Description
(1)ポリアミド樹脂の射出成型により形成され、棒状の負極集電子が圧密状態で挿通される透孔を有する中央ボス部と、負極端子板の周縁部と正極缶の開口部との間に挟持される周縁パッキング部と、前記ボス部と前記周縁パッキング部との間で気密隔離壁を形成する中間隔壁部とを備えたアルカリ乾電池の封口ガスケットにおいて、射出成型の樹脂材料にポリヘキサメチレンドデカミド樹脂を使用するとともに、少なくとも前記ボス部を含む部分の樹脂材料に、いったん射出成型に使用された同種の再生材を一部または全部使用したことを特徴とするアルカリ乾電池の封口ガスケット。
ガスケットの材料(バージン材/再生材)、ガスケットのボス部での水分、ボス部の透孔内径φiと集電子外形φoの比(φi/φo)について、それぞれ条件の異なる複数種類の封口ガスケット(サンプル1〜9)の作製し、ボス部の割れの発生状態を調べた。

Claims (5)
- ポリアミド樹脂の射出成型により形成され、棒状の負極集電子が圧密状態で挿通される透孔を有する中央ボス部と、負極端子板の周縁部と正極缶の開口部との間に挟持される周縁パッキング部と、前記ボス部と前記周縁パッキング部との間で気密隔離壁を形成する中間隔壁部とを備えたアルカリ乾電池の封口ガスケットにおいて、射出成型の樹脂材料にポリヘキサメチレンドデカミド樹脂を使用するとともに、少なくとも前記ボス部を含む部分の樹脂材料に、いったん射出成型に使用された同種の再生材を一部または全部使用したことを特徴とするアルカリ乾電池の封口ガスケット。
- 請求項1において、射出成型の樹脂材料にポリヘキサメチレンドデカミド樹脂の再生材とポリヘキサメチレンドデカミド樹脂のバージン材の混合材を使用するとともに、再生材の割合を10重量%以上としたことを特徴とするアルカリ乾電池の封口ガスケット。
- 請求項1または2において、前記再生材は射出成型プロセスで発生するランナーの粉砕物であることを特徴とするアルカリ乾電池の封口ガスケット。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかにおいて、前記射出成型の樹脂材料は、少なくとも前記ボス部での水分が1%以上であることを特徴とするアルカリ乾電池の封口ガスケット。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれかにおいて、前記中央ボス部の透孔内径を前記負極集電子径に対して0.91倍以上1倍未満にしたことを特徴とするアルカリ乾電池の封口ガスケット。
