(a)第1の絶縁層、
(b)金属または金属合金Xからできている下部安定化層、
(c)赤外光および/または太陽光において反射性能を有する機能性層、特に金属層、

を少なくとも含んでなり、前記多層物において、前記下部安定化層の金属または合金Xは前記上部ブロッキング層の金属または合金Yと異なるグレージング構成物である。
Al、Ti、Sn、Zr、Nb、W、Ta

外部反射における測色的応答の変化の点での一般に受け入れられている強化可能能力の基準は、熱処理前および熱処理後の間のΔE*が2未満またはそれに等しくなければならない。しかしながら、測色的応答における変化が反射のレベルの妥当な低下を伴い、好ましくは絶対値の変化が2に限定(|ΔRext|≦2)されるか、特に多くとも1.5の変化に制限(|ΔRext|≦1.5)される場合には、2よりも僅かに高い(しかし3未満の)値は、一つおよび同一のカーテンウオール上で大量の強化および非強化品を組み合わせて使用する観点から許容されよう。
これらの実施例は多層物:
ガラス/Al:Si3N4/NiCr/Ag/Ti/Al:Si3N4
に関する。ここで、Al:Si3N4はこの窒化物がアルミニウムを含有するということを意味する。
これは、この2つの金属ブロッキング層がニッケル−クロムでできている文献WO 01/40131の多層物である。これは、Ti層(d)を1.2nmの厚さのNiCr層により置き換えることを除いて、実施例1と同一である。
これは、金属層(b)および(d)の両方がチタンでできている比較例1の多層物と類似のものである。
本発明のこの実施例は、金属層(b)および(d)が反転され、チタン層が下部層となり、ニッケル−クロム層が上部層となるという事実により実施例1と異なる。
本発明のこの実施例は、金属層(d)が厚さ1.5nmのニオブでできているという事実により実施例1と異なる。
ガラス/Si3N4(37)/NiCr(3.2)/Ag(7)/Nb(1.5)/Si3N4(54)
である。
これは、この2つの金属ブロッキング層がニオブでできている文献WO 97/48649の多層物である。これは、層(b)および(d)が0.7と2nmの間の厚さのNbでできているということを除いて、実施例1と同一である。
本発明は、別の機能性層を、およびいくつかの機能性層をも使用する多層物にも当てはまる。
Claims (20)
- 薄膜多層物が設けられた、少なくとも1つの透明基板を含んでなり、
前記薄膜多層物は、前記基板から出発して下記の順序で、
(a)酸素の拡散に対するバリアーとして作用し、窒化ケイ素から選択されるバリアー層を含んでなる第1の絶縁被膜、
(b)金属または金属合金Xからできている下部安定化金属層、
(c)赤外光および/または太陽光において反射性能を有する機能性金属層、
(d)金属または金属合金Yでできている上部金属ブロッキング層、
(e)酸素の拡散に対するバリアーとして作用し、窒化ケイ素から選択されるバリアー層を含んでなる第2の絶縁被膜、および
(f)場合によって保護酸化物層
を少なくとも含んでなり、
前記多層物において、前記下部安定化層の金属または合金Xは前記上部ブロッキング層の金属または合金Yと異なり、
前記下部安定化金属層(b)、前記上部金属ブロッキング層(d)それぞれが、チタン、ニッケル、クロム、ニオブ、ジルコニウム、タンタル、アルミニウムまたはこれらの金属の少なくとも1つを含有する金属合金から選択されるそれぞれ金属または合金X、Yからできており、
合金層XまたはYは、他方の対応する金属層YまたはXとは異なる金属のみをそれぞれ有する、
グレージング構成物。 - 前記絶縁被膜(a)および(e)の厚さが、それぞれ少なくとも5nmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のグレージング構成物。
- 前記下部安定化金属層(b)がニッケル−クロム合金でできていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のグレージング構成物。
- 前記下部安定化金属層(b)の厚さが1から6nmの間であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のグレージング構成物。
- 前記機能性金属層(c)が銀、チタン、パラジウムまたは金をベースとする金属層であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のグレージング構成物。
- 前記機能性金属層(c)が6から12nmの厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のグレージング構成物。
- 前記上部金属ブロッキング層(d)がチタン、ジルコニウム、ニオブおよびアルミニウムから選択される金属Yからできていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のグレージング構成物。
- 前記上部金属ブロッキング層(d)の厚さが6nm未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のグレージング構成物。
- 前記下部安定化金属層(b)の厚さが前記上部金属ブロッキング層(d)の厚さよりも大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のグレージング構成物。
- 前記絶縁被膜の少なくとも1つが1つまたはそれ以上の金属酸化物をベースとする層を含んでなることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のグレージング構成物。
- Zn、Al、Ti、Sn、Zr、Nb、W、Taから選択される少なくとも1つの金属の酸化物をベースとする外層(f)を含んでなることを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のグレージング構成物。
- 前記多層物が、ガラス上に、配列:
.../窒化ケイ素(a)/ニッケル−クロム(b)/Ag(c)/チタン(d)/窒化ケイ素(e)/...
を含んでなることを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のグレージング構成物。 - 前記多層物が、配列:
.../窒化ケイ素/ニッケル−クロム/Ag/チタン/窒化ケイ素/ニッケル−クロム/Ag/チタン/窒化ケイ素/...
を含んでなることを特徴とする、先行請求項12に記載のグレージング構成物。 - 別の基板が載せられて、二重のグレージング構成物となり前記ユニットが40と70%の間の光透過性を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載のグレージング構成物。
- ソーラーファクターに対する光透過の比TL/SFが、1.25と1.45の間に選択的に定められていることを特徴とする、請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載のグレージング構成物。
- 反射において青緑色を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から15のいずれか一項に記載のグレージング構成物。
- 前記基板が、前記薄膜多層物が設けられた後、500℃以上で曲げ、強化またはアニールの熱処理を受け、多くとも3%の平均光透過変化ΔTLがこの熱処理により誘起され、および/または反射において多くとも3の測色的応答の平均変化ΔE*がこの熱処理により誘起されることを特徴とする、請求項1から16のいずれか一項に記載のグレージング構成物。
- 熱処理を受けた少なくとも1つのグレージング構成物と、熱処理を受けていない少なくとも1つのグレージング構成物を含んでなるグレージング済ユニットの製造への請求項1から17のいずれか一項に記載のグレージング構成物の適用。
- 請求項1から17のいずれか一項に記載のいくつかのグレージング構成物を組み込んだグレージング済ユニット。
- 熱処理を受けた少なくとも1つのグレージング構成物と、熱処理を受けていない少なくとも1つのグレージング構成物を組み込んでいる、請求項19に記載のグレージング済ユニット。
