本实用新型涉及一种用于管道上的防漏闸阀。
背景技术
现有管道用的法兰闸阀主要是由手轮、螺帽、填料、压盖、阀盖、阀杆、阀座和闸板等组成,市场上所售的法兰闸阀绝大多数均由这种形式构成,当转动手轮时,阀杆上的螺纹与顶部的固定螺帽而相对转动,随之阀杆带动闸板上下移动,达到了开启和关闭阀门的作用。在阀杆移动时,必然会与填料压盖下的填料产生摩擦,会变得松动起来,若开启、关闭的次数多时,阀杆与填料之间往复摩擦的次数增多,管道中流动的介质会因压力的作用,由阀门内部、经填料处与阀杆之间的间隙中,由填料压盖处渗出,渗漏的程度会因阀门开启关闭的次数增多而加快,若介质是水的情况下,填料会在短时间内被腐蚀,失去原有的作用,而且还会造成不必要的浪费,既便是维修,也会造成一定程度上人力、物力的损耗,给正常生产带来一些阻碍。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种防渗漏闸阀,主要是针对法兰闸阀易渗漏在阀门压盖处做了一些改进,改变了原有密封方面的不足,同时也延长了闸阀的使用寿命。
本实用新型防漏闸阀,由螺帽、手轮、阀杆、压盖、阀盖、阀座和闸板组成,阀杆上套装一波纹形伸缩软管,伸缩软管可选用塑料或橡胶材质,伸缩软管的上端通过衬套固定在压盖与阀盖之间,阀体下端设置为阶梯形,伸缩软管下端由螺帽固定在阀杆阶梯处。
本实用新型防漏闸阀,在阀杆上套装一波纹形伸缩软管,该软管可选用具有一定的硬度和耐老化性的塑料或橡胶材质,可在-10~120℃之间使用,伸缩软管的上端固定在阀盖与阀体之间,位置在原来填料处,代替原来填料,密封效果好,使用寿命长,伸缩软管下端设置在阀杆上,随阀杆上下运动,与阀杆之间无摩擦,因此密封严密,防漏性好。

具体实施方式
本实用新型防漏闸阀,由螺帽1、手轮2、阀杆3、压盖4、阀盖6、阀座10和闸板7组成,阀杆上套装一伸缩软管5,伸缩软管的上端通过衬套9固定在压盖与阀盖之间,阀杆下端设置为阶梯形,伸缩软管下端由螺帽8固定在阀杆上。该伸缩软管具有一定的硬度和耐老化性,可在-10~120℃之间使用,伸缩软管位置在原来填料处,代替原来填料,当阀杆上下移动时,伸缩软管下部因固定在阀杆上,阀杆就会带动具有弹性的软管伸缩移动,而伸缩软管上部压盖固定在阀盖上不动,所以当开启阀门时,伸缩管会随阀杆、闸板的提升而上升,当关闭阀门时,伸缩管会随阀杆闸板的降落而下降,类似弹簧的原理,由于阀杆和阀盖之间是由有伸缩功能的软管连接,开启和关闭的过程中无任何摩擦产生,所以开关的过程可看做是伸缩管伸长、压缩的过程,加之两边分别固定阀盖和阀杆上,也不必担心介质从阀门上部压盖处的渗出,并节省了原结构中起密封作用的填料。

1、一种防漏闸阀,由螺帽(1)、手轮(2)、阀杆(3)、压盖(4)、阀盖(6)、阀座(10)和闸板(7)组成,其特征在于:阀杆上套装一波纹形伸缩软管(5),伸缩软管可选用塑料或橡胶材质制成,软管的上端通过衬套(9)固定在压盖与阀盖之间,阀杆下端设置为阶梯形,伸缩软管下端由螺帽(8)固定在阀杆的阶梯处。
