表面及び固体基材を有する医療用移植片を製造する方法であって、
有限数の個々の本体を互いに連続的に接触して配置し、前記有限数の個々の本体が第1材料を備えるステップと、
前記個々の本体の集合体の少なくとも一部にわたってパルス化電気エネルギーを印加することによって前記第1材料を焼結し、それにより凝集多孔性構造を創出するステップと、
前記第1材料を第2材料に添付し、前記第2材料が前記固体基材を備えるステップと、
を備え、前記第1材料を第2材料に添付する前記ステップが、前記第1材料と前記第2材料が互いに物理的に接触している間、前記第1材料及び前記第2材料の集合体の少なくとも一部にわたってパルス化電気エネルギーを印加することによって、前記第1材料を前記第2材料に焼結することを特徴とする、方法。 - 多孔性表面及び固体基材を有する医療用移植片を製造する方法であって、
有限数の個々の本体を互いに連続的に接触して配置し、前記有限数の個々の本体が第1材料を備えるステップと、
前記個々の本体の集合体の少なくとも一部にわたってパルス化電気エネルギーを印加することによって前記第1材料を焼結し、それにより凝集多孔性構造を創出するステップと、
前記第1材料を第2材料に添付し、前記第2材料が前記固体基材を備えるステップと、
を備え、焼結する前記ステップ及び添付する前記ステップが、前記第1材料と前記第2材料が互いに物理的に接触している間、前記第1材料及び前記第2材料の前記集合体の少なくとも一部にわたってパルス化電気エネルギーを印加することによって、同時に実施される、方法。 - 多孔性表面及び固体基材を有する医療用移植片を製造する方法であって、
有限数の個々の本体を互いに連続的に接触して配置し、前記有限数の個々の本体が第1材料を備えるステップと、
前記個々の本体の集合体の少なくとも一部にわたってパルス化電気エネルギーを印加することによって前記第1材料を焼結し、それにより凝集多孔性構造を創出するステップと、
前記第1材料を第2材料に添付し、前記第2材料が前記固体基材を備えるステップと、
を備え、焼結する前記ステップ及び添付する前記ステップが、前記第1材料と前記第2材料が互いに物理的に接触している間、まず、前記第1材料の集合体の少なくとも一部にわたってパルス化電気エネルギーを印加し、その後、前記第1材料及び前記第2材料の前記集合体の少なくとも一部にわたってパルス化電気エネルギーを印加することによって、順次実施される、方法。 - 有限数の個々の本体を互いに連続的に接触して配置する前記ステップが、少なくとも2つの材料の有限数の個々の本体を互いに連続的に接触して配置することを備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 焼結する前記ステップ中又はその後、前記少なくとも2つの材料の少なくとも1つの少なくとも一部を除去し、それにより、前記材料が除去された凝集多孔性構造を創出するステップをさらに含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記第1材料の少なくとも一部、又は前記第2材料の少なくとも一部、あるいは前記第1材料及び前記第2材料の両方の少なくとも一部に機械的負荷を印加するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 機械的負荷を印加する前記ステップが、焼結する前記ステップ中に実施される、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 焼結する前記ステップが、高温において実施される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 焼結する前記ステップが、高周波数においてパルス化電気エネルギーを印加することを備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1材料及び前記第2材料が、金属、セラミック、ポリマー、複合材料、及びその任意の組合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1材料及び前記第2材料の組成が異なる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1材料及び前記第2材料が、耐熱性材料である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1材料及び前記第2材料の一方又は両方が、非耐熱性材料である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1材料の前記個々の本体の一部が、前記第1材料の前記個々の本体の他の部分とは異なる組成である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1材料の前記個々の本体の一部が、耐熱性材料を備え、前記第1材料の前記個々の本体の他の部分が、非耐熱性材料を備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1材料及び前記第2材料の一方が耐熱性であり、他方が非耐熱性である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1材料が、対称粒子、非対称粒子、単一ファイバ、複数ファイバ、平坦多孔性シート、変形多孔性シート、網状開細胞構造、及びその任意の組合わせからなる群から選択された形態を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1材料が、対称粒子形態を有し、球状粒子である、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 焼結する前記ステップが、制御環境において実施される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記制御環境が、大気圧より小さい圧力である、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記制御環境が、不活性気体の大気を備える、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記制御環境が、反応気体の大気を備える、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記制御環境が、焼結する前記ステップ中に変化する、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 配置する前記ステップが、結合剤を使用することを備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 多孔性領域の少なくとも一部に材料を注入するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 注入する前記ステップが、直接圧縮成型、射出、溶液付着、蒸着、及びその任意の組合わせからなる群から選択された方法で注入することを備える、請求項25に記載の方法。
- 注入される前記材料が、ポリマーである、請求項25に記載の方法。
- 注入される前記材料が、成長因子又は抗生物質である、請求項25に記載の方法。
- 注入される前記材料が、ハイドロキシアパタイト、フルオロアパタイト、クロロアパタイト、ブロモアパタイト、ヨウ素アパタイト、硫酸カルシウム、リン酸カルシウム、炭酸カルシウム、酒石酸カルシウム、生理活性ガラス、及びその任意の組合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項25に記載の方法。
- 固体基材及び多孔性焼結表面を有する医療用移植片であって、前記固体基材が、焼結前に存在したのとほぼ同じバルクの機械特性及びトライボロジー特性を焼結後に有し、
前記医療用移植片が、請求項1に記載の方法により製造された医療用移植片。 - 前記材料が、焼結前に存在したのとほぼ同じ微細構造を焼結後に有する、請求項30に記載の医療用移植片。
- 多孔性表面及び固体基材を有する医療用移植片であって、
前記医療用移植片が、
有限数の個々の本体を互いに連続的に接触して配置し、前記有限数の個々の本体が第1材料を備えるステップと、
前記個々の本体の集合体の少なくとも一部にわたってパルス化電気エネルギーを印加することによって前記第1材料を焼結し、それにより凝集多孔性構造を創出するステップと、
前記第1材料を第2材料に添付し、前記第2材料が前記固体基材を備えるステップと、 を備えるプロセスであって、前記第1材料を第2材料に添付する前記ステップが、前記第1材料と前記第2材料が互いに物理的に接触している間、前記第1材料及び前記第2材料の集合体の少なくとも一部にわたってパルス化電気エネルギーを印加することによって、前記第1材料を前記第2材料に焼結する、前記プロセスによって製造された、医療用移植片。
