Description
本発明は、請求項1の前文に記載するウォータージェット手術用機器に関する。
非常に高い圧力を有する圧力源から作業流体、特に特にリンゲル液を引導するために通る
耐圧輸送チューブに接続する、末端に設けられている開口部を有する手持ち機器を含んである。非常に高い作業圧力(数百バールまで)がかかるため、このような装置内の連結は非常に問題となる。

Claims (12)
- ハンドル(10)と、
圧力源(P)からの作業流体を提供するための圧力導管(20)と、
ジェット流体を作り出すための圧力導管(20)の末端にあるノズル(21)と、
可逆的にハンドル(10)に接続させることができ、それぞれの成形品(30)において予め決めたコースに沿ってハンドル(10)からノズル(21)までの弾性的かつ変形可能な圧力導管(20)を案内することができる案内デバイス(40,34)を含む、それぞれサイズおよび/または形状において互いに異なる一組の成形品(30)と、を備え、
その案内デバイス(40)が、その成形品(30)の交換時にそのハンドル(10)に固定された圧力導管(20)をその案内デバイス(40,34)からはずしそして再挿入することができるように構成されることを特徴とするウォータージェット手術用機器。 - その案内デバイス(40)が、チューブ状の成形品(30)にある内腔(40)からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機器。
- その成形品(30)の内腔(40)が、吸い込みデバイスに接続されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の機器。
- その組には、少なくとも一つ直線状の部品(30−1、30−2)と、一つ曲線状もしくは角度を有する成形品(30−3ないし30−5)が含まれることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかの一つに記載の機器。
- その成形品(30)が、そのハンドル(10)と反対側の末端に、組織凝固のための手術用HF発生装置(50、51)に接続する電極(32)を少なくとも含んでなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかの一つに記載の機器。
- その成形品(30)がノズル(21)まで伸び、流体を供給もしくは取り除く用の導管(22/40)を含んでなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかの一つに記載の機器。
- その導管(22)がノズル(21)によって予め決めた方向からそらした、少なくとも一つの吸い込み口(33)を含んでなることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の機器。
- その成形品(30)が、希ガスを供給するチューブ状プローブ(23)と、希ガス凝固装置を形成させるためにHF電流を供給し、プローブ(23)に設置される電極デバイス(24)を含んでなることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の機器。
- そのノズル(21)がその成形品(30)の末端のセンターに設置されるように、その成形品(30)および/またはその導管(20)が調節用デバイス(34、36)を含んでなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれかの一つに記載の機器。
- その調節用デバイスが、成形品に形成されたセンターストッパー(34)に対して、圧力導管(20)を流体ジェットの方向に押し込むプレスデバイス(35)を含んでなることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の機器。
- その圧力導管(20)が、ノズル(21)を含む、圧力源(P)に接続する末端部分(20”)へのカップリング(25)によって接続される、変形可能な末端部分(20’)を含んでなることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の機器。
- その末端部分(20’)が、成形品(30)と共に交換されうることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の機器。
