Claims (3)
- 筒状であって側部に内外を連通するポートを有するハウジングと、ハウジング内に周方向に回動可能に収納され側部にポートに対向可能なオリフィス孔を有する筒状弁体とを備え、筒状弁体を回動させてポートとオリフィス孔とを連通して形成される流路面積を変化させるロータリバルブにおいて、ポートがハウジングの軸方向に沿う長孔とされるとともに、オリフィス孔が筒状弁体の軸方向に沿う長孔と長孔に連通され筒状弁体の周方向に沿う溝とで形成され、筒状弁体は、流路面積を最小とする回転停止位置から流路面積を最大とする回転停止位置までの間であって流路面積を最小とする回転停止位置から流路面積を最大とする回転停止位置までの角度を等分する一つ以上の回転停止位置を備え、通過流量が同じである場合に、筒状弁体が流路面積を最小から最大とするまでに採る回転停止位置における圧力損失が等差的に変化するようにしたことを特徴とするロータリバルブ。
- ハウジングが、シリンダ内に摺動自在に挿入されシリンダ内を一方室と他方室とに区画するピストンを支持し、かつ、一方室と連通する中空孔と、側部に上記中空孔と他方室とを連通するポートとを備えたピストンロッドであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のロータリバルブ。
- 筒状弁体が流路面積を最小とする回転停止位置では、オリフィス孔における溝の先端とポートとが対向し、筒状弁体が流路面積を最大とする回転停止位置では、オリフィス孔における長孔とポートとが対向し、筒状弁体が流路面積を最小から最大との間にする回転停止位置では、ポートの全体がオリフィス孔における溝に対向することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のロータリバルブ。
