前記複数の選択デバイスの他端に共通に電気的に接続された第1の定電流源と、
電気的に直列に接続された複数の磁気抵抗効果膜を備えた参照部と、
前記参照部を選択するための参照部選択デバイスと、
前記参照部に電流を供給する第2の定電流源と、
前記検出部および前記参照部からの信号を入力とするセンスアンプを備える。

Claims (8)
- 電気的に直列に接続された複数の磁気抵抗効果膜をそれぞれ備えた複数の検出部と、
前記複数の検出部に対応して設けられ、各検出部に一端が電気的に接続された複数の選択デバイスと、
前記複数の選択デバイスの他端に共通に電気的に接続された第1の定電流源と、
電気的に直列に接続された複数の磁気抵抗効果膜を備えた参照部と、
前記参照部を選択するための参照部選択デバイスと、
前記参照部に電流を供給する第2の定電流源と、
前記検出部および前記参照部からの信号を入力とするセンスアンプを備える磁性体センサ。 - 前記磁気抵抗効果膜がスピントンネル磁気抵抗効果膜であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の磁性体センサ。
- 前記磁気抵抗効果膜を構成する磁性膜の磁化容易軸方向が、膜面垂直方向であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の磁性体センサ。
- 前記選択デバイスの一部が、前記検出部下に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の磁性体センサ。
- 前記検出部あるいはその近傍に直接あるいは間接的に検出される磁性体が固定化される物質が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の磁性体センサ。
- 複数の前記選択デバイスのいずれかをアクティブにして複数の前記検出部に順次電流を供給し、前記複数の検出部に順次電流を流す間、前記第2の定電流源により前記参照部に電流を供給し続ける請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の磁性体センサ。
- 請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の磁性体センサを用い、該磁性体センサによって検出する磁性体を、所望の場所へ固定するように働く標的物質を検出するセンサ。
- 請求項7に記載のセンサ、および標的物質に特異的に結合する物質が形成された磁性体を有する検出キット。
