Description
本出願は、すべての目的のために参照により本明細書に全て組み込まれる、先に提出された2003年5月5日提出の米国特許仮出願第60/467,600号による利益を主張するものである。
本発明の実施態様の一つは、全て、ポリプロピレン組成物の重量を基準として、(a)ポリプロピレン樹脂約60〜65重量%、(b)エチレン−α−オレフィン共重合ゴム約10〜15重量%、(c)タルク約20〜25重量%、(d)グラフト化ポリプロピレン樹脂0.5〜2.0重量%、(e)不飽和脂肪酸アミド0.2〜0.5重量%及び(f)耐スクラッチ剤0.2〜0.5重量%を含有するポリプロピレン組成物を指向するものである。耐スクラッチ剤は、耐スクラッチ剤の重量を基準として、エチレンビニルアセテート約30〜50重量%と脂肪族系石油樹脂約50〜70重量%を含有する。
Claims (21)
- 下記成分を含む、ポリプロピレン組成物:
該ポリプロピレン組成物の重量を基準として、
(a)ポリプロピレン樹脂 60〜65重量%;
(b)エチレン−α−オレフィン共重合ゴム 10〜15重量%;
(c)タルク 20〜25重量%;
(d)グラフト化ポリプロピレン樹脂 0.5〜2.0重量%;
(e)不飽和脂肪酸アミド 0.2〜0.5重量%;および
(f)耐スクラッチ剤 0.2〜0.5重量%
(耐スクラッチ剤は、耐スクラッチ剤の重量を基準として、(f1)エチレンビニルアセテート 30〜50重量%と(f2)脂肪族系石油樹脂 50〜70重量%を含む。)。 - 前記(b)エチレン−α−オレフィン共重合ゴムの少なくとも一種のα−オレフィンが、プロピレン、1−ブテン、1−ヘキセン、4−メチル−ペンテン及び1−オクテンからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載のポリプロピレン組成物。
- 前記(b)エチレン−α−オレフィン共重合ゴムが、エチレン−プロピレン共重合ゴムである、請求項2に記載のポリプロピレン組成物。
- 前記(c)タルクが、3μm以下の平均直径を有する、請求項1に記載のポリプロピレン組成物。
- 前記(c)タルクが、1〜2μmの平均直径を有する、請求項1に記載のポリプロピレン組成物。
- 前記(d)グラフト化ポリプロピレン樹脂が、無水マレイン酸グラフトポリプロピレン樹脂である、請求項1に記載のポリプロピレン組成物。
- 前記(e)不飽和脂肪酸アミドが、オレイン酸アミド、エルカ酸アミド、リノール酸アミド及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載のポリプロピレン組成物。
- 前記(e)不飽和脂肪酸アミドが、エルカ酸アミドである、請求項7に記載のポリプロピレン組成物。
- 前記(f1)エチレンビニルアセテートが、分子量25,000未満である、請求項1に記載のポリプロピレン組成物。
- 前記(f1)エチレンビニルアセテートが、ビニルアセテートを5モル%未満で含む、請求項9に記載のポリプロピレン組成物。
- 前記(f2)脂肪族系石油樹脂が、C4〜C5の直鎖状脂肪族炭化水素を含有している、請求項1に記載のポリプロピレン組成物。
- 前記(b)エチレン−α−オレフィン共重合ゴムがエチレン−プロピレン共重合ゴムであり、前記(d)グラフト化ポリプロピレン樹脂が無水マレイン酸グラフトポリプロピレン樹脂であり、前記(e)不飽和脂肪酸アミドがエルカ酸アミドであり、前記(f1)エチレンビニルアセテートがビニルアセテートを5モル%未満で含み、かつ分子量25,000未満であり、前記(f2)脂肪族系石油樹脂がC4〜C5の直鎖状脂肪族系石油樹脂である、請求項1に記載のポリプロピレン組成物。
- ポリプロピレン、エチレン−α−オレフィン共重合ゴム、タルク、グラフト化ポリプロピレン樹脂、不飽和脂肪酸アミド及び、(f1)ビニルアセテートを5モル%未満で含み、かつ、分子量25,000未満のであるエチレンビニルアセテートと(f2)C4〜C5の直鎖状脂肪族系石油樹脂を含む耐スクラッチ剤0.2〜0.5重量%を含む、耐スクラッチ性能を改良している、ポリプロピレン組成物。
- テーバー尺度において、800g以上の耐スクラッチ性を示す、請求項13に記載のポリプロピレン組成物。
- ファイブフィンガー試験において、15N以上の耐スクラッチ性を示す、請求項13に記載のポリプロピレン組成物。
- 下記成分を混合するステップを含む、ポリプロピレン組成物の調製方法:
該ポリプロピレン組成物の重量を基準として、
(a)ポリプロピレン樹脂 60〜65重量%;
(b)エチレン−α−オレフィン共重合ゴム 10〜15重量%;
(c)タルク 20〜25重量%;
(d)グラフト化ポリプロピレン樹脂 0.5〜2.0重量%;
(e)不飽和脂肪酸アミド 0.2〜0.5重量%;および
(f)耐スクラッチ剤 0.2〜0.5重量%
(耐スクラッチ剤は、耐スクラッチ剤の重量を基準として、(f1)エチレンビニルアセテート 30〜50重量%と(f2)脂肪族系石油樹脂 50〜70重量%を含む。)。 - 下記ステップを含むポリプロピレン組成物の成型または押出し製品の製造方法:
(A)下記成分を含むポリプロピレン組成物を調製するステップ、
該ポリプロピレン組成物の重量を基準として、
(a)ポリプロピレン樹脂 60〜65重量%;
(b)エチレン−α−オレフィン共重合ゴム 10〜15重量%;
(c)タルク 20〜25重量%;
(d)グラフト化ポリプロピレン樹脂 0.5〜2.0重量%;
(e)不飽和脂肪酸アミド 0.2〜0.5重量%;および
(f)耐スクラッチ剤 0.2〜0.5重量%
(耐スクラッチ剤は、耐スクラッチ剤の重量を基準として、(f1)エチレンビニルアセテート 30〜50重量%と(f2)脂肪族系石油樹脂 50〜70重量%を含む。)、および
(B)該ポリプロピレン組成物を、成型または押出して、成型または押出し製品にするステップ。 - 前記成型または押出し製品が、コンソール、ステアリングコラムカバー、ドライバ下部カバー、コラムカバー下部、コラムカバー上部、右側面カバー、左側面カバー、中央下部カバー、中央下部ガーニッシュ、デフロスタダクト、グローブボックス、ダクト出口、および後部ドア下部からなる群から選択される自動車内装用部品である、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 成型または押出し製品の形態の請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 成型または押出し製品の形態の請求項13に記載の組成物。
- 請求項19または20に記載の組成物が、コンソール、ステアリングコラムカバー、ドライバ下部カバー、コラムカバー下部、コラムカバー上部、右側面カバー、左側面カバー、中央下部カバー、中央下部ガーニッシュ、デフロスタダクト、グローブボックス、ダクト出口、および後部ドア下部からなる群から選択される形態にある、成型または押出し製品。
