Description

【0001】

[0011]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the method of sticking the decorative bead 15 with the double-sided tape, the workability is poor, and there is a possibility that the adhesiveness may vary depending on the environment such as temperature and humidity during the work. Furthermore, the shutter case may be opened for maintenance of the opening / closing machine or the like. In that case, the cosmetic bead 15 must be peeled off once. Storage of the cosmetic bead 15 after peeling is troublesome and the adhesiveness of the double-sided tape is remarkably lowered once the double-sided tape is peeled off. In some cases, the cosmetic bead 15 must be replaced, which may increase the maintenance cost. There is.
[0012]
Further, in the method of filling the seam 14 with the caulking material, the workability is poor and the finishing state varies depending on the skill level of the operator. Further, when the shutter case is opened, the caulking material must be removed, and much time is required for removing the caulking material, cleaning after removal, and the like. Furthermore, there is a problem that the maintainability is poor, for example, the caulking material must be filled again.

Or, it relates to a waterproof structure of a storage case having a web portion that is substantially vertical and inserted into the gap, and further, an end portion of an adjacent plate is placed on a back plate, and an end portion of the plate is placed by a crank-shaped end fitting. Held on the back plate, Dense bead is attached to the end fitting, which relate the gap formed between the surfaces of said end fitting and the plate by the watertight bead waterproof storage case to seal watertight.
[0015]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0016]
FIG. 1 shows a joint between a top case plate 11 and a top case plate 11, a front case plate 12 and a front case plate 12, and a bottom case plate 13 and a bottom case plate 13 as a plurality of plates forming a storage case. . Hereinafter, the top case plate 11, the front case plate 12, and the bottom case plate 13 are shown as a plate 17 and a plate 18.
[0017]
The plate 17 and the plate 18 are joined together with a gap G therebetween, and a watertight bead 19 is provided between the plate 17 and the plate 18. The watertight bead 19 will be described with reference to FIG.
[0018]
The watertight bead 19 is made of a highly elastic rubber, synthetic rubber, soft synthetic resin, or the like, and has a relatively large elastic deformability. The cross-sectional shape is a flat H shape, and has an upper flange portion 21 and a lower flange portion 22 on the upper and lower sides. The lower flange portion 22 and the upper flange portion 21 are the upper flange portion 21 and the lower flange portion 22 at the center. Are connected by a web portion 23 perpendicular to the web. The width of the lower flange portion 22 is smaller than the upper flange portion 21. The watertight bead 19 may have a longitudinal dimension that has been cut in advance to the size of the place of use, or a long one that is appropriately cut on site.
[0019]
A grip groove 24 is formed between the upper flange portion 21 and the lower flange portion 22, and a gap A of the grip groove 24 is smaller than the plate thickness of the plates 17 and 18. Further, the base 24 a of the grip groove 24 is swelled, and the gap B of the base 24 a is larger than the plate thickness of the plates 17 and 18. The thickness C of the web portion 23 is larger than the gap G.
[0020]
The watertight bead 19 is provided between the plate 17 and the plate 18 in a state where the plate 17 and the plate 18 are inserted into the gripping groove 24. Since the thickness C of the web portion 23 is larger than the gap G and the gap A of the gripping groove 24 is also smaller than the plate thicknesses of the plates 17 and 18, the web portion 23 is particularly affected by the elastic force of the watertight bead 19. 23, the space between the plate 17 and the plate 18 is sealed in a watertight manner.
[0021]
Next, a method for mounting the watertight bead 19 will be described.
[0022]
The watertight bead 19 is a highly elastic material. When the watertight bead 19 is stretched in the longitudinal direction, the cross section is reduced in accordance with the amount of extension. That is, the wall thickness C of the web portion 23 is reduced by extending the watertight bead 19 in the longitudinal direction. Accordingly, the watertight bead 19 is tensioned and stretched until the thickness C becomes smaller than the value of the gap G, and the plates 17 and 18 are inserted into the gripping grooves 24 from the end portions in the stretched state.
[0023]
The web portion 23 is smaller than the gap G and can be inserted, and the gap A of the gripping groove 24 is smaller than the plate thickness of the plates 17 and 18, but the upper flange portion 21. The cross section of the lower flange portion 22 is cantilevered, so that bending deformation is easy. Further, the lower flange portion 22 is smaller in width than the upper flange portion 21, and the plates 17 and 18 are held in the gripping grooves. There is no problem in inserting into 24.
[0024]
That is, the watertight bead 19 can be easily inserted between the plates 17 and 18 by setting the watertight bead 19 in a stretched state.
[0025]
After the insertion, the watertight bead 19 is restored to the non-tensioned state by removing the tension. In other words, it is restored by the restoring force generated when the tension is removed. In the restored state, the thickness C of the web portion 23 is larger than the gap G, so that the gap G is sealed watertight by elastic deformation. Further, since the gap A of the gripping groove 24 is also smaller than the plate 17 and the plate 18, the upper flange portion 21 and the lower flange portion 22 also prevent rainwater from entering.
[0026]
Next, when removing the watertight bead 19, the watertight bead 19 is stretched. When it is stretched, the cross section is reduced and the thickness C of the web portion 23 is smaller than the gap G, so that the watertight bead 19 can be pulled out.
[0027]
Further, since the watertight bead 19 is attached and detached by utilizing elastic deformation of the watertight bead 19, the watertight bead 19 can be repeatedly attached and detached without being damaged.
[0028]
A second embodiment will be described with reference to FIG.
[0029]
In the second embodiment, the case where the plate 17 and the plate 18 are joined via the back plate 26 (for example, the reinforcing member 8 shown in FIG. 8) is shown.
[0030]
The ends of the plates 17 and 18 are placed on the back plate 26 and the end fittings 28 are fixed to the back plate 26 with a fixing tool 27 such as a screw or a rivet. Is held between the back plate 26 and the end fitting 28.
[0031]
The cross-sectional shape of the end fitting 28 has a crank shape in which a central portion is in close contact with the back plate 26 and both end portions are bent away from the back plate 26. 18 is held. A gap G is formed between both end portions of the end fitting 28 and the plates 17 and 18.
[0032]
A watertight bead 29 is attached to the end fitting 28.
[0033]
The watertight bead 29 has a substantially trapezoidal outer shape and a cross-sectional shape having a substantially T-shaped storage groove 29a, and the end fitting 28 is inserted into the storage groove 29a.
[0034]
The thickness C of the tongue piece 29b extending from both edges toward the groove opening so as to form the storage groove 29a of the watertight bead 29 is larger than the gap G, and the tongue piece 29b is elastically compressed into the gap G. Insert in the state. The tongue piece 29b is in close contact with the end fitting 28, the plate 17, and the plate 18, whereby the gap between the plate 17 and the plate 18 is sealed in a watertight manner.
[0035]
The mounting of the watertight bead 29 will be described.
[0036]
The end fitting 28 is fixed to the back plate 26 with the fixing tool 27 with the end portions of the plates 17 and 18 placed on the back plate 26. The watertight bead 29 is stretched by applying tension so that the thickness of the tongue piece 29b becomes smaller than the gap G, and the end fitting 28 is extended from the end of the end fitting 28 in a state where the watertight bead 29 is stretched. It is mounted so as to be inserted into the storage groove 29a. After mounting, the tension of the watertight bead 29 is removed. The watertight bead 29 is elastically restored and restored, and the tongue piece 29b is elastically deformed and held between the end fitting 28 and the plates 17 and 18.
[0037]
When removing the watertight bead 29, the watertight bead 29 can be easily removed by extending the watertight bead 29 so that the thickness of the tongue piece 29b is smaller than the gap G.
[0038]
FIG. 4 shows a watertight bead 31 used in the third embodiment.
[0039]
The water-tight bead 31 has a substantially T-shaped cross section, and has a flange portion 32 that abuts on the upper surface of the plate and a hook-shaped web portion 33 that projects vertically or substantially vertically downward from the flange portion 32. . A groove 34 into which a plate is inserted is formed between the web portion 33 and the flange portion 32. The neck portion 33a of the web portion 33 is larger than the gap G between the plates to be joined (see FIG. 1).
[0040]
The watertight beads 31 are mounted between the plates by inserting the web portion 33 into the gap G. When the watertight bead 31 is mounted, it is performed in a stretched state by applying tension. By stretching, the cross-sectional area of the web portion 33 is reduced, and the mounting of the watertight beads 31 is facilitated.
[0041]
FIG. 5 shows a case where the space between the plates 17 and 18 bent at a right angle is sealed.
[0042]
The watertight bead 31 can be easily mounted by inserting the web portion 33 into the gap G between the plate 17 and the plate 18 in a state where the watertight bead 31 is extended.
[0043]
If the shape of the web portion 33 is reduced, the web portion 33 can be press-fitted into the gap G. However, the web portion 33 is stretched to reduce the cross section of the web portion 33 and attached, thereby facilitating the attaching operation. Since the elastic deformation allowance of the neck 33a at the time of wearing can be increased, the watertight performance is improved.
[0044]
Since the cross-sectional shape of the water-tight bead 31 is substantially T-shaped, the water-tight bead 31 can be pushed from the surface of the plate, has good workability and can be easily mounted on a bent surface.
[0045]
FIG. 6 shows a watertight bead 35 used in the fourth embodiment.
[0046]
The watertight bead 35 has a T-shaped cross section and includes a flange portion 36 and a web portion 37 that is perpendicular or substantially perpendicular to the flange portion 36. The dimension of the web portion 37 is sufficiently larger than the gap G between the plates 17 and 18.
[0047]
When the watertight bead 35 is mounted, the watertight bead 35 is stretched so that the size of the web portion 37 is smaller than the gap G and the web portion 37 is fitted into the gap G. After the insertion, the tension with the watertight bead 35 is removed. The portions of the plate 17 and the plate 18 shown in FIG. 6 that bite into the web portion 37 are elastic deformation portions of the web portion 37. The web portion 37 is elastically deformed and comes into close contact with the end surfaces of the plate 17 and the plate 18 so that the space between the plate 17 and the plate 18 is sealed in a watertight manner.
[0048]
FIG. 7 further shows a fifth embodiment.
[0049]
In the fifth embodiment, the plate 17 and the plate 18 are both fixed to the back plate 42 and the back plate 43 with fixing tools such as screws and rivets.
[0050]
A gap G is formed between the back plate 42 and the back plate 43. Both the plate 17 and the plate 18 are fixed to the back plate 42 and the back plate 43 by the fixing tool 44 and the fixing tool 45 so that the end portions thereof match or substantially match the end portions of the back plate 42 and the back plate 43. .
[0051]
A watertight bead 38 is mounted between the plate 17 and the back plate 42 and the plate 18 and the back plate 43.
[0052]
The cross-sectional shape of the watertight bead 38 is substantially T-shaped, and includes a flange portion 39 and a web portion 40 perpendicular to or substantially perpendicular to the flange portion 39, and a concave groove 41 is formed on the back surface of the flange portion 39. Is formed. The width and depth of the concave groove 41 are large enough to accommodate the heads of the fixtures 44 and 45.
[0053]
Since the method of mounting the watertight bead 38 is the same as that of the fourth embodiment, description thereof is omitted.
[0054]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the storage case is formed of a plurality of plates, and a watertight bead having elasticity is attached to the joint of the plates, and the gap is sealed watertight by the restoring force of the watertight bead. The watertight bead can be attached and detached, which improves the workability and maintainability of waterproof work.
[0055]
In addition, the watertight bead is attached in a stretched state with a tension applied, and the tension is removed after the attachment, and the portion inserted into the gap of the watertight bead is in a stretched state and the cross section is substantially equal to the gap. Since the gap becomes smaller, the gap is sealed watertight by the elasticity of the watertight bead, so that the waterproofness is stabilized.
[0056]
Further, the gap is formed between the end portions of adjacent plates, and the watertight bead has a flange portion that abuts on the surface of the plate and a web portion that is perpendicular or substantially perpendicular to the flange portion and is inserted into the gap. The bead can be pushed in from the surface of the plate and exhibits excellent effects such as good workability.
