Description
実施例1
冷却機、攪拌機及び窒素導入管を備えた500mL容量のセパラブルフラスコを恒温水槽に置き、これにポリビニルアルコール((株)クラレ製)2.5gと蒸留水250gを入れ、攪拌して溶解させた。
スチレン29g、メタクリロニトリル21g、アクリル酸4g、ジビニルベンゼン(55%)7.3g、2−エチルヘキサノール58g、イソオクタン22g及び過酸化ベンゾイル(25%含水物)1.2gを用いた外は、実施例1と同様にして、スチレン−メタクリロニトリル−アクリル酸−ジビニルベンセン共重合体からなる固相合成用担体を粉末として得た。
スチレン34g、メタクリロニトリル14g、メタクリル酸4g、ジビニルベンゼン(55%)6.6g、2−エチルヘキサノール58g、イソオクタン25g及び過酸化ベンゾイル(25%含水物)1.1gを用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして、スチレン−メタクリロニトリル−メタクリル酸−ジビニルベンセン共重合体からなる固相合成用担体を粉末として得た。
スチレン18g、メタクリロニトリル30g、メタクリル酸5g、ジビニルベンゼン(55%)7.0g、2−エチルヘキサノール55g、イソオクタン23g及び過酸化ベンゾイル(25%含水物)1.2gを用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして、スチレン−メタクリロニトリル−メタクリル酸−ジビニルベンセン共重合体からなる固相合成用担体を粉末として得た。
スチレン49g、p−アセトキシスチレン4g、ジビニルベンゼン(55%)7g、2−エチルヘキサノール55g、イソオクタン23g及び過酸化ベンゾイル(25%含水物)1gを用いた外は、実施例1と同様にして、スチレン−p−アセトキシスチレン−ジビニルベンセン共重合体からなる多孔質樹脂粒子を得た。
スチレン39g、メタクリロニトリル9g、メタクリル酸4g、ジビニルベンゼン(55%)6.5g、2−エチルヘキサノール57g、イソオクタン20g及び過酸化ベンゾイル(25%含水物)1.1gを用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして、スチレン−メタクリロニトリル−メタクリル酸−ジビニルベンセン共重合体からなる固相合成用担体を粉末として得た。
スチレン12g、メタクリロニトリル36g、メタクリル酸6g、ジビニルベンゼン(55%)7.0g、2−エチルヘキサノール58g、イソオクタン22g及び過酸化ベンゾイル(25%含水物)1.2gを用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして、スチレン−メタクリロニトリル−メタクリル酸−ジビニルベンセン共重合体からなる固相合成用担体を粉末として得た。
Claims (4)
- 芳香族ビニル構造単位25〜60重量%とシアン化ビニル構造単位20〜55重量%とエチレン性不飽和カルボン酸構造単位5〜18重量%と芳香族ジビニル構造単位2〜15重量%とから構成される多孔質共重合体粒子からなることを特徴とする固相合成用担体。
- カルボキシル基量が10〜2000μモル/gの範囲にある請求項1記載の固相合成用担体。
- 平均粒子径が1〜1000μmの範囲にあり、平均細孔径が1〜200nmの範囲にある請求項1に記載の固相合成用担体。
- 芳香族ビニル単量体25〜60重量%とシアン化ビニル単量体20〜55重量%とエチレン性不飽和カルボン酸単量体5〜18重量%と芳香族ジビニル単量体2〜15重量%を重合開始剤と共に有機溶媒に溶解させて単量体溶液とし、この単量体溶液を分散剤の存在下に水中に分散させ、懸濁共重合させて、固相合成用担体を多孔質共重合体粒子として得ることを特徴とする固相合成用担体の製造方法。
