Description

Claims (5)
- 薬剤を投与するための圧力投与容器(12)と共に用いるための、計測バルブ(110)であって、
バルブ柄部(111)と、
外側および内側環状シール(117、118)と、
を備えており、
前記バルブ柄部(111)は、バルブ部材(112)内で同軸に摺動可能であり、
当該バルブ部材(112)と前記バルブ柄部(111)とが、環状の計測チャンバ(113)を規定しており、
前記外側および内側環状シール(117、118)は、前記バルブ部材(112)と前記バルブ柄部(111)とのそれぞれの外側および内側端の間で作用して、それらの間の環状計測チャンバ(113)をシールするようになっており、
前記バルブ部材(112)の一面が、使用時に前記薬剤と接触する前記計測チャンバ(113)の内面を形成しており、
前記バルブ部材(112)の当該面は、それに接合された1以上の冷プラズマ重合化モノマの層を有しており、
前記の層は、冷プラズマ重合化フッ化炭化水素であり、
前記バルブ部材(112)のみが、それに接合された1以上の冷プラズマ重合化モノマの層を有している
ことを特徴とする計測バルブ。 - 前記バルブ部材は、プラスチック材料製である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の計測バルブ。 - 前記プラスチック材料は、アセタール、ポリエステル及びナイロンからなる群から選択される
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の計測バルブ。 - 冷プラズマ重合化のための1以上のモノマは、
ペルフルオロシクロヘキサン、ペルフルオロヘキサン、テトラフルオロエチレン、トリフルオロエチレン、フッ化ビニリデン、フッ化ビニル、フルオロエチレン、及び、フルオロプロピレン
を有する材料群から選択される
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の計測バルブ。 - 前記層は、0.005乃至0.5ミクロンという範囲内の厚みを有している
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の計測バルブ。
