Claims (9)
- 第1の局と少なくとも第2の局とを有する無線通信システムでの通信方法であって、
各局は少なくとも一部の時間に前記システム内の通信を制御し、
前記第1の局は少なくとも1つの通信チャネルを使用する第1のモードで第1のフォーマットを有するメッセージ、又は1つの通信チャネルを使用する第2のモードで第2のフォーマットを有するメッセージをエンコードして送信し、
前記第1及び第2のフォーマットは共通部分を有し、
前記第2の局は前記第1のモード又は前記第2のモードで送信されたメッセージの前記共通部分を少なくとも受信してデコードし、
前記共通部分は前記第1の局の1つ以上の次の送信についての情報を有する方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、
前記第1のモードで、メッセージが少なくとも1つのチャネルで送信され、
前記第2のモードで、メッセージが1つのチャネルで送信されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の方法であって、
前記第1の局の情報は、少なくとも1つのチャネルでタイムスロットを予約し、前記第1の局の分散されていない定期的な送信を可能にするための少なくとも前記第2の局への要求を有することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1ないし3のうちいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、
前記共通部分は、第1のヘッダと第2のヘッダとを有し、
定期的な送信についての情報は、前記第1のヘッダ又は前記第2のヘッダにエンコードされることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1ないし4のうちいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、
前記第1のモードのメッセージは、IEEE Std. 802.11a、IEEE Std. 802.11b、IEEE Std. 802.11g及びIEEE Std. 802.11eのグループのうち1つの標準に準拠することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1ないし5のうちいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、
前記第1のフォーマットは、複数アンテナフォーマットであり、
前記第2のフォーマットは、単一アンテナフォーマットであることを特徴とする方法。 - 第1の局と少なくとも第2の局とを有する無線通信システムであって、
使用中に、各局は少なくとも一部の時間に前記システム内の通信を制御し、
前記第1の局は第1のモードで第1のフォーマットを有するメッセージ、又は第2のモードで第2のフォーマットを有するメッセージをエンコードして送信するように構成され、
前記第1及び第2のフォーマットは共通部分を有し、
前記第2の局は前記第1のモード又は前記第2のモードで送信されたメッセージの前記共通部分を少なくとも受信してデコードするように構成され、
前記共通部分は前記第1の局の定期的な送信についての情報を有する無線通信システム。 - 第1の局と少なくとも第2の局とを有する無線通信システムで第1の局として使用される無線通信装置であって、
各局は少なくとも一部の時間に前記システム内の通信を制御し、
前記第1の局は第1のモードで第1のフォーマットを有するメッセージ、又は第2のモードで第2のフォーマットを有するメッセージをエンコードして送信するように構成され、
前記第1及び第2のフォーマットは共通部分を有し、
前記第2の局は前記第1のモード又は前記第2のモードで送信されたメッセージの前記共通部分を少なくとも受信してデコードするように構成され、
前記共通部分は前記第1の局の定期的な送信についての情報を有する無線通信装置。 - 第1の局と少なくとも第2の局とを有する無線通信システムで第2の局として使用される無線通信装置であって、
各局は少なくとも一部の時間に前記システム内の通信を制御し、
前記第1の局は第1のモードで第1のフォーマットを有するメッセージ、又は第2のモードで第2のフォーマットを有するメッセージをエンコードして送信するように構成され、
前記第1及び第2のフォーマットは共通部分を有し、
前記第2の局は前記第1のモード又は前記第2のモードで送信されたメッセージの前記共通部分を少なくとも受信してデコードするように構成され、
前記共通部分は前記第1の局の定期的な送信についての情報を有する無線通信装置。
