Description
焼石膏を結合主材とし、これに珪石粉、クリストバライト及び溶融石英を耐火材として配合してなる石膏組成物からなるクリスタルガラス鋳造用の石膏鋳型であって、前記溶融石英の配合量が20質量%以上であり、且つ石膏鋳型の850℃加熱後の圧縮強度が1.5MPa以上であることを特徴とする。
Claims (4)
- 焼石膏を結合主材とし、これに珪石粉、クリストバライト及び溶融石英を耐火材として配合してなる石膏組成物からなるクリスタルガラス鋳造用の石膏鋳型であって、前記溶融石英の配合量が20質量%以上であり、且つ石膏鋳型の850℃加熱後の圧縮強度が1.5MPa以上であることを特徴とするクリスタルガラス鋳造用石膏鋳型。
- 請求項1に記載のクリスタルガラス鋳造用石膏鋳型を製造するための石膏組成物であって、前記石膏組成物は、焼石膏を結合主材とし、これに珪石粉、クリストバライト及び溶融石英を耐火材として配合してなる石膏組成物からなり、前記溶融石英の配合量が20質量%以上である石膏組成物。
- 前記結合主材及び耐火材からなる粉体全体における平均粒径が20μm以下であり、且つ粒径11μm以下の粉体含有量が40〜55質量%以下である請求項2に記載の石膏組成物。
- 前記組成物100重量部に対し、水溶性のメラミンーホルムアルデヒド縮合物を0.05〜0.20重量部を含む請求項2又は3に記載の石膏組成物。
