Claims (25)
- 標的を定めることができる生検システムであって、
ガイド本体(30)及び針セットチャネル(31)を有する方向転換ガイド(10)と、
生検試料を採取するために前記方向転換ガイド(10)の針セットチャネル(31)に挿入され得る可撓性の生検針セット(13)と、
超音波システムCPU(18)、側面ビュー経直腸プロ−ブ(19)、及びモニター(20)を有する超音波システム(17)にして、側面ビュー経直腸プロ−ブ(19)がプローブチップ(22)とプローブ画像窓部(23)とを含み、前記方向転換ガイド(10)のガイド本体(30)が、プローブチップ上に位置し、かつプローブチップ(22)に対し異なる回転方向位置及び異なる縦方向位置に移動可能であり、プローブチップ(22)が前記モニター(20)に表示される標的組織塊の超音波画像を発生させる超音波システム(17)と、
前記プローブチップ(22)に対する前記方向転換ガイド(10)のガイド本体(30)の回転方向位置及び縦方向位置を制御するための組立体(11)と、
横断画像ディスプレー(212)及びサジタル画像ディスプレー(213)を有する標的ソフトウェアシステム(12、18)にして、横断画像ディスプレー(212)及びサジタル画像ディスプレー(213)の両方に複数の針路が投影され、各針路が前記組立体(11)によって制御される前記プローブチップ(22)に対する前記方向転換ガイド(10)のガイド本体(30)の対応する回転方向位置及び縦方向位置によって規定される標的ソフトウェアシステム(12、18)とを備える生検システム。 - 各針路は、前記画像ディスプレー(212、213)の一方の画像面においてラインとして示される請求項1の生検システム。
- 各針路は、前記画像ディスプレー(212、213)の一方の画像面において円又はドットとして示される請求項1の生検システム。
- 前記円又はドットは、各針路が前記画像ディスプレー(212、213)の一方の画像面を突き通すように表される請求項3の生検システム。
- 前記投影された針路(51a、52a)は、前記側面ビュー経直腸プロ−ブ(19)に対する針路の水平及び回転位置を示す針路位置レジストリを含み、前記組立体(11)は、針路位置レジストリに関連する位置情報を有する請求項1〜4のいずれか一つの生検システム。
- 前記可撓性の生検針セット(13)は、可撓性スタイレット(60)及び可撓性カニューレ(61)を含む請求項1〜5のいずれか一つの生検システム。
- 前記可撓性スタイレット(60)及び可撓性カニューレ(61)は、あらかじめ形成された曲がりを持って製造される請求項6の生検システム。
- 前記可撓性スタイレット(60)及び可撓性カニューレ(61)は、可撓性材料から製造される請求項6又は7の生検システム。
- 前記可撓性材料はニチノール(登録商標)又はプラスチックである請求項8の生検システム。
- 前記可撓性スタイレット(60)及び/又は可撓性カニューレ(61)は、二つ以上の区域から組み合わされ、各区域は、可撓性を助長するために異なる特性の材料から成る請求項6〜8のいずれか一つの生検システム。
- 前記可撓性スタイレット(60)は、大径部によって互いに間隔がおかれた第1及び第2ノッチ(72)を含む請求項6〜10のいずれか一つの生検システム。
- 前記方向転換ガイド(10)は、生検針セットが挿入され得る開口(32)と、生検針セット(13)の一部が出る開口(33)と、前記方向転換ガイド(10)から出た生検針セット(13)の前記一部が、方向転換ガイド(10)に挿入されていない生検針セット(13)の部分に対して角度が付けられるように生検針セット(13)を方向転換させる、チャネル曲がり部として形成される手段とを更に備える請求項1〜11のいずれか一つの生検システム。
- 前記生検針セット(13)を方向転換させる手段は、前は真っ直ぐな生検針セット(13)を物理的に曲げる請求項12の生検システム。
- 前記生検針セット(13)を方向転換させる手段は、生検針セット(13)が該方向転換手段から出る際に再度曲がるように、前は曲がっていた生検針セット(13)を真っ直ぐにする請求項12又は13の生検システム。
- 前記生検針セット(13)を方向転換させる手段は、固定的な角度が付けられたかもしくは曲げられた一つ又は複数のチャネルを含む請求項12〜14のいずれか一つの生検システム。
- 前記生検針セット(13)を方向転換させる手段は、生検針セット(13)が出る前記開口(33)が生検針セット(32)が挿入される開口(32)に対して移動され得る可動機構を備える請求項12〜15のいずれか一つの生検システム。
- 前記方向転換ガイド(10)は、生検計画の計画された生検位置と整合するようにプローブ(19)に対して選択的に位置付けられるかもしくは回転される請求項1〜16のいずれか一つの生検システム。
- 前記方向転換ガイド(10)には、プローブ(19)に対する位置の表示が設けられる1〜17のいずれか一つの生検システム。
- 前記標的ソフトウェアシステム(12、18)は、生検試料の位置を記録する請求項1〜18のいずれか一つの生検システム。
- 前記標的ソフトウェアシステム(12、18)は、前記プローブ(19)に対する生検の好ましい位置を特定する生検計画を含む請求項1〜19のいずれか一つの生検システム。
- 前記可撓性スタイレット(60)の断面は、該スタイレットの可撓性を助長するため、該スタイレットの長さの一部に対して縮小する請求項6〜11のいずれか一つの生検システム。
