Description
− 前記ダクトの横断面が長手方向の縁に沿って一定であり、
− 押し出されたダクトが、空調ユニットから自動車の客室に向けて発散される空気を循環させる、少なくとも2つの開口部を有し、
− 押し出されたダクトが、横部材から突出する突起部により、前記横部材の内壁から或る距離に維持され、
− 突起部が、横部材の周辺のまわりにそして横部材の長さにわたって均一に配分され、
− 押し出されたダクトが、再生利用可能な材料、好ましくはプラスチックで作られ、
− 横部材が、押し出されたダクトをその空洞内に収納するように設計されたほぼ直線の形状の中空体部であり、
− 横部材が、中空横部材部分と筒状横部材部分とから成り、中空横部材部分及び筒状横部材部分は接ぎ材によって一体に接合され、この接ぎ材はこれらの横部材部分の形状に合わせて作られ、そして組立体の剛性を確保し、そして、
− 横部材が、この自動車の計器盤を補強するように自動車の計器盤の内部に配置される、という特徴点を有する。
Claims (8)
- 自動車の構造を補強するための少なくとも1つの剛性で中空の横部材(1)内に保持される、自動車の客室内に組み込まれた空気分配ダクト(2)において、
該ダクト(2)が、押し出しによって得られ、該横部材(1)から突出する突起部(3)により、該横部材(1)の内壁から或る距離に維持され、
該突起部(3)は、該横部材(1)の周辺のまわりにそして該横部材(1)の長さにわたって均一に配分されることを特徴とする、空気分配ダクト(2)。 - 該ダクト(2)の横断面が長手方向の縁に沿って一定であることを特徴とする、請求項1による空気分配ダクト(2)。
- 押し出された該ダクト(2)が、空調ユニット(6)から車両の客室に向けて発散される空気を循環させる、少なくとも2つの開口部(4、5)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2による空気分配ダクト(2)。
- 押し出された該ダクト(2)が、再生利用可能な材料で作られることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのうちのいずれかによる空気分配ダクト(2)。
- 該横部材(1)が、押し出された該ダクト(2)をその空洞内に収納するように設計された、ほぼ直線の形状の中空体部であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのうちのいずれかによる空気分配ダクト(2)。
- 該横部材(1)が、中空横部材部分(1a)と筒状横部材部分(1b)とを含み、該中空横部材部分(1a)及び該筒状横部材部分(1b)は接ぎ材(1c)によって一体に接合され、該接ぎ材(1c)は該横部材部分(1a、1b)の形状に合わせて作られ、そして組立体の剛性を確保することを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのうちのいずれかによる空気分配ダクト(2)。
- 該横部材(1)が、該自動車の計器盤を補強するように該自動車の計器盤の内部に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのうちのいずれかによる空気分配ダクト(2)。
- 請求項6または7による空気分配ダクトを自動車の客室内に取り付ける方法であって、
該中空横部材部分(1a)と該筒状横部材部分(1b)と該接ぎ材(1c)とが該横部材(1)を形成するように組み立てられ、
押し出された該ダクトが該中空横部材部分(1a)内に嵌め込まれ、そしてこのように組み立てられた該組立体が該自動車の計器盤の内部に取り付けられることを特徴とする、空気分配ダクトを自動車の客室内に取り付ける方法。
