Description
本実施の形態に係る制御装置であるエンジンECUは、高圧デリバリパイプ112内に気泡発生の可能性があるときには、電磁リリーフバルブ114を開いて、一定時間、フィードポンプ100を作動させた後に、エンジンを始動させる点が特徴である。
本実施の形態に係る制御装置であるエンジンECUは、高圧デリバリパイプ112内に気泡発生の可能性があるときには、電磁リリーフバルブ114を開いて、一定時間、筒内噴射用インジェクタ110から燃料噴射しないようにして、第1の高圧ポンプ200および第2の高圧ポンプ300を作動させた後に、エンジンを始動させる点が特徴である。
本実施の形態に係る制御装置であるエンジンECUは、前述の第1の実施の形態と同様に、高圧デリバリパイプ112内に気泡発生の可能性があるときには、電磁リリーフバルブ114を開いて、一定時間、フィードポンプ100を作動させた後に、エンジンを始動させる点が特徴である。特に、エンジンの始動要求後にエンジンが始動するまでに、車両の走行要求があると、EV(Electronic Vehicle)走行(電気モータによる走行)する点が、第1の実施の形態と異なる。
本実施の形態に係る制御装置であるエンジンECUは、前述の第2の実施の形態と同様に、高圧デリバリパイプ112内に気泡発生の可能性があるときには、電磁リリーフバルブ114を開いて、一定時間、燃料を噴射しないでクランキングして第1の高圧燃料ポンプ200および第2の高圧燃料ポンプ300を作動させた後に、燃料噴射を開始してエンジンを始動させる点が特徴である。特に、エンジンの始動要求後にエンジンが始動するまでに、車両の走行要求があると、EV走行する点が、第2の実施の形態と異なる。
Claims (8)
- 燃料噴射手段を有する内燃機関の燃料供給装置であって、
前記内燃機関により駆動され、低圧燃料ポンプにより燃料タンクから供給された燃料を加圧する高圧燃料ポンプと、
前記高圧燃料ポンプから前記燃料噴射手段に燃料を供給するデリバリパイプと、
前記デリバリパイプと前記燃料タンクとを連通状態/非連通状態に切換えるリリーフバルブと、
前記リリーフバルブを制御するための制御手段とを含み、
前記制御手段は、前記内燃機関の停止時に前記リリーフバルブを前記連通状態にしていたときは、前記デリバリパイプ内にベーパが発生していると予測して、前記燃料噴射手段による燃料噴射前に、前記リリーフバルブを前記連通状態として、燃料ポンプを駆動する、内燃機関の燃料供給装置。 - 燃料噴射手段を有する内燃機関の燃料供給装置であって、
前記内燃機関により駆動され、低圧燃料ポンプにより燃料タンクから供給された燃料を加圧する高圧燃料ポンプと、
前記高圧燃料ポンプから前記燃料噴射手段に燃料を供給するデリバリパイプと、
前記デリバリパイプと前記燃料タンクとを連通状態/非連通状態に切換えるリリーフバルブと、
前記リリーフバルブを制御するための制御手段とを含み、
前記制御手段は、前記内燃機関の停止時に前記リリーフバルブを前記連通状態にした後に前記内燃機関を再始動していたときは、前記デリバリパイプ内にベーパが発生していると予測して、前記燃料噴射手段による燃料噴射前に、前記リリーフバルブを前記連通状態として、燃料ポンプを駆動する、内燃機関の燃料供給装置。 - 前記制御手段により制御される燃料ポンプは、前記低圧燃料ポンプである、請求項1または2に記載の内燃機関の燃料供給装置。
- 前記制御手段により制御される燃料ポンプは、前記高圧燃料ポンプである、請求項1または2に記載の内燃機関の燃料供給装置。
- 前記内燃機関は、筒内に燃料を噴射するための燃料噴射手段を備えた内燃機関である、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の内燃機関の燃料供給装置。
- 前記内燃機関は、筒内に燃料を噴射するための燃料噴射手段と吸気通路内に燃料を噴射するための燃料噴射手段とを備えた内燃機関である、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の内燃機関の燃料供給装置。
- 前記内燃機関は、車両に搭載され、前記車両の走行中に間欠的に運転される、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の内燃機関の燃料供給装置。
- 前記車両には、前記車両の走行のための駆動源として、前記内燃機関と回転電機とが搭載され、
前記車両は、前記制御手段により前記燃料ポンプが制御されているときに、走行要求があると、前記回転電機により前記車両が走行される、請求項7に記載の内燃機関の燃料供給装置。
