Description
(A) ランス装置であって、
ハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに動作可能に取り付けられたランス機構と、
標的部位に係合して標的部位隆起部を形成する、前記ハウジングに可動式に取り付けられた圧力先端部と、
所定の高さの標的部位隆起部を検出して、前記圧力先端部の前記ハウジングに対する固定を開始し、これにより後に前記ハウジングに対する標的部位隆起部の位置が変動するのを防止するトリガー機構とを含むことを特徴とするランス装置。
(1)前記ランス装置が更に、前記圧力先端部に対して予荷重の力を加えるための付勢ばねを含むことを特徴とする実施態様(A)に記載のランス装置。
(2)前記付勢ばねが、前記圧力先端部に対して3N〜13Nの範囲の予荷重の力を加えるように構成されていることを特徴とする実施態様(1)に記載のランス装置。
(3)前記付勢ばねが、前記圧力先端部に対して9N〜10Nの範囲の予荷重の力を加えるように構成されていることを特徴とする実施態様(1)に記載のランス装置。
(4)前記トリガー機構が少なくとも1つの固定爪及び少なくとも1つの爪トリガーアームを含むことを特徴とする実施態様(A)に記載のランス装置。
(5)前記固定爪が爪ラチェット歯を含み、前記圧力先端部が圧力先端部ラチェット歯を含むことを特徴とする実施態様(4)に記載のランス装置。
(7)前記トリガー機構が、所定の高さの標的部位隆起部を検出できるように構成された光学リレースイッチを含むことを特徴とする実施態様(A)に記載のランス装置。
(8)前記トリガー機構が電気リレースイッチを含むことを特徴とする実施態様(A)に記載のランス装置。
(9)前記トリガー機構が、前記圧力先端部が固定されたら、前記ランス機構によって刺入を開始するように構成されていることを特徴とする実施態様(A)に記載のランス装置。
(B)標的部位に刺入する方法であって、
ランス装置を用意するステップであって、前記ランス装置が、
ハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに機能的に取り付けられたランス機構と、
標的部位に係合して標的部位隆起部を形成する、前記ハウジングに可動式に取り付けられた圧力先端部と、
所定の高さの標的部位隆起部を検出して、前記圧力先端部の前記ハウジングに対する固定を開始し、これにより後に前記ハウジングに対する標的部位隆起部の位置が変動するのを防止するトリガー機構とを含む、前記ステップと、
前記圧力先端部を前記標的部位に接触させるステップと、
前記圧力先端部を前記標的部位に押圧して標的部位隆起部を形成し、この隆起部が前記トリガー機構によって検出され、前記圧力先端部の前記ハウジングに対する固定が開始されるステップと、
前記標的部位隆起部を前記ランス機構で刺入するステップとを含むことを特徴とする方法。
(10)前記標的部位が皮膚組織標的部位であることを特徴とする実施態様(B)に記載の方法。
(11)ランス装置を用意する前記ステップが、前記圧力先端部に対して予荷重の力を加える付勢ばねを含むランス装置を容易することを特徴とする実施態様(B)に記載の方法。

Claims (10)
- ランス装置であって、
ハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに動作可能に取り付けられたランス機構と、
標的部位に係合して標的部位隆起部を形成する、前記ハウジングに可動式に取り付けられた圧力先端部と、
所定の高さの標的部位隆起部を検出して、前記圧力先端部の前記ハウジングに対する固定を開始し、これにより後に前記ハウジングに対する標的部位隆起部の位置が変動するのを防止するトリガー機構とを含むことを特徴とするランス装置。 - 前記ランス装置が更に、前記圧力先端部に対して予荷重の力を加えるための付勢ばねを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のランス装置。
- 前記付勢ばねが、前記圧力先端部に対して3N〜13Nの範囲の予荷重の力を加えるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のランス装置。
- 前記付勢ばねが、前記圧力先端部に対して9N〜10Nの範囲の予荷重の力を加えるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のランス装置。
- 前記トリガー機構が少なくとも1つの固定爪及び少なくとも1つの爪トリガーアームを含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のランス装置。
- 前記固定爪が爪ラチェット歯を含み、前記圧力先端部が圧力先端部ラチェット歯を含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のランス装置。
- 前記トリガー機構が前記圧力先端部を固定するための摩擦クラッチを含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のランス装置。
- 前記トリガー機構が、所定の高さの標的部位隆起部を検出できるように構成された光学リレースイッチを含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載のランス装置。
- 前記トリガー機構が電気リレースイッチを含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載のランス装置。
- 前記トリガー機構が、前記圧力先端部が固定されたら、前記ランス機構によって刺入を開始するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載のランス装置。
