Claims (3)
- プライマリ軸に設けられ動力伝達要素が巻き付けられるプライマリプーリと、セカンダリ軸に設けられ動力伝達要素が巻き付けられるセカンダリプーリとを備えた無段変速機を制御する制御装置であって、
油圧供給源からセカンダリプーリに供給される油圧であるセカンダリ圧を調圧するセカンダリ圧制御弁と、
セカンダリ圧を減圧することにより、プライマリプーリに供給される油圧であるプライマリ圧を調圧するプライマリ圧制御弁と、
走行状態に基づいて、目標変速比を設定する目標変速比設定手段と、
プライマリプーリとセカンダリプーリとの回転数に基づいて実変速比を算出する実変速比算出手段と、
目標変速比と実変速比との偏差に基づいてプライマリ圧をフィードバック制御するフィードバック制御手段と、
セカンダリ圧制御弁のフェイル状態を検出するフェイル検出手段と、
を有し、
無段変速機は、セカンダリ圧制御弁がフェイル状態にある場合、実変速比が目標変速比に比べて減速側に変化するよう構成されており、
セカンダリ圧制御弁のフェイル状態が検出された場合には、目標変速比の下限値を減速側に引き上げることにより、目標変速比の設定領域を減速側の領域に制限する変速領域設定手段を備えることを特徴とする無段変速機の制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の無段変速機の制御装置において、
前記締付制御弁のフェイル時に目標プライマリ回転数の上限値を引き下げる回転数設定手段を有する、無段変速機の制御装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の無段変速機の制御装置において、
セカンダリ圧制御弁の正常時に使用される正常時変速マップと、セカンダリ圧制御弁のフェイル時に使用されるフェイル時変速マップとを備え、
無段変速機のプライマリ軸は、エンジンにより駆動されるものであり、
フェイル時変速マップは、変速領域設定手段により制限された目標変速比の設定領域において、エンジンのスロットル開度に対する目標プライマリ回転数が、正常時変速マップに比べて低くなるよう設定されている、無段変速機の制御装置。
