Description
(A)流体流路を構成するプロテーゼであって、カバーと、カバーを支持する支持組立体とを有し、支持組立体は、1以上の支持構造体を有し、各支持構造体は、内側部分と嵌合関係をなして連結される外側部分を有し、前記カバーは、外側部分と内側部分との間にサンドイッチされることを特徴とするプロテーゼ。
(B)支持組立体によって支持されたカバーを有するプロテーゼであって、前記支持組立体は、複数の支持構造体から成り、前記カバーは、支持構造体の周りにループ状になっていて、コネクタで閉鎖されていることを特徴とするプロテーゼ。
(C)流体流路を構成するプロテーゼであって、カバーと、カバーを支持した支持組立体とを有し、支持組立体は、1以上の支持構造体を有し、各支持構造体は、リングから成り、リングの周囲にはぐるりと複数の半径方向に延びる突起が設けられ、前記突起は、カバーに係合して支持構造体をカバーに繋留することを特徴とするプロテーゼ。
(1)前記支持組立体及びカバーは、プロテーゼを通る流体流路を構成していることを特徴とする実施態様(A)記載のプロテーゼ。
(2)支持組立体は、少なくとも1種類の金属から作られていることを特徴とする実施態様(A)記載のプロテーゼ。
(3)支持組立体は、ニッケルチタン合金から作られていることを特徴とする上記実施形態(2)のプロテーゼ。
(4)支持組立体は、ニチノールから形成されていることを特徴とする上記実施形態(3)のプロテーゼ。
(5)外側部分は、金属リングから成り、内側部分は、金属リングから成ることを特徴とする実施態様(A)記載のプロテーゼ。
(6)内側部分は、外側部分の内部にスナップ嵌めされていることを特徴とする実施態様(A)記載のプロテーゼ。
(7)支持構造体のうちの少なくとも1つは、放射線不透過性であることを特徴とする実施態様(A)記載のプロテーゼ。
(8)コネクタは、ステープル及び縫合糸から成る群から選択されていることを特徴とする実施態様(B)記載のプロテーゼ。

- 流体流路を構成するプロテーゼであって、カバーと、カバーを支持する支持組立体とを有し、支持組立体は、1以上の支持構造体を有し、各支持構造体は、内側部分と外側部分とを有し、前記支持構造体の内側部分は、スナップ嵌めを介して前記支持構造体の外側部分と連結するように構成され、前記カバーは、前記支持構造体の外側部分と内側部分との間にサンドイッチされ、
前記支持組立体は、管腔流体流路を構成することを特徴とするプロテーゼ。 - 前記支持組立体及び前記カバーは、前記プロテーゼを通る流体流路を構成していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプロテーゼ。
- 前記支持組立体は、少なくとも1種類の金属から作られていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のプロテーゼ。
- 前記支持組立体は、ニッケルチタン合金から作られていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のプロテーゼ。
- 前記支持組立体は、ニチノールから形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のプロテーゼ。
- 前記外側部分は、金属リングから成り、前記内側部分は、金属リングから成ることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載のプロテーゼ。
