Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 使用者の皮膚を通して切開部を作る切開装置に使用するための使い捨て切開 素子において、 皮膚切開部材と、皮膚切開部材に横に離間した関係で取り付けられた毛管チ ューブとを備え、毛管チューブと皮膚切開部材のうちの一方は他方に対して相 対的に長手方向に摺動可能であることを特徴とする使い捨て切開素子 2. 使い捨て切開素子は毛管チューブと皮膚切開部材を中に配置した本体を含み 、毛管チューブは前記本体に対して相対的に長手方向に摺動可能でありかつ皮 膚切開部材を通って前方に延在するよう適用されること特徴とする請求項1に 記載の使い捨て切開素子。 3. 皮膚切開部材は毛管チューブに対して摺動可能であること特徴とする請求項 2に記載の使い捨て切開素子。 4. 毛管チューブはこれと一体に形成された分離した平行なチューブをもち、皮 膚切開部材は前記分離したチューブ内に摺動可能に取り付けられること特徴と する請求項3に記載の使い捨て切開素子。 5. 前記本体は毛管チューブを摩擦的に掴む長手方向に離間した複数対の掴み指 を含むこと特徴とする請求項2に記載の使い捨て切開素子。 6. 前記本体は周囲方向で離間した径方向外方に突出する複数のボスを形成され て含んでいること特徴とする請求項2に記載の使い捨て切開素子。 7. ボスのうちの1つが他のボスから長手方向に離間していること特徴とする請 求項6に記載の使い捨て物品。 8. 前記本体は周囲方向で離間した径方向外方に突出する複数のボスを形成され て含むこと特徴とする請求項1に記載の使い捨て切開素子。 9. 前記本体は毛管チューブを摩擦的に掴む長手方向に離間した複数対の掴み指 を含むこと特徴とする請求項8に記載の使い捨て切開素子。 10.皮膚切開部材は第1の針を構成し、更に、第1の針に対して平行に横に離間 した関係に配置された少なくとも1つの追加の針を含み、すべての針は等しい 距離だけ本体から突出していること特徴とする請求項1に記載の使い捨て切開 素子。 11.皮膚切開部材は平行に横に離間した関係に配置された複数の突起を含み、す べての突起は等しい距離突出していること特徴とする請求項1に記載の使い捨 て切開素子。 12.毛管チューブの下端は外方に朝顔状に広がっていること特徴とする請求項1 に記載の使い捨て切開素子。 13.使用者の皮膚に孔を明けるための装置に使用する使い捨て素子において、該 使い捨て素子が長手方向軸線を画成しかつそれを貫通して完全に延在しかつレ ーザー光又は加圧流体の如き皮膚刺し通し媒体を導くために適用される長手方 向の貫通孔を含む本体と、貫通孔に対して径方向に離間した関係で本体に取り 付けられた毛管チューブを含むこと特徴とする使い捨て素子。 14.貫通孔の入口端に取り付けられかつレーザー光を分散させるための介在レン ズを更に含むこと特徴とする請求項13に記載の使い捨て素子。 15.毛管チューブが本体に対して長手方向に摺動可能であること特徴とする請求 項13に記載の使い捨て素子。 16.本体がそれに形成された複数の周囲方向で離間した径方向外方に突出するボ スを含むこと特徴とする請求項13に記載の使い捨て切開素子。 17.使用者の皮膚を通して切開部を作るための切開装置に使用する使い捨て切開 素子において、長手方向軸線を画成する本体と、前記本体の前端から等しい距 離だけ前方に突出する複数の皮膚切開部材を備え、前記皮膚切開部材は横に離 間しかつ互いに平行に延在すること特徴とする使い捨て切開素子。 18.皮膚切開部材は針を含み、針は2本あること特徴とする請求項17に記載の 使い捨て切開素子。 19.皮膚切開部材は針を含み、針は2本より多いこと特徴とする請求項17に記 載の使い捨て切開素子。 20.皮膚切開部材は金属プレートから切り出した突起からなること特徴とす請求 項17に記載のる使い捨て切開素子。 21.切開部を作るための切開装置に使用する使い捨て切開素子において、該使い 捨て切開素子が長手方向軸線を画成する本体を含み、前記本体は互いに周囲方 向で離間しかつ径方向外方に延在する複数のボスを含み、ボスのうちの1つは 他のボスから長手方向に離間しており、更に該使い捨て切開素子は前記本体の 後端から後方へ突出するアームと、前記本体の前端から前方へ突出する皮膚切 開部材を含むこと特徴とする使い捨て切開素子。 22.体液をサンプル採取するためのサンプル採取装置に使用する使い捨て素子に おいて、サンプル採取装置に取り付けられる本体と、毛管チューブを備え、前 記毛管チューブは前記本体中に取り付けられかつ毛管チューブの長手方向軸線 と一致する方向に本体に対して摺動可能であること特徴とする使い捨て素子。 23.体液サンプル採取のためのサンプル採取装置に使用する使い捨て素子におい て、並置関係に配置した1対の平行通路を形成する部材と、通路のうちの1つ 内に摺動自在に取り付けられた皮膚切開部材はを備え、他方の通路は体液を引 き入れるための毛管チューブを画成すること特徴とする使い捨て素子。 24.2つの通路がそれらの隣接端で互いに連通すること特徴とする請求項23に 記載の使い捨て素子。 25.体液のサンプルを引き入れるための毛管通路を画成する毛管素子において、 前記通路は異なった夫々の直径をもつ第1と第2の端を含むこと特徴とする毛 管素子。 26.第1の端は流体入口を画成し、第2の端は流体排出端を画成し、流体入口端 は流体出口端より直径が大きいこと特徴とする請求項25に記載の毛管チュー ブ。 27.体液のサンプルを引き入れるための毛管通路を画成する本体と、前記通路内 を上昇する流体の上部レベルを感知するための本体上に配置した感知機構を含 むこと特徴とする毛管素子。 28.感知素子は上昇する流体の上部レベルに接触してそれを電気的に感知するた めの通路内に配置した電極構造を含むこと特徴とする請求項27に記載の毛管 素子。
