本比較例は、電極間に配置されたセパレータを、電極の周縁部分で断続的に2箇所融着固定したが、その際、図13に示すように融着位置を電極積層体23の側面のほぼ中心部分で融着固定を行った以外は、実施例1と同様とした。

Claims (11)
- 正極、負極、セパレータおよびゲル電解質を具備するリチウムイオンポリマー電池であって、
セパレータを介して正極と負極を積層した電極積層体が、絶縁性多孔質シートで包囲、固定され、ラミネート材で外装され、
前記絶縁性多孔質シートは、全体が多孔質であることを特徴とする積層型リチウムイオンポリマー電池。 - 前記セパレータと、前記電極積層体を包囲した前記絶縁性多孔質シートが、前記正極および前記負極と接触していない前記電極積層体の側面の周縁部分で少なくとも1箇所融着、固定されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の積層型リチウムイオンポリマー電池。
- 前記セパレータと、前記電極積層体を包囲した前記絶縁性多孔質シートが、前記正極および前記負極と接触していない前記電極積層体の側面の周縁部分で断続的に少なくとも2箇所融着、固定されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の積層型リチウムイオンポリマー電池。
- 前記セパレータと、前記電極積層体を包囲した前記絶縁性多孔質シートが、前記電極積層体の側面の下端面または上端面に集積され、前記正極および前記負極と接触していない前記電極積層体の側面の周縁部分で断続的に少なくとも2箇所融着、固定されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の積層型リチウムイオンポリマー電池。
- 前記セパレータと、前記電極積層体を包囲した前記絶縁性多孔質シートが、前記電極積層体の側面の下端面または上端面に集積され、前記正極および前記負極と接触していない前記電極積層体の側面の周縁部分で少なくとも1箇所融着、固定されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の積層型リチウムイオンポリマー電池。
- 前記セパレータと前記絶縁性多孔質シートの融着部が、前記電極積層体の側面に沿うように折り曲げられたことを特徴とする請求項2〜5のいずれか1項に記載の積層型リチウムイオンポリマー電池。
- 正極、負極、セパレータおよびゲル電解質を具備するリチウムイオンポリマー電池であって、
セパレータを介して正極と負極を積層した電極積層体が、絶縁性多孔質シートで包囲、固定され、ラミネート材で外装され、
前記セパレータと、前記電極積層体を包囲した前記絶縁性多孔質シートが、前記電極積層体の側面の下端面または上端面に集積され、前記正極および前記負極と接触していない前記電極積層体の側面の周縁部分で少なくとも1箇所融着、固定されたことを特徴とする積層型リチウムイオンポリマー電池。 - 正極、負極、セパレータおよびゲル電解質を具備するリチウムイオンポリマー電池であって、
セパレータを介して正極と負極を積層した電極積層体が、絶縁性多孔質シートで包囲、固定され、ラミネート材で外装され、
前記セパレータと、前記電極積層体を包囲した前記絶縁性多孔質シートが、前記電極積層体の側面の下端面または上端面に集積され、前記正極および前記負極と接触していない前記電極積層体の側面の周縁部分で断続的に少なくとも2箇所融着、固定されたことを特徴とする積層型リチウムイオンポリマー電池。 - 前記セパレータと前記絶縁性多孔質シートの融着部が、前記電極積層体の側面に沿うように折り曲げられたことを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載の積層型リチウムイオンポリマー電池。
- 前記融着部の折り曲げられた部分は、前記電極積層体の厚さ以内である、請求項6又は9に記載の積層型リチウムイオンポリマー電池。
- 前記ラミネート材は、エンボス加工されたものである、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の積層型リチウムイオンポリマー電池。
