Description
前記粘着剤層を構成する粘着剤がアクリル系粘着剤を主体としてなるものとし、当該アクリル系粘着剤が、
5〜40質量%であるメタクリル酸メチル重合体ブロック(M)及び60〜95重量%であるアクリル酸ブチル重合体ブロック(A)からなる下記一般式(I)及び(II)

で示される重量平均分子量10,000〜100,000であるジブロック共重合体40〜60質量部及び重量平均分子量10,000〜100,000であるトリブロック共重合体60〜40質量部からなるブロック共重合体組成物100質量部と、重量平均分子量800〜5,000であるアクリルオリゴマー系粘着付与剤10〜35質量部と、ロジンエステル系粘着付与剤および/又は水添ロジンエステル系粘着付与剤80〜130質量部とからなるものであることを特徴とするものである。
(a)粘着剤組成物
2種類のアクリル系ブロックポリマーと、3種類の粘着付与剤とを粘着剤組成物として用いた。アクリル系ブロックポリマーとしてアクリル系トリブロック重合体であるクラレ社製LAポリマー#2140と、アクリル系ジブロック共重合体であるクラレ社製LAポリマー#1114とを用いた。また、粘着付与剤として、アクリル系粘着付与剤である東亜合成社製アルフォンUP−1000と、ロジンエステル系粘着付与剤である荒川化学社製スーパーエステルA115と、炭化水素系粘着付与剤である荒川化学社製アルコンP100を用いた。
(b)感圧転写テープの作成
上述のブロックポリマー及び粘付与剤をそれぞれ表1に示した比率で配合したアクリル系粘着剤をポリエチレンテレフタレート製フィルム上に30〜40μm塗布することによって、実施例1〜3及び比較例1〜10に係る感圧転写テープを作成した。
実施例1〜3及び比較例1〜10に係る感圧転写テープについて、紙破性能すなわち紙類に対する紙破現象の有無と、粘着剤層の初期タック(粘着力)と、粘着剤層の相溶性をそれぞれ調査した。
(a)紙破性能
実施例及び比較例に係る感圧転写テープについて、市販の白封筒を巾25mmの短冊状に裁断した紙片に対する紙破現象の有無を調査した。ここで、本紙破性能試験において、白封筒はオキナ株式会社製ホワイト封筒WP2270(角形2号A4判)を採用した。
作成した感圧転写テープを前記紙片に付着させフィルムの上から2kgのローラーを用いて10mm/sの速度で1往復することにより1回目の圧着動作を行った。続いて、フィルムを粘着剤層から剥がした後、同様の紙片を粘着剤層に付着させ2枚の紙片の間に粘着剤層を介在させた状態とし、2kgのローラーを用いて10mm/sの速度で2往復することにより2回目の圧着動作を行った。そして2回目の圧着を終えた2枚の紙片の内一方の紙片を1mm/sの速度で15mmの距離において剥離させた。
(b)初期タック
室温における初期タック性能を調べた。粘着剤層の表面が粘着力を有すると判断したものについては初期タック有りとして○を、粘着剤層の表面が粘着力に乏しいと判断したものについては初期タックなしとして×を表1に記した。
(c)相溶性
フィルム上に形成された粘着剤層を目視することによって相溶性を判断した。粘着剤層が透明性を有するものについては相溶性有りとして○を、透明性を有さないものについては相溶性無しとして×を表1に記した。
そして上述した各種測定に係る評価を表1に記す。

Claims (5)
- 粘着剤層と、当該粘着剤層を支持してなる基材とを有し、前記粘着剤層を介して少なくとも紙類と他の部材とを止着させ得る粘着製品であって、
前記粘着剤層を構成する粘着剤がアクリル系粘着剤を主体としてなるものとし、当該アクリル系粘着剤が、
5〜40質量%であるメタクリル酸メチル重合体ブロック(M)及びアクリル酸ブチル重合体ブロック(A)からなる下記一般式(I)及び(II)

で示される重量平均分子量10,000〜100,000であるジブロック共重合体40〜60質量部及び重量平均分子量10,000〜100,000であるトリブロック共重合体60〜40質量部からなるブロック共重合体組成物100質量部と、
重量平均分子量800〜5,000であるアクリルオリゴマー系粘着付与剤10〜35質量部と、
ロジンエステル系粘着付与剤および/又は水添ロジンエステル系粘着付与剤80〜130質量部とからなるものであることを特徴とする粘着製品。 - 前記粘着剤層の厚み寸法を5〜100μmに設定している請求項1記載の粘着製品。
- シールや粘着テープ等として使用される粘着製品であって、
前記基材であるシール本体或いは粘着テープ本体に前記粘着剤層を剥離不能に設けていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の粘着製品。 - 感圧転写粘着テープ等として使用される粘着製品であって、前記基材に前記粘着剤層を剥離可能に設けていることを特徴とする請求項1、2又は3記載の粘着製品。
- 請求項4に記載の粘着製品を具備してなる転写具。
