Description
・ コーティングは、やけどするであろう100から400℃の範囲の表面温度を示すべきである。例えば、調理用レンジの上部の高温は、表面の目に見える赤色または熱放射のために、感じられるであろう。
・ サーモクロミック成分としての、x=0〜0.8である化学式CdS1-xSex、またはy=0.05〜0.15である化学式Zn1-yMnyOの化合物;
・ 結合剤としての、ガラスまたはガラスセラミック、特に、ホウケイ酸ガラス;
・ サーモクロミック成分の色に近い色を持つ非サーモクロミックまたは低サーモクロミック化合物としての、例えば、プラセオジムが混ぜられたZrO2またはPb3(SbO4)2;この成分は、加熱の際のサーモクロミック成分の色転移の内部基準として用いられる;
を含む。
(i) z=0〜0.5である一般化学式(Bi2O3)1-z(MxOy)zの酸化ビスマス化合物に基づき、Mは重金属、アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属およびそれらの混合物からなる群より選択される。例えば、Mは、Zr(IV)、Hf(IV)、Sn(II)、Sn(IV)、Nb(V)、Ta(V)、Mo(VI)、W(VI)、Cr(III)、Cr(VI)、Mn(II)、Fe(III)、Co(II)、Ni(II)、Pb(II)、Ca(II)、Sr(II)、Ba(II)、Li、Na、K、Rb、Csである。

で表した場合、温度に線形に依存する。この化合物のサーモクロミック特性は、β値が大きいほど、強力であると表される。例えば、硫化カドミウムの場合、この値は:

コーティングのサーモクロミズムは、色変化の速度TX=2.3×10-4により特徴付けてもよい。これらの値はサーモクロミズム値に匹敵し、この値は、硫化カドミウムを含有するコーティングにより達成されるであろう。

これは、室温での淡黄色から400℃での濃いオレンジ色への、加熱による色変化に対応する。
Claims (2)
- サーモクロミック成分および結合剤を含むサーモクロミック材料であって、
前記サーモクロミック成分は、一般式(Bi2O3)1-z(MxOy)zで表される結晶相であり、ここで、z=0〜0.5、Mは、Zr(IV)、Hf(IV)、Sn(II)、Sn(IV)、Nb(V)、Ta(V)、Mo(VI)、W(VI)であり、Cr(III)、Cr(VI)、Mn(II)、Fe(III)、Co(II)、Ni(II)、Pb(II)、Ca(II)、Sr(II)、Ba(II)、Li、Na、K、Rb、Csおよびそれらの混合物からなる群より選択され;
前記結合剤は、アルカリ金属またはアルカリ土類金属のケイ酸塩、ホウ酸塩、リン酸塩、およびそれらの混合物からなる群より選択され;
前記サーモクロミック成分対前記結合剤の重量パーセントの比が2:98から98:2であり;
該サーモクロミック材料が、反射率の最大値がサーモクロミック成分の端部シフトが生じるのと同じスペクトル区域にある非サーモクロミックまたは低サーモクロミック顔料である熱安定性成分をさらに含み;さらに
前記サーモクロミック成分対前記熱安定性成分の比が、50:1から1:30までの範囲にあることを特徴とするサーモクロミック材料。 - 一般式(Bi2O3)1-z(MxOy)zで表される化合物のサーモクロミック材料の製造における使用であって、ここで、z=0〜0.5、Mは、Zr(IV)、Hf(IV)、Sn(II)、Sn(IV)、Nb(V)、Ta(V)、Mo(VI)、W(VI)、Cr(III)、Cr(VI)、Mn(II)、Fe(III)、Co(II)、Ni(II)、Pb(II)、Ca(II)、Sr(II)、Ba(II)、Li、Na、K、Rb、Csおよびそれらの混合物からなる群より選択され、
該化合物は、結合剤、および熱安定性成分と混合され、
前記結合剤は、アルカリ金属またはアルカリ土類金属のケイ酸塩、ホウ酸塩、リン酸塩、およびそれらの混合物からなる群より選択され;
前記化合物対前記結合剤の重量パーセントの比が2:98から98:2であり;
前記熱安定性成分は、反射率の最大値が前記化合物の端部シフトが生じるのと同じスペクトル区域にある非サーモクロミックまたは低サーモクロミック顔料であり;さらに
前記化合物対前記熱安定性成分の比が、50:1から1:30までの範囲にあることを特徴とする使用。
