Claims (8)
- 冷却材を含むクライオスタット内に配置された超伝導スイッチング素子を有する電流制限装置において、前記スイッチング素子は、電流制限作用時に前記電流制限装置の要求される短絡カットオフ電流に達したときシューブニコフ相にあり、かつ電流制限作用時に短絡カットオフ電流により前記スイッチング素子に発生される熱と前記冷却材によって導出される熱との間に平衡が生じるように構成されている電流制限装置。
- 前記スイッチング素子がシューブニコフ相に存在する温度範囲に前記スイッチング素子が全電流制限時間中保持されるように、前記クライオスタットの冷却能力が定められている請求項1記載の電流制限装置。
- 前記スイッチング素子が熱絶縁層を設けられている請求項1又は2記載の電流制限装置。
- 前記スイッチング素子がスイッチング素子に平行に延びる転流導体を備える請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載の電流制限装置。
- 前記転流導体が正の磁化率を有する金属又は合金で形成されている請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載の電流制限装置。
- 前記スイッチング素子が前記クライオスタット内で螺旋状に延びている請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載の電流制限装置。
- 前記スイッチング素子に並列接続されたバイパス要素が配置されている請求項1から6のいずれか1つに記載の電流制限装置。
- 前記バイパス要素が前記クライオスタットの外側にある請求項7記載の電流制限装置。
