Description
Claims (2)
- 合成樹脂製ボトルの内部に液状内容物が密封されてなる内容物充填ボトルの製造方法において、
前記ボトルは、中空の胴部の上端部にキャップが嵌着可能な口部を備えると共に、該胴部の下端部を閉塞する底部を備え、該底部の一部には、胴部外部に向かって胴部の軸線方向に突出形成されていて胴部の軸線方向内方に反転して凹入自在の反転突出部が設けられており、
前記反転突出部が胴部外部に突出状態とされた液状内容物が未充填の空ボトルの内部に常温の液状内容物を充填する内容物充填工程と、
該内容物充填工程により内部に液状内容物が充填された充填ボトルの少なくとも一部を押圧し変形させて充填ボトルの容量を所定量減少させるボトル押圧工程と、
該ボトル押圧工程による充填ボトルの押圧変形状態を維持して該充填ボトルの口部にキャップを嵌着して封止する封止工程と、
該封止工程によりキャップが嵌着され、ボトル押圧工程による押圧が解除された充填ボトルの底部の前記反転突出部を上方に押圧してボトル内方に反転凹入させる底部凹入工程とを備えることを特徴とする内容物充填ボトルの製造方法。 - 前記ボトル押圧工程は、前記充填ボトルの反転突出部が胴部外部に向かって胴部の軸線方向に突出した状態を維持して該充填ボトルの底部を全周にわたって胴部の軸線方向内方に押圧変形させることを特徴とする請求項1記載の内容物充填ボトルの製造方法。
