Description
一列に並んだ二個以上のコネクタを具える航空機構成材の本体として、各コネクタが本体から伸びるアーム、列の第一側に位置する第一フランジおよび列の第二側に位置する第二フランジを有する本体を準備する工程と、
本体から伸びるアーム、列の第一側に位置する第一フランジおよび列の第二側に位置する第二フランジを有する別体コネクタを本体に取り付ける工程とを含み、
前記別体コネクタのアームを、前記列の一側から見たときに、近接するコネクタのアームに重なるように配置するものである。
航空機構成材の本体にコネクタを固定するための板であって、その板はコネクタの第一側にある第一面、コネクタの第二側にある第二面および第一面と第二面との間にある縁を有する板と、
板の縁から伸びるアームと、
コネクタの第一側にあるアームによって保持される第一フランジと、
コネクタの第二側にあるアームによって保持される第二フランジとを含み、
アームは板の縁に近接する比較的幅の広い基部およびフランジを保持する比較的幅の狭い末端部を有する。
Claims (15)
- 一列に並んだ二個以上のコネクタを具える航空機構成材の本体として、各コネクタが前記本体から伸びるアーム、前記列の第一側に位置する第一フランジおよび前記列の第二側に位置する第二フランジを有する前記本体を準備する工程と、
前記本体から伸びるアーム、前記列の第一側に位置する第一フランジおよび前記列の第二側に位置する第二フランジを有する別体コネクタを前記本体に取り付ける工程とを含み、
前記別体コネクタのアームを、前記列の一側から見たときに、近接するコネクタのアームに重なるように配置する、航空機構成材の製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法によって航空機構成材を製造する工程と、
締め具で前記コネクタの前記フランジと、空気力学的外表面を有する外皮とを締め付けることによって、前記航空機構成材を前記外皮に固定する工程とを含む、航空機構成材の製造方法。 - 本体と、前記本体に一列に並ぶ一連のコネクタとを含む航空機構成材であって、各コネクタが前記本体から伸びるアーム、前記列の第一側に位置する第一フランジおよび前記列の第二側に位置する第二フランジを有し、前記コネクタの少なくとも一個が前記本体に取り付けられた別体コネクタであり、前記別体コネクタのアームが、前記列の一側から見たときに、近接するコネクタのアームに重なるように配置されている航空機構成材。
- 前記別体コネクタのアームおよび/または前記コネクタのうち近接する一個のコネクタのアームが、前記列の一側から見たときにもう一方のアームに重なっている強化部を有する、請求項3に記載の航空機構成材。
- 前記強化部が斜めの縁を有する、請求項4に記載の航空機構成材。
- 前記別体コネクタのアームが、前記本体に近接する比較的幅の広い基部および前記フランジを保持する比較的幅の狭い末端部を有する、請求項3〜5の何れか一項に記載の航空機構成材。
- 前記航空機構成材が主翼リブを含み、前記コネクタがリブ脚を含む、請求項3〜6の何れか一項に記載の航空機構成材。
- 各フランジが、締め付け部品を保持するために一個以上の締め付け孔を有する、請求項3〜7の何れか一項に記載の航空機構成材。
- 前記別体コネクタが二個以上の締め具によって前記本体に固定され、各締め具が前記別体コネクタおよび前記本体を貫通する、請求項3〜8の何れか一項に記載の航空機構成材。
- 前記コネクタの少なくとも一個が前記本体と一体化して構成される、請求項3〜9の何れか一項に記載の航空機構成材。
- 前記コネクタに近接する前記本体に沿って伸びる補強材をさらに含む、請求項3〜10の何れか一項に記載の航空機構成材。
- 前記別体コネクタが、前記補強材の反対側で前記本体に固定されている、請求項11に記載の航空機構成材。
- 請求項3〜12の何れか一項に記載の航空機構成材と、前記コネクタに固定された外皮とを含み、前記外皮が空気力学的外表面を有する航空機構造体。
- 前記外皮が複数の補強材を保持する内部表面を有し、各補強材が一対の前記コネクタ間にあるチャネルにおいて保持される、請求項13に記載の航空機構造体。
- 前記コネクタおよび前記外皮が異なる材料から形成される、請求項13または14に記載の航空機構造体。
