Claims (23)
- −モニターを装着している患者の生理学的特徴を表す生体信号を検出し、前記生体信号を表す電気信号を発生させる少なくとも1つの生理学的特徴センサ、
−前記患者の身体活動を検出し、身体活動を表す電気信号を発生させる少なくとも1つの身体活動センサ、
−前記生体信号を表す前記電気信号及び前記身体活動を表す前記電気信号を処理するための前記生理学的特徴センサ及び前記身体活動センサに結合される処理手段、
−前記身体活動を表す前記電気信号を入力し、前記身体活動が既定の活動しきい値を超えているかどうか判断するための前記処理手段に結合される活動しきい値検出器、
−システム機能をテストする手段、
−前記検出した生体信号と、システム機能とに関する情報を患者に伝達するユーザインタフェース、及び
−前記身体活動が前記活動しきい値を超えない場合、前記システム機能に関する情報の前記伝達を遅延させ又は抑制し、及び/又は前記身体活動が前記活動しきい値を超える場合、前記生体信号に関する情報の前記伝達を抑制する手段、
を有する生理学的モニタリングシステム。 - 前記活動しきい値はプログラム可能である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記生理学的特徴センサは、心臓の信号を検知するのに適する請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記生理学的特徴センサは、前記患者の鼓動を表す生体信号を検出する心電図電極を有する請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記身体活動センサは、振動、動き、加速、筋電計インパルス又は音響インパルスを含む身体活動を表す、モニターを装着している患者の化学的、電気的又は機械的な特徴を検出するトランスデューサを有する請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記身体活動センサは、加速度計、歩数計、電気ノイズ検出器、電子容量センサ、筋電計センサ、皮膚インピーダンスセンサ又は圧電センサを有する請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記身体活動センサは、圧電素子を含む受動型のトランスデューサである請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記検出した生体信号又はシステム機能に関する情報を前記システムの外部にある受信器に無線通信するための手段をさらに有する請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 患者からの心電図信号を記録する携帯型心電図モニタリングシステムにおいて、
−患者からの心電図信号を検知し、前記心電図信号を表す電気信号を発生させる、1つ以上の心電図電極を有する心電図センサと、前記患者の活動レベルを検出し、前記活動レベルを表す電気信号を発生させる身体活動センサとを有する、センサ部、
−前記心電図信号を表す前記電気信号を入力し、前記信号がプリセットしたしきい値よりも下又は上にあるかを判断する前記心電図センサに結合される不整脈しきい値検出器、
−前記患者の活動レベルを表す前記電気信号を入力し、前記信号が既定の活動しきい値よりも下又は上にあるかを判断する前記活動センサに結合される活動しきい値検出器、
−信号損失、患者から電極が外れる、バッテリー電力の低下、データの破損又は電気干渉を含むシステムエラーを検出し、当該検出されたエラーが既定の基準を満たすかを判断するシステムエラー検出器、及び
−前記システムエラーに関する情報及び前記不整脈しきい値検出器により検出される不整脈状態に関する情報を、ユーザインタフェースを介して前記患者に伝達するプロセッサであって、前記患者の前記活動レベルが前記活動しきい値より下にある場合、前記システムエラーに関する情報を前記患者に伝達することを遅延させ又は抑制し、及び/又は前記患者の前記活動レベルが前記活動しきい値より上にある場合、前記不整脈状態に関する情報を前記患者に伝達することを抑制するプロセッサ
を有する携帯型心電図モニタリングシステム。 - 前記ユーザインタフェースは、患者に情報を伝達する音響、触覚又は視覚モードを有する警報回路を有し、前記身体活動センサからの前記活動レベルを表す前記電気信号が既定の活動しきい値を満たしているかに基づいてプロセッサによりモードが決定される請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサは、心電図情報のベースラインを発生させるために、前記患者からの心電図信号の処理に基づいて、前記不整脈しきい値検出器の前記しきい値を設定する較正手段をさらに有する請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記不整脈しきい値検出器の前記しきい値は、前記システムのメモリ構造に事前にプログラムされる請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記身体活動センサは、振動、動き、加速、筋電計インパルス又は音響インパルスを含む身体活動を表す、モニターを装着している患者の化学的、電気的又は機械的な特徴を検出するトランスデューサを有する請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記身体活動センサは、加速度計、歩数計、電気ノイズ検出器、電子容量センサ、筋電計センサ、皮膚インピーダンスセンサ又は圧電センサを有する請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記身体活動センサは、圧電素子を含む受動型のトランスデューサである請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記不整脈しきい値検出器は、クラス1の不整脈事象の発生を検出するように既定のしきい値に設定される請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記患者及びシステム状態に関する情報を前記患者又は他人に伝達するための、外部システムと無線通信する手段をさらに有する請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 携帯型生理学的モニタリングシステムにおいて患者の生理学的状態をモニタリングする方法であって、前記生理学的モニタリングシステムは、生理学的センサ、身体活動センサ、活動しきい値検出器、システムエラー検出器及びプロセッサを有し、前記方法は、
−前記生理学的センサが、前記患者の1つ以上の選択した生理学的パラメタを検知するステップ、
−前記身体活動センサが、前記患者の前記身体活動を検知するステップ、
−前記活動しきい値検出器が、前記検知した身体活動をプリセットしたしきい値と比較して、前記身体活動が前記しきい値を超えたかを判断するステップ、
−前記システムエラー検出器が、前記患者に伝達すべきシステムエラーを検出し、前記検出したエラーが既定の基準を満たしているかを判断するステップ、及び
−前記プロセッサが、前記患者の身体活動が前記プリセットしたしきい値を超える場合、前記システムエラーに基づくエラー信号を生成し、ユーザインタフェースを介して前記患者に前記エラー信号を送信し、前記患者の身体活動が前記プリセットしたしきい値を超えない場合、前記患者への前記エラー信号の送信を遅延させ又は抑制する、ステップ
を有する方法。 - 前記身体活動センサは、患者の既定の化学的、電気的又は機械的な特徴を検出するトランスデューサを有し、前記特徴は振動、動き、加速、筋電計インパルス又は音響インパルスを有する請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記身体活動センサは、加速度計、歩数計、ノイズ検出器、電子容量センサ、筋電計センサ又は圧電センサを有する請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記患者の選択した生理学的パラメタは、前記患者からの心電図信号を検知する2つ以上の心電図電極を有する少なくとも1つのセンサにより検知され、前記センサは前記選択した生理学的パラメタを表す電気信号を生成する請求項18に記載の方法。

−前記生理学的センサが、前記患者の選択した生理学的パラメタを検出するステップ、
−前記身体活動センサが、前記患者の身体活動を検知するステップ、
−前記活動しきい値検出器が、前記患者の身体活動の状態を検出するステップ、
−前記プロセッサが、前記検出した生理学的パラメタを既定の基準と比較して、前記患者の生理学的状態が警報状態を表しているかを判断するステップ、
−前記プロセッサが、前記患者の生理学的状態が警報状態を表している場合、警報信号を発生させるステップ、及び
−前記プロセッサが、前記患者の前記身体活動が選択したしきい値よりも上にある場合、前記警報信号の発生を抑制するステップ
を有する方法。
