Claims (11)
- 液体が流れる流路の少なくとも一部の表面を形成する誘電体と、
該誘電体に対して前記流路の延在方向における一方側および他方側にそれぞれ配置され、前記液体と前記誘電体との間に生じる電気二重層に対して電圧を付与する電極と
を有し、
前記誘電体は、前記流路の内面に形成された凹部の底面に位置しており、
前記一方側および他方側の電極は、前記凹部の前記流路の延在方向で対向する両側面に、互いに対向するようにして配置されている
電気浸透流ポンプ。 - 前記一方側および他方側の電極は前記底面に直交している請求項1記載の電気浸透流ポンプ。
- 前記凹部は、前記流路に対して同心状に形成されている請求項1記載の電気浸透流ポンプ。
- 前記流路の内面に、前記凹部に対向する突部が形成されている
請求項1記載の電気浸透流ポンプ。 - 前記誘電体がセラミックスからなる請求項1記載の電気浸透流ポンプ。
- 液体を流動させる方向に沿って直列に、または前記液体を流動させる方向に対して並列に配列された複数の電気浸透流ポンプを有し、
前記複数の電気浸透流ポンプそれぞれは、
前記液体が流れる流路の少なくとも一部の表面を形成する誘電体と、
該誘電体に対して前記流路の延在方向における一方側および他方側にそれぞれ配置され、前記液体と前記誘電体との間に生じる電気二重層に対して電圧を付与する電極と
を有し、
前記誘電体は、前記流路の内面に形成された凹部の底面に位置しており、
前記一方側および他方側の電極は、前記凹部の前記流路の延在方向で対向する両側面に、互いに対向するようにして配置されている

前記複数の電気浸透流ポンプは、前記凹部の対向する方向が交互に逆方向になるように、前記液体を流動させる方向に沿って直列に配列されている

該基体の表面および内部の少なくとも一方に、前記供給部から延びるように形成された流路と、
該流路の途中に形成された前記液体の処理部と、
前記流路の前記液体の送液を行う電気浸透流ポンプと
を有し、
前記電気浸透流ポンプは、
前記流路の少なくとも一部の表面を形成する誘電体と、
該誘電体に対して前記流路の延在方向における一方側および他方側にそれぞれ配置され、前記液体と前記誘電体との間に生じる電気二重層に対して電圧を付与する電極と
を有し、
前記誘電体は、前記流路の内面に形成された凹部の底面に位置しており、
前記一方側および他方側の電極は、前記凹部の前記流路の延在方向で対向する両側面に、互いに対向するようにして配置されている
マイクロ化学チップ。 - 前記電気浸透流ポンプが複数搭載されている請求項8記載のマイクロ化学チップ。
- 基体と、
該基体の内部に設けられた、燃料を流すための流路と、
該流路の一部と接するようにして配置される電解質部材と、
前記流路の前記燃料の送液を行う電気浸透流ポンプと
を有し、
前記電気浸透流ポンプは、
前記流路の少なくとも一部の表面を形成する誘電体と、
該誘電体に対して前記流路の延在方向における一方側および他方側にそれぞれ配置され、前記燃料と前記誘電体との間に生じる電気二重層に対して電圧を付与する電極と
を有し、
前記誘電体は、前記流路の内面に形成された凹部の底面に位置しており、
前記一方側および他方側の電極は、前記凹部の前記流路の延在方向で対向する両側面に、互いに対向するようにして配置されている
燃料電池。 - 前記電気浸透流ポンプが複数搭載されている請求項10記載の燃料電池。
