Description
本発明に使用される塩化ビニル系樹脂としては、塊状重合、溶液重合、懸濁重合、乳化重合などその重合方法には特に限定されず、例えば、ポリ塩化ビニル、塩素化ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリ塩化ビニリデン、塩素化ポリエチレン、塩化ビニル−酢酸ビニル共重合体、塩化ビニル−エチレン共重合体、塩化ビニル−プロピレン共重合体、塩化ビニル−スチレン共重合体、塩化ビニル−イソブチレン共重合体、塩化ビニル−塩化ビニリデン共重合体、塩化ビニル−スチレン−無水マレイン酸三元共重合体、塩化ビニル−スチレン−アクリロニリトル共重合体、塩化ビニル−ブタジエン共重合体、塩化ビニル−イソプレン共重合体、塩化ビニル−塩素化プロピレン共重合体、塩化ビニル−塩化ビニリデン−酢酸ビニル三元共重合体、塩化ビニル−マレイン酸エステル共重合体、塩化ビニル−メタクリル酸エステル共重合体、塩化ビニル−アクリロニトリル共重合体、塩化ビニル−各種ビニルエーテル共重合体などの塩化ビニル系樹脂、およびそれら相互のブレンド品あるいは他の塩素を含まない合成樹脂、例えば、アクリロニトリル−スチレン共重合体、アクリロニトリル−ブタジエン−スチレン共重合体、エチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合体、エチレン−エチル(メタ)アクリレート共重合体、ポリエステルなどとのブレンド品、ブロック共重合体、グラフト共重合体などを挙げることができる。

(式中、x1、x2およびy1は各々下記式、
0≦x2/x1≦10、2≦x1+x2<20、0≦y1≦2
で表される条件を満足する数を示し、mは0または任意の整数を示す。)
下記表1に示す配合物を、160℃、30rpmで5分間ロール上で混練した後、190℃で5分間プレスして厚さ1mmのシートを作製し、このシートから試験片を作製して、JIS K 6723に従い、体積固有抵抗率試験(VR)〔Ωcm〕を行った。
その結果を下記の表2中に示す。
*2)合成ケイ酸アルミニウム2:ケイ酸アルミニウム(見かけ比重7.29ml/g、
比表面積427m2/g)
*3)合成ケイ酸アルミニウム3:ケイ酸アルミニウム(見かけ比重5.09ml/g、比表面積267m2/g)
*4)合成ケイ酸アルミニウム4:ケイ酸アルミニウム(見かけ比重2.21ml/g、比表面積193m2/g)
Claims (2)
- 塩化ビニル系樹脂100重量部に対し、見かけ比重7ml/g〜10ml/gの合成ケイ酸アルミニウム0.1〜3重量部が配合されてなる塩化ビニル系樹脂組成物からなることを特徴とする電線被覆材料。
- 前記合成ケイ酸アルミニウムの比表面積が400m2/g〜800m 2 /gである請求項1記載の電線被覆材料。
