Description
Claims (14)
- 建築材料として使用するのに適したタイプの中空複合建設部材を形成する方法であって、
縦軸を有し、さらに、
細長い膨張性空隙を画定する実質的に管状の可撓性ブラダ壁であって、前記膨張性空隙が、収縮状態と、膨張状態と複数の部分的膨張状態との間を可動可能である可撓性ブラダ壁と、
前記可撓性ブラダ壁の周囲に同心円状に配置された補強ファブリックであって、前記補強ファブリックが、可撓性の編組ファブリックと可撓性の織ったファブリックとのひとつである補強ファブリックと、
前記ファブリックの周囲に同心円状に配置された可撓性の不通気性外層と、を有し、
前記ブラダ壁および前記外層が細長い環状空間を画定し、前記ファブリックが前記空間内に配置されて成る、
細長い膨張性金型アセンブリを提供するステップと、
長手方向に前記ファブリックに張力を加えて、流体を前記空隙に導入し、前記金型を少なくとも部分的に膨張させて、前記ファブリックを成形するステップと、
前記ファブリックへの張力を維持しながら、前記金型アセンブリを前記縦軸に沿って屈曲して曲線形状に成形するステップと、
前記細長い環状空間に剛化材料を注入し、前記ファブリックに浸透するステップと、
剛性の中空複合建設部材を形成するために、前記ファブリックへの張力を維持しながら、前記剛化材料を硬化するステップとを含む方法。 - 前記ファブリックが編組ファブリックであり、前記張力を前記編組ファブリックに加える前記ステップが、前記金型の前記縦軸に対する前記ファブリックの繊維の位置合わせを変化させる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記成形するステップが、前記金型アセンブリを前記縦軸に沿って曲線形状に曲げる前に前記ファブリックに加えられる前記張力が、前記金型アセンブリを前記曲線形状に曲げた後でも、前記ファブリックへの張力を維持するのに十分である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ファブリックが、張力を受けた状態に保持されている間にも、様々な曲率に成形された金型アセンブリに一致できるように構築される、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記ファブリックが編組ファブリックであり、前記張力を加える前記ステップが、前記縦軸に対する前記ファブリックの前記繊維の前記角度を変化させる、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記金型アセンブリの前記管状ブラダを十分に膨張させる前に、前記ファブリックに張力を加えるステップと、次に、前記管状ブラダを十分に膨張させるステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ファブリックが複数の繊維を備え、その一部が、フープ方向に対してある角度であるフープを外れた方向に配向され、さらに、前記剛化材料の前記注入中に前記ファブリックに張力を加える前記ステップが、前記金型アセンブリに曲率を加えるときに前記繊維の座屈を防止し、その結果、優れた構造的特性を前記中空複合建設部材に提供する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記剛性中空複合建設部材を、無収縮コンクリート、膨張コンクリート、無収縮グラウト、膨張グラウト、発泡体、および砂を含むグループから選択された耐力材料で少なくとも部分的に充填する追加のステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記細長い膨張性金型アセンブリが、各端に機械的把持部を含み、前記機械的把持部が、前記ファブリックに張力を加えるために使用される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記剛化材料が硬化した後、前記剛性中空複合建設部材から前記可撓性ブラダ壁を除去するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記細長い膨張性空隙が、膨張した場合に、前記細長い膨張性金型アセンブリの前記縦軸に沿って変動する断面寸法を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 複数の前記細長い膨張性金型アセンブリが一緒に配置構成され、各金型アセンブリの前記ファブリックに張力が加えられ、さらに、複数の剛性中空複合建設部材を形成するために、前記ファブリックへの張力を維持しながら、前記金型アセンブリを所望の形状に成形するステップと、前記ファブリックおよび前記細長い環状空間に剛化材料を注入するステップと、前記ファブリックへの張力を維持しながら、前記剛化材料を硬化させるステップとを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の細長い膨張性金型アセンブリがすべて、同じ曲率に形成され、すべてが同時に注入される、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記可撓性の編組ファブリックが前記細長い環状空間の第1の端部から前記細長い環状空間の第2の端部までのほぼらせん形の径路に沿って縦方向に向けられた繊維を備えた、請求項1に記載の方法。
