Description

The present invention relates to an endoscope cleaning / disinfecting apparatus, a cleaning brush unit, and a cleaning brush housing for automatically cleaning and cleaning a conduit by inserting and removing the cleaning brush into / from an endoscope conduit accommodated in a cleaning / disinfecting tank of the apparatus main body. Regarding cassettes.

Endoscopes used for inspection and treatment of body cavities are not only the outer surface of the insertion part that is inserted into the body cavity, but also a treatment tool that serves as an air / water supply line, a forward water supply line, and a suction line Dirt also adheres to each endoscope duct such as an insertion duct. For this reason, it is necessary to clean and disinfect the used endoscopes not only on the outer surface but also on each pipe line. For this reason, in recent years, endoscope cleaning and disinfecting apparatuses that can automatically clean and disinfect even the pipes of the endoscope have been put into practical use.

Endoscope conduits, especially treatment instrument insertion conduits that also serve as suction conduits, pass through tissues in body cavities collected during examinations and treatments using endoscopes. In the endoscope cleaning / disinfecting apparatus, filth that is difficult to remove tends to adhere.

Therefore, in order to improve the cleanability of each pipe line of the endoscope, the user prior to cleaning / disinfecting using the endoscope cleaning / disinfecting apparatus, for example, a cleaning brush having a brush portion fixed to the tip of an elongated shaft In general, each of the endoscope channels is preliminarily washed to remove filth adhering to each of the endoscopes by inserting it into each of the endoscope channels and performing scrubbing.

However, it is very troublesome for the user to insert a cleaning brush into each pipe of the endoscope and perform preliminary cleaning by rubbing, which leads to an increase in work time for cleaning and disinfecting the endoscope. There was a problem.

In view of such a problem, in Patent Document 1, an endoscope is easily inserted in a short time by automatically inserting a washing brush into each pipeline of the endoscope and driving the inserted washing brush forward and backward. An endoscope cleaning apparatus capable of reliably cleaning each of the pipes is disclosed.

By the way, when the cleaning brush is automatically inserted into each pipeline of the endoscope for cleaning, dirt in the pipeline adheres to the brush portion that actually contacts the pipeline. Therefore, conventionally, after washing, it is necessary for the user to squeeze the brush part after use, but this squeeze washing has a problem that it is very complicated.

In view of such a problem, in Patent Document 2, a cleaning brush corresponding to a cleaning brush can be automatically inserted into each duct of the endoscope, and the distal end of the insertion portion of the endoscope duct A cleaning brush automatic insertion device provided with a brush cleaning nozzle for cleaning the brush hair by supplying cleaning liquid to the brush hair corresponding to the brush portion of the cleaning brush protruded from the opening of the brush is disclosed. Has been.
JP 2003-10118 A JP-A-8-275918

However, since the automatic cleaning brush insertion device for endoscope shown in Patent Document 2 is configured to wash the brush portion by supplying the washing liquid to the brush hair portion corresponding to the brush portion, the brush In addition to the problem that it is difficult to remove the dirt adhering to the portion, there is a problem that the manufacturing cost of the apparatus increases because it is necessary to newly provide a brush cleaning nozzle in the apparatus.

By the advance / retreat mechanism, the treatment tool is inserted into a treatment tool mounting portion 24 (to be described later) of the endoscope 20 by moving away from (protruding from) the side surface 5s of the cleaning / disinfecting tank 5 in the advance / retreat direction A. It can be connected to a pipe base (hereinafter simply referred to as a base) 24a.

The tray 10 in which the used endoscope 20 and the like are accommodated is detachably mounted in the holding portion 6a of the tray holding member 6 disposed in the cleaning / disinfecting tank 5 of the apparatus main body 3.

The endoscope 20 that can be accommodated in and removed from the tray 10 includes an operation portion 21 and a flexible insertion portion 22 that is connected to the operation portion 21 to constitute a main portion. Further, a water supply pipe (not shown) for supplying water or the like to the surface of the objective lens (not shown) disposed on the distal end surface of the insertion part 22 from the opening facing the objective lens inside the operation part 21 and the insertion part 22. On the surface of the objective lens disposed on the distal end surface of the insertion portion 22, an air supply conduit (not shown) for supplying air or the like from an opening facing the objective lens is disposed. In addition, a front water supply pipe for supplying a fluid such as water forward from the distal end of the insertion portion 22 may be disposed inside the operation portion 21 and the insertion portion 22.

Furthermore, a treatment instrument insertion conduit 43 that also serves as a suction conduit for sucking tissue or the like for causing the treatment instrument to protrude from the opening at the distal end of the insertion portion 22 inside the operation portion 21 and the insertion portion 22 (see FIG. 3). ) Is arranged.

For example, a cylindrical conduit mounting portion 23 and a treatment instrument mounting portion 24 project from the operating portion 21 obliquely toward the proximal end side opposite to the insertion portion 22 in the longitudinal direction of the operating portion 21. Respectively. The conduit mounting portion 23 and the treatment instrument mounting portion 24 are spaced apart from each other along the longitudinal direction of the operation portion 21.

An air / water feed cap 23a having openings on the operation section 21 side of the water supply pipe and the air supply pipe is provided on the pipe mounting portion 23 so as to protrude from the front end surface. An air supply line washing nozzle 31 and a water supply line washing nozzle 32 are connected to the air / water supply base 23a.

A base 24a, which is a connection port having an opening on the operation part 21 side of the treatment instrument insertion conduit 43 (see FIG. 4), is provided on the treatment instrument mounting section 24 so as to protrude from the distal end surface. A nozzle 33 is connected to the base 24a.

It should be noted that the conduit portion mounting portion 23 and the treatment instrument mounting portion 24 are not disposed in the operation portion 21, and the bases 23 a and 24 a may be directly disposed in the operation portion 21.

On the upper surface of the tray 10, an accommodation recess 11 for accommodating and arranging the endoscope 20 at a predetermined position is provided. The accommodating recess 11 is formed in a predetermined shape in consideration of the outer shape and length of the operation portion 21 and the insertion portion 22 of the endoscope 20 to be accommodated, and the operation portion 21 is disposed. The operation portion accommodating portion 12 and the insertion portion accommodating portion 13 in which the insertion portion 22 is disposed.

Therefore, when using a plurality of types of endoscopes 20 having different outer shapes and length dimensions of the operation unit 21 and the insertion unit 22, a plurality of trays 10 corresponding to each type of endoscope 20 are prepared. The

The pipe receiving part 23 and the treatment instrument receiving part 15 in which the pipe attaching part 23 and the treatment instrument attaching part 24 of the endoscope 20 accommodated in the accommodating recess 11 are accommodated in the operation part accommodating part 12. Is provided.

An opening 14a through which the distal end side in the advancing and retreating direction A of the air supply line washing nozzle 31 and the water supply line washing nozzle 32 is inserted is formed in the pipe receiving part 14, and the treatment tool receiving part 15 has An opening 15a through which the tip end side of the nozzle 33 in the forward / backward direction A is inserted is formed.

A first water supply / drain port 16 for supplying and draining cleaning water, disinfecting water, and the like is formed at a predetermined position on the bottom surface of the operation unit storage unit 12. The first water supply / drain port 16 is positioned in the vicinity of the proximal end side of the operation portion 21 of the endoscope 20 when the endoscope 20 is accommodated in the accommodating recess 11, and the tray 10 is placed in the cleaning / disinfecting tank 5. It is formed so as to be positioned in the vicinity of the water supply port 16c when accommodated.

Moreover, the 2nd water supply / drain port 17 for supplying and discharging washing water, disinfection water, etc. in the predetermined position of the bottom face of the insertion part accommodating part 13 is formed. The second water supply / drain port 17 is positioned in the vicinity of the distal end of the insertion portion 22 of the endoscope 20 when the endoscope 20 is accommodated in the accommodating recess 11, and the tray 10 is accommodated in the cleaning / disinfecting tank 5. In this case, it is formed so as to be positioned in the vicinity of the drain port 17c.

Further, lid members 16a and 17a that can be freely opened and closed are provided at the respective water supply and drain ports 16 and 17. The lid members 16a and 17a are configured such that the water supply / drain ports 16 and 17 are always kept closed by the own weight or the urging force of the urging member (not shown) in addition to the own weight.

Therefore, when the used endoscope 20 is housed in the housing recess 11, dirt, body fluid, and the like attached to the endoscope 20 are prevented from leaking from the water supply / drain ports 16 and 17. For this reason, the endoscope 20 can be transported hygienically in a state where the endoscope 20 is housed in the housing recess 11 of the tray 10.

A mounting portion 18 is formed on one side of the tray 10 in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction in FIG. When the tray 10 is accommodated in the cleaning / disinfecting tank 5 of the apparatus main body 3, the attaching part 18 is fitted into the holding part 6a of the tray holding member 6 disposed in the cleaning / disinfecting tank 5, and the holding part 6a. For example, it is formed in a U shape in accordance with the internal shape.

A conveying grip 19 is formed on both sides of the tray 10 in the longitudinal direction in FIG. The transport grip 19 is gripped when the tray 10 in which the endoscope 20 is housed is transported, and is formed so as to protrude to the lower surface side of the tray 10. For this reason, after the tray 10 is accommodated in the cleaning / disinfecting tank 5, the transport grip 19 does not interfere with the top cover 4.

Next, the structure of the washing brush unit 85 described above will be described with reference to FIGS.

3 is a top view schematically showing the configuration of the cleaning brush unit of FIG. 2 together with a part of the cleaning / disinfecting tank and a part of the operation section of the endoscope, and FIG. 4 is taken along line IV-IV in FIG. FIG. 5 is a partial cross-sectional view showing a part of the cleaning brush unit and a part of the cleaning / disinfecting tank along the line V-V in FIG. 3.

As described above, the cleaning brush unit 85 is detachable with respect to the apparatus main body 3 of the cleaning / disinfecting apparatus 2, and as shown in FIGS. A main part is constituted by a tubular nozzle 33 and a brush cassette 70 which is a washing brush accommodating cassette which is detachable from a rear end 33k of the nozzle 33.

The nozzle 33 is formed as a disposable member made of, for example, resin, and the nozzle 33 is disposed on the back surface 5r side of the side surface 5s of the cleaning / disinfecting tank 5 in the interior 3i of the apparatus body 3. . In addition, as long as it is not formed as a disposable member, the nozzle 33 may be comprised from the metal which is hard to wear with respect to the brush part 101 mentioned later of the washing brush 100, for example.

A flow path 33r, which is a passage through which fluid such as a cleaning brush 100 and a cleaning liquid, which will be described later, passes, is formed inside the nozzle 33. The flow path 33r is mounted on the treatment instrument of the endoscope 20 by the nozzle 33. When connected to the mouthpiece 24 a of the unit 24, it communicates with the treatment instrument insertion conduit 43 inside the endoscope 20, and supplies a fluid such as the cleaning brush 100 and the cleaning liquid to the treatment instrument insertion conduit 43.

Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the flow path 33r is formed with a narrowed portion 99 that narrows a part of the flow path 33r in a part of the flow path 33r and a brush that passes through the narrowed portion 99 of the flow path 33r. A clamping member 90 that is a dirt removing member that removes dirt on the brush part 101 is formed by clamping to the part 101.

The clamping member 90 may be formed integrally with the flow path 33r of the nozzle 33, or may be formed separately and fixed to the flow path 33r of the nozzle 33. For example, when the nozzle 33 is made of a resin and is formed as a disposable member, the nozzle 33 becomes a member that is discarded after use. Therefore, the clamping member 90 is also made of resin for the purpose of cost reduction. It is preferably configured and formed integrally with the nozzle 33.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, the front end side of the nozzle 33 can be protruded from the back surface 5r side of the cleaning / disinfecting tank 5 to the cleaning / disinfecting tank 5 side in the forward / backward direction A by an advancing / retreating mechanism (not shown). A bellows-like protective member 34 that protects the outer periphery on the tip side of the protruding nozzle 33 is fitted to the outer periphery on the tip side of the nozzle 33 that is disposed and protrudes into the cleaning / disinfecting tank 5. Furthermore, a known advance / retreat mechanism (not shown) that moves the nozzle 33 forward and backward in the forward / backward direction A is disposed in the interior 3 i of the apparatus body 3. In the present embodiment, the nozzle 33 and the base 24a may be connected by a tube or the like without moving the nozzle 33 back and forth in the forward / backward direction A.

As shown in FIG. 3, the brush cassette 70 is detachably fixed to the upper surface of the apparatus main body 3. The brush cassette 70 may be formed as a disposable member made of resin, for example. In addition, as long as it is not formed as a disposable member, the brush cassette 70 may be comprised from the metal.

Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the brush cassette 70 is a cleaning unit in which a shaft 102 of a cleaning brush 100 including an elongated shaft 102 and a brush portion 101 fixed to the tip of the shaft 102 is wound and accommodated. It has a brush storage chamber (hereinafter simply referred to as a storage chamber) 70s. Note that the brush portion 101 may be accommodated together with the shaft 102 in the accommodation chamber 70s.

The brush cassette 70 has an L-shaped connection nozzle 71 that enters the inside 3 i from the upper surface of the apparatus body 3. The connection nozzle 71 has a flow path 71r communicating with the accommodation chamber 70s, which is a passage through which fluid such as the cleaning brush 100 and cleaning liquid passes. Further, the connection nozzle 71 has a distal end 71s that has entered the inside 3i, which is detachable from the rear end 33k of the nozzle 33 in the inside 3i of the apparatus body 3, as shown in FIG.

The front end 71s of the connection nozzle 71 is connected to the rear end 33k of the nozzle 33, whereby the flow path 71r communicates with the flow path 33r. Therefore, the flow path 71r constitutes a communication path to the flow path 33r. As a result, the flow path 33r communicates with the storage chamber 70s.

Further, the brush cassette 70 has an L-shaped cleaning / disinfecting liquid supply nozzle 72 that enters the inside 3 i from the upper surface of the apparatus body 3. The cleaning / disinfecting liquid supply nozzle 72 has a flow path 72r communicating with the storage chamber 70s. As shown in FIG. 4, the cleaning / disinfecting liquid supply nozzle 72 is connected to a cleaning liquid supply means 77 disposed in the apparatus main body 3, which includes a cleaning liquid supply source, a supply motor, and the like. Although not shown, the cleaning / disinfecting liquid supply nozzle 72 is also connected to a disinfecting liquid supply means including a disinfecting liquid supply source, a rinse water supply source, and the like.

By this connection, the cleaning liquid is supplied from the cleaning liquid supply means 77 to the flow path 71r via the flow path 72r, and then the cleaning liquid is supplied to the treatment instrument insertion conduit 43 via the flow path 33r. As a result, the treatment instrument insertion conduit 43 is cleaned with the cleaning liquid. The supplied cleaning liquid also removes dirt attached from the brush portion 101 to the sandwiching member 90 of the flow path 33r.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 4, the cleaning brush 100 accommodated in the accommodation chamber 70 s is sent to the inside of the brush cassette 70 to the communication channel 71 r, the channel 33 r, and the treatment instrument insertion conduit 43. A brush feed-back roller 73, which is a cleaning brush feed-back mechanism that pulls the sent cleaning brush 100 back to the storage chamber 70s, and a brush feed-back motor 75 that rotates the roller 73 are detachable.

Further, a guide member 74 for reliably guiding the cleaning brush 100 from the storage chamber 70s to the brush return roller 73 is attached to and detached from the inside of the brush cassette 70 near the storage chamber 70s side of the brush feed back roller 73. It is free.

The brush feed roller 73 is rotated by a brush feed back motor 75 that is controlled to rotate by the control means 1 of the apparatus main body 3, whereby the cleaning brush 100 is moved from the accommodation chamber 70 s to the treatment instrument insertion conduit 43. The cleaning brush 100 is inserted into the treatment instrument insertion conduit 43 together with the cleaning liquid. After the insertion, the cleaning brush 100 is driven back and forth to be fed back in the treatment instrument insertion conduit 43. As a result, the treatment instrument insertion conduit 43 is scrubbed and washed by the forward / backward drive of the brush portion 101. Therefore, the control means 1 also constitutes a cleaning brush feed back mechanism. The control means 1 may control the rotation of only the brush feed-back motor 75 or may control the operation of the entire cleaning / disinfecting apparatus 2.

Further, the brush feed roller 73 is rotated by the brush feed back motor 75 that is controlled to rotate by the control means 1 of the apparatus body 3, whereby the brush portion 101 of the cleaning brush 100 is provided in the flow path 33 r. The cleaning brush 100 is moved back and forth so as to continuously reciprocate against the clamping member 90.

Specifically, as illustrated in FIG. 5, the brush feed roller 73 has a position L1 in the vicinity of the front end side in the advance / retreat direction A with respect to the position L2 in the advance / retreat direction A where the narrowed portion 99 is formed by the sandwiching member 90. And the brush part 101 is continuously advanced and retracted between the position L3 on the rear end side in the forward and backward direction A.

Next, the operation of the endoscope cleaning / disinfecting apparatus 2 configured as described above will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 5 described above.

First, the used endoscope 20 is accommodated in the accommodating recess 11 of the tray 10 as described above. Specifically, the insertion portion 22 is arranged in the insertion portion accommodating portion 13 so that the distal end of the insertion portion 22 is located in the vicinity of the second water supply / drain port 17, and the distal end side of the conduit mounting portion 23 of the operation portion 21 is As a result of being inserted into the opening 14a of the conduit receiving portion 14 and the distal end side of the treatment instrument mounting portion 24 being inserted into the opening 15a of the treatment instrument receiving portion 15, the conduit mounting portion 23 and the treatment instrument mounting portion are provided. 24 is positioned and arranged at a predetermined position of the operation portion accommodating portion 12.

After the endoscope 20 is housed in the housing recess 11, the tray 10 is locked to the tray holding member 6 located at the loading / unloading position as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 1. At this time, the mounting portion 18 of the tray 10 is fitted into the holding portion 6a of the tray holding member 6, and then the tray holding member 6 is manually or automatically moved from the loading / unloading position to the storing position in the cleaning / disinfecting tank 5. As the tray holding member 6 is rotated, the tray 10 disposed on the tray holding member 6 is accommodated in a predetermined position in the washing / disinfecting tank 5 as shown in FIG.

At this time, the tray 10 accommodated in the cleaning / disinfecting tank 5 defines the position of the pipe mounting portion 23 so as to face the fluid supply unit 50, and the position of the treatment instrument mounting portion 24 is the cleaning brush unit 85. It is prescribed to oppose.

Thereafter, the lid member 16a is pushed up by the first opening / closing projection 7a projecting from the bottom surface 5t of the cleaning / disinfecting tank 5 to open the first water supply / drain port 16, and the lid member by the second opening / closing projection 7b. 17a is pushed up, and the second water supply / drain port 17 is opened.

Thereafter, the top cover 4 is moved manually or automatically in the closing direction, and the endoscope accommodating port of the cleaning / disinfecting tank 5 is closed as shown in FIG. At this time, the top cover 4 and the apparatus main body 3 are kept watertight by the packing 5 a provided on the upper surface of the apparatus main body 3. Therefore, the liquid in the cleaning / disinfecting tank 5 is not scattered outside the apparatus main body 3 during the cleaning / disinfecting.

Thereafter, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the nozzle 33 is moved to the distal end side in the forward / backward direction A by an advancing / retreating mechanism (not shown), and the distal end of the nozzle 33 is the base of the treatment instrument mounting portion 24 of the endoscope 20. 24a is connected.

At the same time, the air supply line washing nozzle 31 and the water supply line washing nozzle 32 are moved to the front end side in the advancing and retreating direction A, and the air supply line washing nozzle 31 and the water supply line washing nozzle 32 are moved. Are connected to the air / water supply cap 23a of the pipe mounting portion 23 of the endoscope 20, respectively.

Thereafter, the brush feed-back roller 73 is rotated as the brush feed-back motor 75 is rotated by the rotation control of the control means 1, whereby the cleaning brush 100 is accommodated in the housing chamber of the brush cassette 70. 70s and is inserted into the treatment instrument insertion conduit 43 from the base 24a via the flow paths 71r and 33r.

Next, the shaft 102, that is, the cleaning brush 100, advances and retreats by the feed back in the treatment instrument insertion conduit 43 by the rotation of the brush feed back roller 73 accompanying the rotation of the brush feed back motor 75 by the rotation control of the control means 1. By being operated, the treatment instrument insertion conduit 43 is scrubbed as the brush portion 101 of the inserted cleaning brush 100 advances and retreats. That is, it is washed.

The cleaning brush 100 is inserted until it protrudes from the opening of the treatment instrument insertion conduit 43 at the distal end of the insertion portion 22 of the endoscope 20. In other words, the distal end of the treatment instrument insertion conduit 43 is reliably washed.

Further, at the time of this cleaning, the cleaning liquid supply means 77 is connected to the cleaning / disinfecting liquid supply nozzle 72, so that the cleaning liquid is also treated via the flow path 72r, the flow path 71r, the flow path 33r, and the base 24a. It is supplied to the tool insertion conduit 43. The supplied cleaning liquid is drained from the drain port 17 c of the cleaning / disinfecting tank 5 through the second water supply / drain port 17 of the tray 10 from the opening of the treatment instrument insertion conduit 43 at the tip of the insertion portion 22.

Further, the cleaning liquid is supplied to the water supply line and the air supply line of the endoscope 20 by the nozzles 31 and 32 through the base 23a, and the respective lines are cleaned. Even in this case, the supplied cleaning liquid is drained from the cleaning / disinfecting tank 5 through the second water supply / drain port 17 of the tray 10 from each opening of the water supply pipe and the air supply pipe at the tip of the insertion portion 22. Drained from the port 17c.

After the cleaning, the shaft 102 is pulled back to the storage chamber 70s of the brush cassette 70 by the rotation of the brush feed-back roller 73 accompanying the rotation of the brush feed-back motor 75 by the rotation control of the control means 1, whereby the brush portion 101. Is removed from the treatment instrument insertion conduit 43 and pulled back to the flow path 33r.

Thereafter, the shaft 102 is continuously advanced and retracted by the rotation of the brush feed-back roller 73 accompanying the rotation of the brush feed-back motor 75 by the rotation control of the control means 1, as shown in FIG. With respect to the position L2 in the advancing / retreating direction A where the narrowed portion 99 is formed by the sandwiching member 90, between the vicinity position L1 on the front end side in the advancing / retreating direction A and the vicinity position L3 on the rear end side in the advance / retreat direction A, The brush unit 101 is continuously advanced and retracted. During this time, the cleaning liquid continues to be supplied to the flow path 33r.

As a result, the brush portion 101 is contracted and scrubbed by the abutting member 90 that abuts. That is, when the treatment instrument insertion conduit 43 is washed, the dirt attached to the brush portion 101 from the treatment instrument insertion conduit 43 is attached to the sandwiching member 90 that sandwiches the brush portion 101.

The dirt adhering to the clamping member 90 passes through the flow path 33r and the treatment instrument insertion conduit 43 by the cleaning liquid, and from the opening of the treatment instrument insertion conduit 43 at the distal end of the insertion portion 22, from the tray 10 The water is drained from the drain port 17 c of the cleaning / disinfecting tank 5 together with the cleaning liquid through the second water supply / drain port 17.

Finally, the brush portion 101 of the cleaning brush 100 is accommodated in the accommodating chamber 70s of the brush cassette 70 by the rotation of the brush return roller 73 accompanying the rotation of the brush return motor 75 by the rotation control of the control means 1. Alternatively, the roller 73 waits at the front end side in the forward / backward direction A. Thereafter, the cleaning brush 100 is used for the next cleaning.

If the brush cassette 70 and the cleaning brush 100 are formed of disposable members when the cleaning brush 100 is consumed by cleaning, the cleaning brush 100 after use is stored in the housing chamber after the brush cassette 70 is removed. The brush cassette 70 accommodated in 70s is discarded.

As described above, in the present embodiment, the narrowed portion 99 is formed in a part of the flow path 33r in the flow path 33r of the nozzle 33, and the brush portion 101 passing through the narrowed portion 99 is sandwiched. It has been shown that the clamping member 90 for removing the dirt on the brush part 101 is formed.

Further, the brush portion 101 of the cleaning brush 100 is provided in the flow path 33r by the rotation of the brush return roller 73 accompanying the rotation of the brush return motor 75 by the rotation control of the control means 1. In contrast, the cleaning brush 100 is moved back and forth so as to continuously reciprocate and come into contact.

Specifically, as shown in FIG. 5, with respect to the position L2 in the advance / retreat direction A where the constricted portion 99 is formed by the sandwiching member 90, the vicinity position L1 on the tip side in the advance / retreat direction A and the advance / retreat direction A It has been shown that the brush portion 101 is continuously advanced and retracted while being in contact with the clamping member 90 between the position L3 and the vicinity L3 on the rear end side.

According to this, after the treatment instrument insertion conduit 43 is washed with the brush part 101 of the washing brush 100, the brush part 101 is continuously between the vicinity position L1 and the vicinity position L3 in the vicinity of the sandwiching member 90. Since the dirt attached to the brush part 101 from the treatment instrument insertion conduit 43 is easily attached to the clamping member 90 which is clamped to the brush part 101 only by being driven forward and backward, the brush part 101 is securely and securely attached. It can be easily washed at low cost.

Hereinafter, modifications will be described.
FIG. 6 is a partial cross-sectional view showing a part of the cleaning brush unit and a part of the cleaning / disinfecting tank showing a modification of the shape of the contact surface of the clamping member of FIG.

As shown in FIG. 6, the clamping member 90 that is in contact with the brush portion 101 may have a contact surface 90 t that is in contact with the brush portion 101 and has a shape having a plurality of teeth that are uneven. In this case, it is preferable that the clamping member 90 is made of a metal that does not easily wear against the brush portion 101.

According to this, the sandwiching member 90 can positively remove the dirt of the brush part 101 that comes into contact with the unevenness of the plurality of teeth on the contact surface 90t, and also removes the dirt on the brush part 101 from the sandwiching member. Since it can be made to adhere to 90 positively, the brush part 101 can be wash | cleaned more reliably than this Embodiment.

Hereinafter, another modification will be described.
FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view showing a part of a cleaning brush unit and a part of a cleaning / disinfecting tank showing a modification in which a sandwiching member is formed in the flow path of the connection nozzle of FIG.

In the present embodiment, it is shown that the sandwiching member 90 is formed in the flow path 33r of the nozzle 33. Not only this, but as shown in FIG. 7, the clamping member 90 may be formed in the flow path 71r used as the communicating path to the flow path 33r of the connection nozzle 71 of the brush cassette 70. As shown in FIG.

In this case, the brush member 101 of the cleaning brush 100 is provided in the flow path 71r by the rotation of the brush return roller 73 accompanying the rotation of the brush return motor 75 by the rotation control of the control means 1. The cleaning brush 100 is moved back and forth so as to continuously reciprocate against 90.

Specifically, with respect to the position L5 where the narrowed portion 99 that narrows a part of the flow path 71r by the sandwiching member 90 is formed, it is between the vicinity position L4 on the front end side and the vicinity position L6 on the rear end side. The brush portion 101 is continuously advanced and retracted while abutting against the sandwiching member 90.

According to this, in addition to obtaining the same effect as the present embodiment, when the brush cassette 70 is formed from a disposable member, the sandwiching member 90 is also discarded when the brush cassette 70 is discarded. Therefore, every time the brush cassette 70 is replaced, the new clamping member 90 can be used for cleaning the brush portion 101. Therefore, the brush portion 101 can be cleaned more efficiently and reliably.

Hereinafter, still another modification will be described.
8 is a cross-sectional view showing a part of a cleaning brush unit and a part of a cleaning / disinfecting tank showing a modification in which a clamping member is formed in a flow path of an attachment member provided in the middle position of the connection nozzle of FIG. It is.

As shown in FIG. 8, in the middle of the connection nozzle 71 of the brush cassette 70, for example, when the brush cassette 70 and the connection nozzle 71 are freely connectable, the attachment member is located at the connection position of the brush cassette 70 and the connection nozzle 71. 60 is configured to be detachable.

Further, the attachment member 60 has a flow path 60r that is a connection flow path, and the flow path 60r can communicate with the flow path 71r and the accommodation chamber 70s when the attachment member 60 is attached or detached.

In the case of such a configuration, the sandwiching member 90 may be formed in the flow path 60r of the attachment member 60.

In this case, the brush member 101 of the cleaning brush 100 is provided in the channel 60r by the rotation of the brush return roller 73 accompanying the rotation of the brush return motor 75 by the rotation control of the control means 1. The cleaning brush 100 is moved back and forth so as to continuously reciprocate against 90.

Specifically, with respect to the position L8 where the narrowed portion 99 that narrows a part of the flow path 60r by the sandwiching member 90 is formed, it is between the vicinity position L7 on the front end side and the vicinity position L9 on the rear end side. The brush portion 101 is continuously advanced and retracted while abutting against the sandwiching member 90.

According to this, the same effect as the present embodiment can be obtained, and the clamping member 90 is also replaced with the replacement of the attachment member 60. Therefore, the clamping member 90 is easily replaced. be able to.

Moreover, since the new clamping member 90 can be used for cleaning the brush portion 101 each time only by replacing the attachment member 60, the brush portion 101 can be cleaned more efficiently and reliably. This is particularly useful when the nozzle 33 and the brush cassette 70 are not formed from disposable members.

Moreover, although the attachment member 60 was shown to be detachable from the connection nozzle 71, the attachment member 60 is not limited thereto, and may be detachable from the nozzle 33. In this case, the flow path 60r communicates with the flow path 33r.

Furthermore, the attachment member 60 may be detachable between the front end 71 s of the connection nozzle 71 and the rear end 33 k of the nozzle 33. In this case, the flow path 60r communicates with the flow path 33r and the flow path 71r.

FIG. 11 is a partially enlarged perspective view of the accommodating portion, FIG. 11 is a perspective view of the inserting portion accommodating portion of the accommodating portion of the tray in the washing / disinfecting tank showing a modification of the shape of the clamping member in FIG. 9, and FIG. It is a partial expansion perspective view of the insertion part accommodating part around a contact member.

In the present embodiment, it is shown that the sandwiching member 90 is formed in the flow path 33r of the nozzle 33. Moreover, the clamping member 90 may be formed in the flow path 71r of the connection nozzle 71 as shown in FIG. 7, or is formed in the flow path 60r of the attachment member 60 as shown in FIG. Indicated that it was okay.

Not only this but the clamping member 90 may be formed in the tray 10 accommodated in a washing / disinfecting tank. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 9, in the vicinity of the second water supply / drain port 17 of the insertion portion accommodating portion 13 of the accommodating recess 11 of the tray 10 accommodated in the cleaning / disinfecting tank 5, as shown in FIG. 10, for example, A sandwiching member 90 made of a pair of columns may be formed. In addition, an insertion portion holding member 65 made of, for example, a pair of columnar shapes facing the clamping member 90 is formed on the side of the clamping member 90 spaced apart from the second water supply / drain port 17 in the insertion portion accommodating portion 13.

In this case, after the insertion portion 22 of the endoscope 20 is accommodated in the insertion portion accommodating portion 13 of the tray 10 so that the distal end of the insertion portion 22 is sandwiched between the pair of insertion portion holding members 65, the brush feed-back roller 73 is stored. As a result of the rotation, the brush portion 101 of the cleaning brush 100 is sent out until it protrudes from the opening at the distal end of the insertion portion 22 of the treatment instrument insertion conduit 43. In this case, the passage through which the cleaning brush 100 passes becomes a space in the insertion portion accommodating portion 13.

Thereafter, an advance / retreat operation for feeding back the cleaning brush 100 is performed so that the brush portion 101 continuously reciprocates against the clamping member 90. Specifically, with respect to the position L11 where the narrowed portion 99 is formed by the sandwiching member 90, the brush portion 101 is sandwiched between the vicinity position L10 on the front end side and the vicinity position L12 on the rear end side. With respect to 90, it is continuously advanced and retracted while abutting.

According to this, in addition to obtaining the same effect as the present embodiment, since the clamping member 90 is provided in the vicinity of the second water supply / drain port 17, the brush is disposed outside the washing brush unit 85. In addition to being able to wash the part 101, dirt attached to the clamping member 90 can be immediately discharged from the second water supply / drain port 17.

Therefore, it is possible to prevent dirt from the brush portion 101 from adhering to the respective flow paths 33r and 71r on the cleaning brush unit 85 side as much as possible. Therefore, the flow paths 33r and 71r are more sanitary than the present embodiment. Thus, the brush portion 101 can be easily and reliably washed.

As shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, the sandwiching member 90 may be formed in a rail shape and may have a shape in which the insertion portion holding member 65 is integrally formed. Further, if the rail-shaped sandwiching member 90 is further provided with an opposing projection 90d that narrows the narrowed portion 99 of the sandwiching member 90 so that the cross-sectional area is further reduced, the position L14 where the opposing projection 90d is formed. On the other hand, the brush portion 101 is moved forward and backward while being in contact with the opposing projection 90d between the vicinity position L13 on the front end side and the vicinity position L15 on the rear end side. The brush part 101 can be washed more reliably.

Moreover, although the clamping member 90 was shown to be formed on the tray 10, it is not limited thereto, and the clamping member 90 may be directly formed on the bottom surface 5t of the cleaning / disinfecting tank 5. In this case, the clamping member 90 is formed in the vicinity of the drain port 17c. In this case, the passage through which the cleaning brush 100 passes is a space in the cleaning / disinfecting tank 5.

In the endoscope cleaning / disinfecting apparatus 2 according to the present embodiment, the sandwiching member 90 includes the flow path 33r of the nozzle 33, the flow path 71r of the connection nozzle 71, the flow path 60r of the attachment member 60, and the tray 10. Although it has been shown that it is formed in any one of the insertion portion accommodating portion 13 and the bottom surface 5t of the cleaning / disinfecting tank 5, it is not limited to this and may be formed in all the above positions.

In the present embodiment, the cleaning brush unit 85 is shown to be used for inserting the cleaning brush 100 into the treatment instrument insertion conduit 43 of the endoscope 20 and cleaning the treatment instrument insertion conduit 43. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the cleaning brush 100 may be inserted into the water supply conduit or the air supply conduit of the endoscope 20 and used for cleaning the water supply conduit or the air supply conduit. It is. Or you may use in order to wash a front water supply pipeline.

Further, in the present embodiment, the endoscope 20 has been described as being housed in the tray 10 and housed in the cleaning / disinfecting tank 5. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the endoscope 20 may be directly cleaned / disinfected. You may accommodate in the tank 5. FIG.

FIG. 13 is a top view of an endoscope cleaning and disinfecting apparatus for cleaning and disinfecting an endoscope and the like without using a tray, showing a state in which the endoscope is accommodated in a cleaning and disinfecting tank, and FIG. FIG. 15 is an enlarged perspective view of the net, and FIG. 15 shows the brush of the cleaning brush from the distal end opening of the insertion portion of the treatment instrument insertion conduit after the distal end of the insertion portion of the endoscope is held by the distal end holding portion of the holding net of FIG. It is a perspective view which shows the state from which the part protruded schematically.

By the way, as another method for cleaning the brush portion 101 of the cleaning brush 100, after the endoscope 20 is accommodated in the cleaning disinfection tank, the brush portion 101 is inserted into the treatment instrument insertion passage 43 by the cleaning brush feed back roller 73. A method of washing the brush part 101 by using convection of the washing liquid stored in the washing / disinfecting tank after protruding from the opening at the tip of the part 22 is well known.

According to such a cleaning method, since the brush part 101 can be automatically cleaned in the endoscope cleaning and disinfecting process using the endoscope cleaning and disinfecting apparatus, the cleaning process of the brush part 101 can be shortened. In addition, since it is not necessary to separately provide a means for cleaning the brush portion 101 in the cleaning / disinfecting apparatus, there is an advantage that the manufacturing cost of the cleaning / disinfecting apparatus can be reduced.

However, since this cleaning method is a method that uses convection of the cleaning liquid in the cleaning / disinfecting tank, it is not a method of positively removing the dirt of the brush part 101, and therefore, the dirt of the brush part 101 must be reliably removed. There is a problem that can not be.

Further, as a method of removing the dirt on the brush part 101 by the same method, the endoscope 20 is inserted into the washing liquid dropping area of the water supply nozzle that supplies the washing liquid to the washing / disinfecting tank provided in the washing / disinfecting tank. A technique is also known in which the tip of the portion 22 is disposed and the brush portion 101 protruding from the tip is actively washed with a washing liquid falling from the water supply nozzle.

However, since the endoscope 20 is accommodated in the cleaning / disinfecting tank by the user, the distal end of the insertion portion 22 may be disposed without being disposed in the washing liquid dropping area of the water supply nozzle. Therefore, a configuration is desired in which the user is surely disposed at the tip of the insertion portion 22 in the washing liquid dropping area of the water supply nozzle.

In view of such circumstances, the configuration of the endoscope cleaning / disinfecting apparatus 111 in which the tip holding portion that defines the position of the tip of the insertion portion is provided in the holding net disposed in the cleaning / disinfecting tank will be described below with reference to FIGS. 15 will be described.

The endoscope cleaning / disinfecting apparatus 111 described below will be described by taking a general cleaning / disinfecting apparatus for cleaning / disinfecting an endoscope or the like without using the tray 10 as an example. Further, since the configuration of such an endoscope cleaning / disinfecting apparatus 111 is known, only the configuration of the main part will be described below.

As shown in FIG. 13, the endoscope cleaning / disinfecting apparatus 111 has a cleaning / disinfecting tank 105 that can accommodate the endoscope 120 to be cleaned / disinfected in the apparatus main body 103, and is provided on the bottom surface 105 t of the cleaning / disinfecting tank 105. A cleaning case 106 for accommodating buttons such as each scope switch of the endoscope 120, forceps plugs, etc., and cleaning and disinfecting the buttons, forceps plugs, etc. together with the endoscope 120 is provided at the approximate center. It is arranged.

In addition, a substantially annular holding net 160 can be disposed on the plane at a position surrounding the cleaning case 106 on the bottom surface 105t of the cleaning / disinfecting tank 105. When the holding net 160 is disposed in the cleaning / disinfecting tank 105, the holding net 160 holds the placed endoscope 120 and sets the endoscope 120 at a position suitable for cleaning / disinfecting.

In addition, the holding net 160 forms a gap between the endoscope 120 and the bottom surface 105t of the cleaning / disinfecting tank 105 after holding the endoscope 120, thereby cleaning the endoscope 120 during cleaning / disinfecting. This is for reliably washing and disinfecting the outer surface portion of the disinfection tank 105 facing the bottom surface 105t, that is, the outer surface portion contacting the bottom surface 105t when the holding net 160 is not used.

The holding net 160 is formed of, for example, an elongated wire member. As shown in FIG. 14, the main part is configured by the winding portion 160m, the operation portion holding portion 160s, and the tip holding portion 160h. .

As shown in FIGS. 13 and 14, the winding portion 160 m is formed in an annular shape in plan, and the insertion portion 122 and the universal cord 123 of the endoscope 120 are wound and placed thereon. At this time, for example, the insertion portion 122 is wound and placed clockwise, and the universal cord 123 is wound and placed counterclockwise.

The operation unit holding unit 160s is formed to extend upward from the winding unit 160m, and the operation unit 121 of the endoscope 120 is placed thereon. The operation unit 121 placed on the operation unit holding unit 160s is positioned apart from the winding unit 160m upward.

The operation unit holding unit 160s is positioned in the vicinity of ports 132 and 133 described later when the holding net 160 is accommodated in the cleaning / disinfecting tank 105.

The distal end holding portion 160h is formed to extend upward from the winding portion 160m in the vicinity of the operation portion holding portion 160s, and the distal end 122h of the insertion portion 122 of the endoscope 120 is placed thereon. Note that the distal end 122h of the insertion portion 122 placed on the distal end holding portion 261h is positioned away from the winding portion 160m upward.

As shown in FIG. 15, the height h2 of the tip holding portion 160h extending from the bottom surface 105t of the cleaning / disinfecting tank 105 is equal to the cleaning / disinfecting tank of the liquid level E when the cleaning / disinfecting tank 105 is filled with the cleaning liquid. The extension height h1 from the bottom surface 105t of 105 is lower. This is to ensure that the distal end 122h of the insertion portion 122 placed on the distal end holding portion 160h is immersed in the cleaning liquid. This also applies to the operation unit holding unit 160s.

The tip holding part 160h is positioned in a washing liquid dropping area 150 of a water supply nozzle 143, which will be described later, when the holding net 160 is accommodated in the washing / disinfecting tank 105. Further, the tip holding portion 160h may be colored so that the user can easily recognize the tip holding portion 160h.

The cleaning / disinfecting tank 105 is supplied with water used for washing or rinsing, or the cleaning liquid, water, disinfecting liquid, etc. sucked from the circulation port 156 of the cleaning / disinfecting tank 105 to the terrace 115 of the cleaning / disinfecting tank 105. A water supply nozzle 143 and the like for supplying the cleaning / disinfecting tank 105 again are disposed.

Further, in the vicinity of the terrace portion 115 of the cleaning / disinfecting tank 105, at a position facing the terrace portion 115, for example, a cleaning liquid is supplied to the water supply conduit and the air supply conduit of the endoscope 120 via a tube 172 described later. , A port 132 for supplying fluid such as water, alcohol, disinfectant, or air, and a treatment instrument insertion line of the endoscope 120 via a tube 173 described later, water, alcohol, disinfectant, or A port 133 for supplying a fluid such as air is provided. The port 133 corresponds to the nozzle 33 described above. In this case, the port 133 is configured not to advance or retract in the advance / retreat direction A by the advance / retreat mechanism.

When the endoscope 120 is accommodated in the cleaning / disinfecting tank 105, the port 132 supplies fluid to the air supply pipe and the water supply pipe of the endoscope 120, so that the feeding of the endoscope 120 through the tube 172 is performed. Connected to each mouthpiece of trachea and water pipe.

Specifically, one end of a tube 172 is connected to the port 132, and a channel branching member 172 b connected to the other end of the tube 172 is connected to each mouthpiece of the air supply pipe and the water supply pipe of the endoscope 120. Is connected. Specifically, the caps of the air supply pipe and the water supply pipe are connected to the port 132 via one tube 172 by the flow path branching member 172b.

When the endoscope 120 is accommodated in the cleaning / disinfecting tank 105, the port 133 supplies fluid to the treatment instrument insertion conduit of the endoscope 120, so that the treatment instrument insertion of the endoscope 120 is performed via the tube 173. Connected to the pipe cap 124a.

Further, the apparatus main body 103 is provided with a cleaning brush unit 185 having a port 133 and having a configuration corresponding to the above-described cleaning brush unit 85. As with the cleaning brush unit 85, the cleaning brush unit 185 automatically inserts and removes the cleaning brush 100 into and from the treatment instrument insertion conduit of the endoscope 120.

Next, the operation of the endoscope cleaning / disinfecting apparatus 111 configured as described above will be described with reference to FIGS. 13 to 15 described above.

First, when cleaning the endoscope 120, the holding net 160 is accommodated in the cleaning / disinfecting tank 105. At this time, the holding net 160 is a washing / disinfecting tank so that the operation unit holding unit 160s is positioned in the vicinity of the ports 132 and 133 and the tip holding unit 160h is positioned in the washing liquid dropping area 150 of the water supply nozzle 143. 105.

Next, the endoscope 120 is placed on the holding net 160. Specifically, the distal end 122h of the insertion portion 122 is placed on the distal end holding portion 160h in consideration of the length of the insertion portion 122 of the endoscope 120, and the insertion portion of the endoscope 120 is placed on the winding portion 160m. 122 and the universal cord 123 are wound and placed, and the operation unit 121 of the endoscope 120 is placed on the operation unit holding unit 160s. The placement of the operation unit 121 on the operation unit holding unit 160s may be performed before the placement of the distal end 122h of the insertion unit 122 on the distal end holding unit 160h.

At this time, the distal end 122h of the insertion portion 122 of the endoscope 120 is placed in the washing liquid dropping area 150 of the water supply nozzle 143 by the distal end holding portion 160h, and placed away from the winding portion 160m upward. Is done. In addition, the operation unit 121 of the endoscope 120 is also placed apart from the winding unit 160m by the operation unit holding unit 160s.

Next, the port 132 is connected to each of the air supply conduit and the water supply conduit of the endoscope 120 via the tube 172, and the treatment instrument insertion conduit mouth 124 a of the endoscope 120 is connected to the mouth of the endoscope 120 via the tube 173. Port 133 is connected.

Thereafter, when the cleaning operation switch of the endoscope cleaning / disinfecting apparatus 111 is turned on, the cleaning liquid is supplied from the water supply nozzle 143 to the cleaning / disinfecting tank 105, and the cleaning / disinfecting tank 105 is filled with the cleaning liquid. At this time, the height h2 of the tip holding portion 160h extending from the bottom surface 105t of the cleaning / disinfecting tank 105 is equal to the level E of the liquid level E when the cleaning liquid is filled in the cleaning / disinfecting tank 105 as shown in FIG. By being lower than the height h1 extending from the bottom surface 105t of the cleaning / disinfecting tank 105, the distal end 122h of the insertion portion 122 placed on the distal end holding portion 160h is surely immersed in the cleaning liquid. still. Similarly, the operation unit 121 is immersed in the washing liquid.

At substantially the same time as the cleaning solution is supplied to the cleaning / disinfecting tank 105, the cleaning solution is supplied from the ports 132 and 133 to the water supply conduit, the air supply conduit, and the treatment instrument insertion conduit of the endoscope via the tubes 172 and 173. Is supplied.

Further, when the cleaning liquid is supplied to the treatment instrument insertion conduit, the cleaning brush 100 is inserted from the cleaning brush unit 185 through the tube 173 into the treatment instrument insertion conduit. Thereafter, the treatment instrument insertion conduit is scrubbed by continuously moving the brush portion 101 of the cleaning brush 100 forward and backward.

After the cleaning of the treatment instrument insertion conduit is completed, the cleaning brush 100 is further fed out by the cleaning brush unit 185, so that the brush portion 101 becomes the tip of the insertion portion 122 of the treatment instrument insertion conduit as shown in FIG. It protrudes into the cleaning / disinfecting tank 105 from the opening 144 of 122h.

As shown in FIG. 15, the brush portion 101 protrudes higher from the bottom surface 105 t of the cleaning / disinfecting tank 105 than the cleaning liquid level E and is positioned in the cleaning liquid dropping area 150 of the water supply nozzle 143. .

Finally, the brush unit 101 is washed by the water pressure of the washing liquid due to the dropping of the washing liquid from the water supply nozzle 143. That is, after cleaning the treatment instrument insertion conduit, the dirt attached from the treatment instrument insertion conduit is removed from the brush portion 101.

As described above, when the endoscope cleaning / disinfecting apparatus 111 is configured, the distal end 122h of the insertion portion 122 of the endoscope 120 is placed on the distal end holding portion 160h of the holding net 160 regardless of the endoscope model. Therefore, the user can reliably arrange the tip 122h of the insertion portion 122 in the washing liquid dropping area 150 of the water supply nozzle 143, so that the brush portion 101 is securely attached to the water supply nozzle 143. It is possible to positively wash using the drop of the cleaning liquid from.

FIG. 16 is an exploded perspective view showing a holding net unit that allows the holding net of FIG. 15 to rotate in the washing / disinfecting tank.

By the way, there is a problem that it is very troublesome for the user to mount the insertion portion 122 of the endoscope 120 around the winding portion 160m of the holding net 160. Therefore, a configuration that can easily wind the insertion portion 122 around the winding portion 160m of the holding net 160 has been desired.

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 16, if the holding net unit 260 instead of the holding net 160 shown in FIGS. 14 and 15 is accommodated in the cleaning / disinfecting tank 105, the insertion part 122 can be easily wound around the winding part of the holding net. Can turn.

Specifically, the main part of the holding net unit 260 includes a holding net 261 and a receiving member 262 of the holding net 261.

The holding net 261 is formed of, for example, an elongated wire member. As shown in FIG. 16, the main part is configured by a winding part 261m and a tip holding part 261h.

The winding part 261m is formed in an annular shape in plan view, and the insertion part 122 and the universal cord 123 of the endoscope 120 are wound and placed thereon.

The distal end holding portion 261h is formed to extend upward from the winding portion 261m in the vicinity of an operation portion holding portion 262s described later, and the distal end 122h of the insertion portion 122 of the endoscope 120 is placed thereon. It should be noted that the distal end 122h of the insertion portion 122 placed on the distal end holding portion 261h is positioned away from the winding portion 261m. The tip holding portion 261h is a member having the same configuration as the tip holding portion 160h described above.

Further, the tip holding portion 261 h is positioned in the washing liquid dropping area 150 of the water supply nozzle 143 described above when the holding net unit 260 is accommodated in the washing / disinfecting tank 105. Further, the tip holding portion 261h may be colored so that the user can easily recognize it.

The holding net 261 configured as described above is rotatably fitted into the receiving member 262. The receiving member 262 is a member into which the holding net 261 can be fitted, and the fitted holding net 261 is rotatable at the bottom surface 262t.

The receiving member 262 is formed with an operation portion holding portion 262s having the same configuration as the operation portion holding portion 160s described above. The operation unit holding unit 262s is formed to extend upward from the bottom surface 262t, and the operation unit 121 of the endoscope 120 is placed thereon. The operation unit 121 placed on the operation unit holding unit 262s is positioned away from the bottom surface 262t.

The operation unit holding unit 262 s is positioned in the vicinity of the ports 132 and 133 when the holding net unit 260 is accommodated in the cleaning / disinfecting tank 105.

The holding net unit 260 configured as described above is accommodated in the cleaning / disinfecting tank 105 in a state where the holding net 261 is fitted into the receiving member 262.

Thereafter, when placing the endoscope 120 of the holding net unit 260, first, the operation unit 121 is placed on the operation unit holding unit 262 s of the receiving member 262. Thereafter, when the holding net 261 is rotated, for example, clockwise with respect to the receiving member 262, the insertion portion 122 is wound around and placed on the winding portion 261m of the holding net 261.

Thereafter, the distal end 122h of the insertion portion 122 is placed on the distal end holding portion 261h of the holding net 261 in consideration of the length of the insertion portion 122. Finally, the universal cord 123 is attached to the winding portion 261m of the holding net 261. And placed counterclockwise.

In this way, by configuring the holding net unit 260, after the operation unit 121 is placed on the operation unit holding unit 262s of the receiving member 262, the holding net 261 is simply rotated with respect to the receiving member 262. Since the insertion portion 122 can be wound and placed on the winding portion 261m of the holding net 261, the insertion portion 122 can be easily wound around the winding portion 261m of the holding net 261. That is, it is possible to provide the holding net unit 260 that can easily wind the insertion portion 122.
