Description
以下この発明の一実施形態を図に基づいて説明する。図1はこの発明の実施の形態1による回転電機の全体構成を示す側面断面図、図2はリヤブラケットを示す斜視図、図3はヒートシンクアセンブリを示す上面平面図、図4はヒートシンクアセンブリを示す下面平面図、図5は熱の移動状態を示すためのヒートシンクアセンブリを示す上面平面図、図6は扇形のヒートシンクアセンブリを示す平面図である。
上述のとおり、図4に示されるように、ヒートシンクの裏面に配置された複数の放熱フィン1510は、径の中心に向かう互いに平行なストレートフィン形状となっている。図8は図4におけるB−B線断面図である。円盤状のヒートシンク151が熱膨張する際には、図8の破線で示すようにヒートシンク151は反る傾向がある。

Claims (3)
- シャフト及び界磁巻線を有する回転子と、上記回転子を囲むように配置され固定子巻線を有する固定子と、負荷側一端部において上記固定子に固定されたハウジングと、上記ハウジング内に配置されるとともに、上記界磁巻線及び固定子巻線を制御するためのスイッチング素子がヒートシンクに搭載されたヒートシンクアセンブリとを有する回転電機において、上記ハウジングの一部を構成するとともに上記ヒートシンクアセンブリを挟んで上記負荷側一端部とは軸方向において反対側に位置する反負荷側の端面内面に上記ヒートシンクアセンブリを支持部材を介して固定するとともに、上記ヒートシンクが上記シャフトを通すように中抜き部のある円盤形状に形成されたことを特徴とする回転電機。
- 上記ヒートシンクの上記スイッチング素子が搭載された面とは反対側の面に複数の放熱フィンを設けるとともに、上記複数の放熱フィンは中心に向かう互いに平行なストレート形状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の回転電機。
- 上記固定子巻線と上記スイッチング素子とを接続するための接続部材を支持する接続中継部材に、上記放熱フィンに対して冷却風を集中して流すためのリブを形成したことを特徴とする請求項2記載の回転電機。
