液体食品等を充填する紙カップ型の液体容器において、表面の文字や模様、絵柄等に美粧性やデザイン性を持たせ、さらに表面光沢を向上させて店頭陳列効果を上げる新規な液体用美粧性紙カップ(例えば、特許文献1参照。)が知られている。
また、酒やジュース等の液体容器に使用する積層材料の外側に意匠性・高級感に優れ、偽造防止効果の高い、ホログラムが施されているホログラム付液体容器用積層材料(例えば、特許文献2参照。)も知られている。
先行技術1では、金属薄膜層が紙層の全面にラミネート加工されている。そして、胴部材を筒状に成形する際に、胴部材の両側端縁を重ね合わせて接着する部分にも金属薄膜層が施される。このために、接着部分の接着強度がバラツキ易く、且つ、安定した接着強度を維持することが難しい。
先行技術2では、ホログラム付き液体容器用積層材料はレリーフ型ホログラムフィルムあるいはシートを作製したり、ラミネート加工を施したりしなければならない。このために作製する作業が非常に煩雑となる。

Claims (3)
- 板紙表面に熱可塑性樹脂層が積層されている液体容器用基材の表面に光沢部を形成する液体容器用基材の表面光沢加工方法であって、
上盤と下盤を有し、
前記上盤が円筒盤で、下盤が平面盤であり、下盤上に適宜の形状の凹凸部が形成されているパターン版を設け、上盤が回転作動し、下盤が往復作動し、上盤上に熱可塑性樹脂層が積層されている液体容器用基材の表面を前記パターン版で、加熱加圧により表面光沢部を形成することを特徴とした液体容器用表面光沢基材の加工方法。 - 前記液体容器用基材の表面を耐熱樹脂フィルムないしシートを介して加熱加圧により表面光沢部を形成することを特徴とした請求項1に記載の液体容器用表面光沢基材の加工方法。
- 前記液体容器用基材の表面に滑り止め機能を付与することを特徴とした請求項1または2に記載の液体容器用表面光沢基材の加工方法。
