- エンジンおよび電動機を駆動源とする車両用ハイブリッド駆動装置であって、
前記エンジンの駆動力で油圧を発生させる油圧発生手段と、
第1回転要素、第2回転要素、および第3回転要素の3つの回転要素を有する遊星歯車型変速装置とを、有し、
前記第1回転要素は、前記電動機と動力伝達可能に連結されると共に、クラッチを介して前記エンジンと動力伝達可能に連結され、
前記第2回転要素は、ブレーキを介して静止部材と選択的に連結され、
前記第3回転要素は出力軸と動力伝達可能に連結されており、
前記ブレーキは、前記油圧発生手段からの油圧の非供給時において前記第2回転要素と前記静止部材とを接続し、
前記クラッチは、前記油圧の非供給時に前記エンジンと前記第1回転要素との接続を遮断することを特徴とする車両用ハイブリッド駆動装置。 - 前記遊星歯車型変速装置は、前記第1回転要素に入力される前記電動機の駆動トルクを増幅させて前記第3回転要素から出力するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1の車両用ハイブリッド駆動装置。
- 前記遊星歯車型変速装置のサンギヤが前記第1回転要素に対応しており、キャリヤが前記第2回転要素に対応しており、リングギヤが前記第3回転要素に対応していることを特徴とする請求項2の車両用ハイブリッド駆動装置。
- 前記遊星歯車型変速装置、電動機、クラッチ、およびブレーキは、複数の変速段に変速可能な自動変速機の一部として機能することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1つの車両用ハイブリッド駆動装置。
- 前記自動変速機は、
第1サンギヤ、互いに噛み合う一対の第1ピニオン、該第1ピニオンを自転および公転可能に支持する第1キャリヤ、該一対の第1ピニオンを介して第1サンギヤと噛み合う第1リングギヤを有するダブルピニオン型の第1遊星歯車装置からなる第1変速部と、
第2サンギヤ、第2ピニオン、該第2ピニオンを自転および公転可能に支持する第2キャリヤ、該第2ピニオンを介して第2サンギヤと噛み合う第2リングギヤを有するシングルピニオン型の第2遊星歯車装置、および、第3サンギヤ、互いに噛み合う一対の第3ピニオン、該第3ピニオンを自転および公転可能に支持する第3キャリヤ、該一対の第3ピニオンを介して第3サンギヤと噛み合う第3リングギヤを有するダブルピニオン型の第3遊星歯車装置からなる第2変速部とを、備え、
前記第2変速部は、前記第2遊星歯車装置の第2キャリヤと前記第3遊星歯車装置の第3キャリヤとが一体化されて共通キャリヤを構成する共に、前記第2遊星歯車装置の第2リングギヤと前記第3遊星歯車装置の第3リングギヤとが一体化されて共通リングギヤを構成し、且つ、前記第2ピニオンと前記一対の第3ピニオンの一方とが共通ピニオンを構成するラビニヨ式歯車列として構成され、
前記第1サンギヤは静止部材に常時連結され、前記第1キャリヤは前記エンジンに動力伝達可能に連結され、前記第1リングギヤは前記第1キャリヤの回転に対して減速されて出力され、
前記第2サンギヤは第4クラッチを介して前記第1キャリヤに選択的に連結されると共に、第3クラッチを介して前記第1リングギヤに選択的に連結され、且つ、第1ブレーキを介して静止部材に選択的に連結され、前記第3サンギヤは第1クラッチを介して前記第1リングギヤに選択的に連結され、前記共通キャリヤは第2クラッチを介して前記エンジンに動力伝達可能に連結されると共に、第2ブレーキを介して前記静止部材に選択的に連結され、前記共通リングギヤは出力軸に連結され、
前記電動機が前記第2サンギヤに動力伝達可能に連結されており、
前記第1回転要素が前記第2サンギヤに対応し、前記第2回転要素が前記共通キャリヤに対応し、前記第3回転要素が前記共通リングギヤに対応し、前記第1クラッチ乃至第4クラッチのいずれかが前記クラッチに対応し、前記第2ブレーキが前記ブレーキに対応していることを特徴とする請求項4の車両用ハイブリッド駆動装置。 - 前記自動変速機は、
第1サンギヤ、第1ピニオン、該第1ピニオンを自転および公転可能に支持する第1キャリヤ、該第1ピニオンを介して第1サンギヤと噛み合う第1リングギヤを有するシングルピニオン型の第1遊星歯車装置からなる第1変速部と、
第2サンギヤ、第2ピニオン、該第2ピニオンを自転および公転可能に支持する第2キャリヤ、該第2ピニオンを介して第2サンギヤと噛み合う第2リングギヤを有するシングルピニオン型の第2遊星歯車装置、および、第3サンギヤ、互いに噛み合う一対の第3ピニオン、該第3ピニオンを自転および公転可能に支持する第3キャリヤ、該一対の第3ピニオンを介して第3サンギヤと噛み合う第3リングギヤを有するダブルピニオン型の第3遊星歯車装置からなる第2変速部とを、備え、
前記第2変速部は、前記第2遊星歯車装置の第2キャリヤと前記第3遊星歯車装置の第3キャリヤとが一体化されて共通キャリヤを構成する共に、前記第2遊星歯車装置の第2リングギヤと前記第3遊星歯車装置の第3リングギヤとが一体化されて共通リングギヤを構成し、且つ、前記第2ピニオンと前記一対の第3ピニオンの一方とが共通ピニオンを構成するラビニヨ式歯車列として構成され、
前記第1サンギヤは静止部材に常時連結され、前記第1リングギヤは前記エンジンに動力伝達可能に連結され、前記第1キャリヤは前記リングギヤの回転に対して減速されて出力され、
前記第2サンギヤは第3クラッチを介して前記第1キャリヤに選択的に連結されると共に、第1ブレーキを介して静止部材に選択的に連結され、前記第3サンギヤは第1クラッチを介して前記第1キャリヤに選択的に連結され、前記共通キャリヤは第2クラッチを介して前記エンジンに動力伝達可能に連結されると共に、第2ブレーキを介して前記静止部材に選択的に連結され、前記共通リングギヤは出力軸に連結され、
前記電動機が前記第2サンギヤに動力伝達可能に連結されており、
前記第1回転要素が前記第2サンギヤに対応し、前記第2回転要素が前記共通キャリヤに対応し、前記第3回転要素が前記共通リングギヤに対応し、前記第1クラッチ乃至第3クラッチのいずれかが前記クラッチに対応し、前記第2ブレーキが前記ブレーキに対応していることを特徴とする請求項4の車両用ハイブリッド駆動装置。
