図5A〜Cはホールセンサおよび種々の回転角度における磁力線に対して相対的なその位置を略示している。
Claims (7)
- 所定の配置構成の磁界と、前記磁界に対して相対的に回転可能である少なくとも1つのホールセンサ(14;114)とを備え、前記磁界は回転軸線(16;116)の周囲に回転可能に延在している部分リング形状の永久磁石(18;118)によって形成されており、前記ホールセンサ(114)は前記回転軸線(16;116)から離間して配置されており、少なくとも1つの面状のホールセンサ(14;114)の2つの主方向が回転軸線(16;116)に対して半径方向および軸線方向であって、かつ、前記少なくとも1つの面状のホールセンサ(14;114)は、前記永久磁石(18;118)の回転角度0°に対応する中心位置における前記磁界の磁力線の中心垂線(32)上にあり、前記回転軸線(16;116)にまで達する強磁性材料から成る短絡面(100)が設けられており、前記磁界は、前記磁力線の前記中心垂線(32)を含む平面に関して鏡面対称に形成されている

請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の磁気的な回転角度発生器。 - 前記少なくとも1つの部分リング形状の永久磁石(18;118)は前記中心位置において前記ホールセンサ(14;114)のセンサ面に対して平行である直径方向において磁化されている
請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の磁気的な回転角度発生器。 - 前記部分リング形状の永久磁石(18;118)は、半円形状の断面形状を有しており、かつ、前記短絡面(100)にまで達している強磁性材料から成る半円形状のリング(22)によって取り囲まれている
請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の磁気的な回転角度発生器。 - 内燃機関の絞り弁軸の角度位置を検出するために、前記永久磁石(18;118)と前記リング(22)とを含む連結体が前記絞り弁軸に回転不能に接続されている、請求項6記載の磁気的な回転角度発生器。
