Claims (11)
- 自動二輪車、例えばオートバイ用のタイヤであって、補強要素で形成されると共に前記タイヤの各側でビード内に繋留されたカーカスタイプの少なくとも1つの補強構造体を有し、前記ビードのベースが、リムシートに取り付けられるようになっており、各ビードが、サイドウォールの形態をなして半径方向外方へ延び、前記サイドウォールが、半径方向外側寄りのところでトレッドに結合し、前記タイヤが、前記トレッドの下に設けられたクラウン補強構造体を更に有し、前記クラウン補強構造体が、円周方向に対して10°〜90°の角度をなす補強要素の少なくとも1つの層から成るタイヤにおいて、前記円周方向に対して10°〜90°の角度をなす前記補強要素は、相対伸び率の関数としての引張応力曲線が、小さな伸び率については緩やかな勾配を示し、大きな伸び率については実質的に一定で且つ急峻な勾配を示す金属コードであり、前記円周方向に関して10°〜90°の角度をなす前記金属コードは、80%〜100%の侵入性を有する、タイヤ。
- 前記トレッドの下にクラウン補強構造体を有するタイヤであって、前記クラウン補強構造体は、補強要素の少なくとも2つの層を有し、前記補強要素は、1つの層から次の層まで、互いに20°〜160°の角度をなす、請求項1記載のタイヤ。
- 長手方向に対して前記金属コードのなす角度は、横断方向において様々であるのが良く、前記角度は、前記タイヤの赤道面について測定した前記金属コードの角度と比較して、前記補強要素の層の軸方向外側の縁部の方が大きい、請求項1記載のタイヤ。
- 前記クラウン補強構造体は、円周方向補強要素の少なくとも1つの層を有する、請求項1記載のタイヤ。
- 前記円周方向補強要素の層中の前記補強要素は、6000N/mm2を超える弾性率を有する、請求項4記載のタイヤ。
- 前記円周方向補強要素の層中の前記補強要素は、金属及び/又はテキスタイル及び/又はガラスで作られている、請求項4記載のタイヤ。
- 前記円周方向補強要素の層は、前記円周方向に対して10°〜90°の角度をなす補強要素の層の外側に少なくとも部分的に半径方向に位置決めされている、請求項4記載のタイヤ。
- 前記円周方向補強要素の層は、半径方向内側において前記円周方向に対して10°〜90°の角度をなす補強要素の層の内側に少なくとも部分的に半径方向に位置決めされている、請求項4記載のタイヤ。
- 補強要素の少なくとも1つの層は、カーカスタイプの補強構造体の内側に少なくとも部分的に半径方向に位置決めされている、請求項1記載のタイヤ。
- 前記カーカスタイプの補強構造体の前記補強要素は、前記円周方向に対して65°〜90°の角度をなす、請求項1記載のタイヤ。
- 前記カーカスタイプの補強構造体は、肩からビードまで延びる2つの層半部の状態に作られている、請求項1記載のタイヤ。
