Description
そこで、本発明は、より組み立てやすい車両用シートの乗員重量測定装置及び荷重センサの取付構造を提供することを目的とする。
たカップ部と、前記カップ部の外周に形成されたフランジとを有し、前記カップ部が前記
巻きバネに挿通され、前記ナットが前記カップ部内に挿入されて前記カップ部の底を締め
付け、前記巻きバネが前記フランジと前記フレームとの間に挟まれていることを特徴とする。
また、ナットの締め付けによって巻きバネが圧縮された状態でフレームとスプリングホルダとの間に挟まれているので、フレームに対して荷重センサがより安定して適切に組み付けられる。そのため、乗員重量測定装置の組み立てがより容易になる。
また、ナットの締め付けによる巻きバネの弾性変形によって、巻きバネからナットに対して荷重が安定して作用する。
上記実施の形態では、巻きバネ44は平座金43に載った状態とされ、巻きバネ44が平座金43と接する部分が平坦とされているが、例えば図8及び図9に示すように、座金431の内側部分が上側に凸となる凸部431aを形成したものを使用しても良い。凸部431aの外縁部は曲面とされ、座金431の上面に凸部431aによる段差431bが形成されている。そして、この段差431bに巻きバネ44の端部が係止した状態とされ、巻きバネ44が凸部431aの曲面及び座金431の平坦面に接している。そのため、座金431の凸部431aによって巻きバネ44が座金431の平坦面上を滑らないようにセンタリングされている。
Claims (4)
- 車両のフロアに固定されるロアレール上を前後に移動可能に設けられたアッパーレールと、
前記アッパーレールの上に固定された荷重センサと、
前記荷重センサの上に設けられ、車両用シートの下に設けられたフレームと、を備え、
前記荷重センサからロッドが延出され、前記ロッドが前記フレーム、スプリングホルダを順に貫通して巻きバネに挿通され、前記スプリングホルダ上からナットが前記ロッドに螺合され、前記スプリングホルダに対する前記ナットの締め付けにより前記巻きバネが前記スプリングホルダと前記フレームとの間に挟まれて圧縮され、
前記スプリングホルダが、前記ロッドが貫通した貫通孔を底に形成したカップ部と、前記カップ部の外周に形成されたフランジとを有し、
前記カップ部が前記巻きバネに挿通され、前記ナットが前記カップ部内に挿入されて前記カップ部の底を締め付け、前記巻きバネが前記フランジと前記フレームとの間に挟まれていることを特徴とする車両用シートの乗員重量測定装置。 - 車両のフロアに固定されるロアレール上を前後に移動可能に設けられたアッパーレールと、

前記荷重センサの上に設けられ、車両用シートの下に設けられたフレームと、を備え、
前記荷重センサからロッドが延出され、前記ロッドが前記フレーム、スプリングホルダを順に貫通して巻きバネに挿通され、前記スプリングホルダ上からナットが前記ロッドに螺合され、前記スプリングホルダに対する前記ナットの締め付けにより前記巻きバネが前記スプリングホルダと前記フレームとの間に挟まれて圧縮され、
前記ロッドが挿通されるカラーが前記フレームを貫通し、前記スプリングホルダが前記カラーと前記ナットとの間に挟まれ、前記ナットと前記荷重センサとの間に前記巻きバネ及び前記カラーが挟まれていることを特徴とする車両用シートの乗員重量測定装置。 - 車両用シートの下に設けられたフレームに荷重センサを取り付けるための取付構造において、
前記荷重センサからロッドが延出され、前記ロッドが前記フレーム、スプリングホルダを順に貫通して巻きバネに挿通され、前記スプリングホルダ上からナットが前記ロッドに螺合され、前記スプリングホルダに対する前記ナットの締め付けにより前記巻きバネが前記スプリングホルダと前記フレームとの間に挟まれて圧縮され、
前記スプリングホルダが、前記ロッドが貫通した貫通孔を底に形成したカップ部と、前記カップ部の外周に形成されたフランジとを有し、
前記カップ部が前記巻きバネに挿通され、前記ナットが前記カップ部内に挿入されて前記カップ部の底を締め付け、前記巻きバネが前記フランジと前記フレームとの間に挟まれていることを特徴とする荷重センサの取付構造。 - 車両用シートの下に設けられたフレームに荷重センサを取り付けるための取付構造において、
前記荷重センサからロッドが延出され、前記ロッドが前記フレーム、スプリングホルダを順に貫通して巻きバネに挿通され、前記スプリングホルダ上からナットが前記ロッドに螺合され、前記スプリングホルダに対する前記ナットの締め付けにより前記巻きバネが前記スプリングホルダと前記フレームとの間に挟まれて圧縮され、
前記ロッドが挿通されるカラーが前記フレームを貫通し、前記スプリングホルダが前記カラーと前記ナットとの間に挟まれ、前記ナットと前記荷重センサとの間に前記巻きバネ及び前記カラーが挟まれていることを特徴とする荷重センサの取付構造。
