液体食品等を充填する紙カップ型の液体容器において、表面の文字や模様、絵柄等に美粧性やデザイン性を持たせ、さらに表面光沢を向上させて店頭陳列効果を上げる新規な液体用美粧性紙カップ(例えば、特許文献1参照。)が知られている。
また、酒やジュース等の液体容器に使用する積層材料の外側に意匠性・高級感に優れ、偽造防止効果の高い、ホログラムが施されているホログラム付液体容器用積層材料(例えば、特許文献2参照。)も知られている。
先行技術1では、金属薄膜層が紙層の全面にラミネート加工されている。そして、胴部材を筒状に成形する際に、胴部材の両側端縁を重ね合わせて接着する部分にも金属薄膜層が施される。このために、接着部分の接着強度がバラツキ易く、且つ、安定した接着強度を維持することが難しい。
先行技術2では、ホログラム付き液体容器用積層材料はレリーフ型ホログラムフイルムあるいはシートを作製したり、ラミネート加工を施したりしなければならない。このために作製する作業が非常に煩雑となる。
上盤と下盤を有し、上盤に適宜の形状の凹凸部が形成されているパターン版を設け、上下運動し、下盤上の熱可塑性樹脂層が積層されている液体容器用基材の表面を前記パターン版で、90℃〜140℃、0.5MPa〜400MPaの条件で、加熱加圧することにより表面光沢部が形成されことを特徴とした液体容器用表面光沢基材の加工方法である。

るいは使用方法、使用目的等によって、材質および構成、厚さ等が適宜選択選定される。例えば、図1及び図2に示すように板紙6の裏側面に低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)13/AL蒸着フイルム(ポリテレフタル酸エチレン:PET)12/エチレン・メタクリル酸共重合体(EMAA)11等の構成の内層9が形成される。
00μ程度、好ましくは15〜50μ位の範囲内で任意に選択される。
脂、メラミンーホルムアルデヒド樹脂、エポキシ化ポリアミド樹脂、ポリエチレンイミン樹脂、ジアルデヒドでんぷん、グリオキザール化ポリアクリルアミド樹脂等がある。また、この耐水剤の添加量は、使用するパルプの種類、薬剤の種類や目的とする耐水性により異なる。

Claims (2)
- 板紙からなる基材の一方の面に熱可塑性樹脂層、印刷層が順次積層されており、他面に、無機酸化物が蒸着されている蒸着フィルムを含んだ内層が積層されている液体容器用基材の表面に光沢部を形成する液体容器用基材の表面光沢加工方法であって、
上盤と下盤を有し、上盤に適宜の形状の凹凸部が形成されているパターン版を設け、上下運動し、下盤上の熱可塑性樹脂層が積層されている液体容器用基材の表面を前記パターン版で、90℃〜140℃、0.5MPa〜400MPaの条件で、加熱加圧することにより表面光沢部が形成されことを特徴とした液体容器用表面光沢基材の加工方法。 - 請求項1記載の液体容器用基材の表面光沢加工方法で得られることを特徴とした液体容器用表面光沢基材。
