Claims (4)
- 軸を取り付ける対象である軸受部材と軸に設けた回転受圧部との間に設けられるフォイル部とを具備してなり、前記フォイル部を構成するフォイルの一端部に軸受部材に支持させるためのフィンを有し、前記フィンが、前記軸受部材に向け屈曲するフィン本体及びこのフィン本体の突出端からさらに屈曲させて設けた係合部を有するとともに、前記軸受部材側に、前記フィン本体を収納する溝部及びこの溝部の先端から延伸して設けてなり前記係合部を収納する被係合部を有する係止穴を設けている動圧気体軸受の取付構造であって、
前記フォイル部が、軸の回転の際に前記回転受圧部との間にクサビ状空間を含む気体膜を形成するアッパーフォイルと、このアッパーフォイルと前記軸受部材との間に配してなり前記アッパーフォイルを前記回転受圧部側に弾性付勢するアンダーフォイルとを具備し、前記アンダーフォイルの下流側端縁とアッパーフォイルの上流側端縁とを同一の係止孔に係止させてなることを特徴とする動圧気体軸受の取付構造。 - 前記係止穴に複数のフォイルのフィンを同時に係止してなるものであって、係止穴の溝部の開口幅が前記複数のフォイルの前記フィン本体の厚さ寸法の合計に前記複数のフォイルのフィン本体のうち厚さ寸法が最小のものの厚さ寸法を加えたものよりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1記載の動圧気体軸受の取付構造。
- 前記係止穴の被係合部が傾斜面を有し開口幅が回転受圧部に向けて拡開する形状をなすとともに、前記フィンの係合部が、前記被係合部の傾斜面に圧接可能であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の動圧気体軸受の取付構造。
- 前記係止穴の溝部の長手方向少なくとも一端部にストッパを設けていることを特徴とする請求項1、2又は3記載の動圧気体軸受の取付構造。
