Description
バンバリーミキサーを使用し、実施例1〜4及び比較例1〜6のタイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物を調製した。各ゴム組成物の配合は、以下の通りである。
ブタジエンゴム(シス1,4結合=95%、JSR社製「BR01」) 20重量部
カーボンブラック 表1記載の通り
亜鉛華(三井金属社製「亜鉛華1号」) 3重量部
ステアリン酸(日本油脂社製) 3重量部
老化防止剤(モンサント社製「6PPD」) 1重量部
硫黄(鶴見化学工業社製) 2重量部
加硫促進剤(三新化学社製「TBBS」) 1重量部。
Claims (2)
- ジエン系ゴム100重量部に対して、
ヨウ素吸着量(IA)(mg/g)に対する窒素吸着比表面積(N2SA)(m 2 /g)の比(N2SA/IA)が1.20〜1.30、N2SAとCTAB吸着比表面積の差が5m2/g以下、CTAB吸着比表面積が120〜140m 2 /g、及び、圧縮DBP吸油量(24M4DBP)が100〜120ml/100gであるカーボンブラックを40〜60重量部配合した
ことを特徴とするタイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物。 - 前記ジエン系ゴムは、天然ゴム及び/又はイソプレンゴム95〜50重量%と、シス−1,4結合含有量が95%以上のブタジエンゴム5〜50重量%からなることを特徴とする請求項1記載のタイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物。
