Description
前記弁孔に沿って変位自在に配設され、前記弁座に着座自在な弁部を有するロッドと、
前記ロッドの端部に連結され、前記弁孔に臨んで前記ハウジングに対して変位自在に支持されるガイド部材と、
前記ハウジングと前記ロッドとの間に保持され、該ロッドの変位作用下に軸線方向に沿って伸縮自在なベローズと、
を備え、
前記弁座を含む弁孔と前記ガイド部材とが同軸上に配置されると共に、前記ベローズが、前記弁孔内において前記弁部及び弁座側に向かって開口することを特徴とする。
前記弁孔に沿って変位自在に配設され、前記弁座に着座自在な弁部を有するロッドと、
前記ロッドの端部に連結され、前記弁孔に臨んで前記ハウジングに対して変位自在に支持されるガイド部材と、
前記ハウジングと前記ロッドとの間に保持され、該ロッドの変位作用下に軸線方向に沿って伸縮自在なベローズと、
を備え、
前記弁座を含む弁孔と前記ガイド部材とが同軸上に配置されると共に、前記ベローズが、前記弁孔内において前記弁部及び弁座に対して離間する方向に向かって開口することを特徴とする。

Claims (3)
- 流体が導入・導出される一組のポートと、前記ポートと連通して前記流体が流通する弁孔と、前記弁孔に臨む弁座とを有するハウジングと、
前記弁孔に沿って変位自在に配設され、前記弁座に着座自在な弁部を有するロッドと、
前記ロッドの端部に連結され、前記弁孔に臨んで前記ハウジングに対して変位自在に支持されるガイド部材と、
前記弁部を中心として前記ロッドの両端部側に一組設けられ、且つ、前記ハウジングと前記ロッドとの間に保持され、該ロッドの変位作用下に軸線方向に沿って伸縮自在なベローズと、
を備え、
前記弁部が前記ロッドの軸線方向に沿った略中央部に設けられ、前記ガイド部材の端部には、前記ロッド側に向かって環状に突出した鍔部を備え、環状に突出した前記鍔部の内周面と前記ロッドの端部の外周面との間に前記ベローズの端部が挿入され保持されると共に、前記弁座を含む弁孔と前記ガイド部材とが同軸上に配置され、前記ベローズが、前記弁孔内において前記弁部及び弁座側に向かって開口することを特徴とする流量制御弁。 - 請求項1記載の流量制御弁において、
前記ガイド部材は、前記ロッドの両端部側に一組設けられることを特徴とする流量制御弁。 - 請求項1又は2記載の流量制御弁において、
前記ベローズは、一端部が前記ロッドの端部側に保持され、他端部が前記ハウジングに保持され、前記弁孔の内壁面に対して非接触に配置されることを特徴とする流量制御弁。
