Description
一次成形用キャビティに一次成形樹脂を射出して一次成形体を成形するとともに前記転写材の加飾層と一次成形体とを接着させ、
前記第1の交換型を前記共通型から開いて、二次成形用キャビティを形成可能な第2の交換型に交換し、
前記第2の交換型と前記共通型を閉じて、前記一次成形体が前記転写材に接着した状態で内部に収まるように二次成形用キャビティを形成させ、
前記二次成形用キャビティに二次成形樹脂を射出して、一次成形体と固着した二次成形体を成形するとともに転写材の加飾層と二次成形体とを接着し、
前記一次成形体と前記二次成形体を前記転写材から剥離することによって、前記転写材の加飾層が表面に転写され、前記一次成形体は二次成形体を透明窓部とし、他方を本体部とする電子機器用筐体を製造する電子機器用筐体の製造方法を提供する。
厚さ38μmの二軸延伸ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムを基体シートとし、その上に、剥離層として紫外線硬化型のアクリルポリオールとイソシアネート、アゾ重合開始剤の混合物からなるインキをグラビアコート法により厚さ5μmに塗布し、その上に図柄層としてアクリル樹脂に顔料を分散させたインキをグラビア印刷法により各々厚さ0.8〜1.5μmで部分的に4層塗布し、さらに接着層として塩化ビニル酢酸ビニル共重合体系樹脂をグラビアコート法により厚さ2μmに塗布して転写材を得た。
Claims (9)
- 一次成形用キャビティ(11)を形成可能な第1の交換型(2)と共通型(4)との間に基体シート(101)上に加飾層(102)が形成された転写材(100)が配置された状態で型閉じして、前記一次成形用キャビティ(11)を形成し、
一次成形用キャビティ(11)に前記共通型(4)に設けられた射出路を通して一次成形樹脂を射出して一次成形体(53)を成形して、前記転写材の加飾層(102)と一次成形体(53)とを接着させるとともに前記一次成形体(53)を前記共通型に付着させ、
前記第1の交換型(2)を前記共通型から開いて、二次成形用キャビティ(12)を形成可能な第2の交換型(3)に交換し、
前記第2の交換型(3)と前記共通型(4)を閉じて、前記一次成形体(53)が前記転写材(100)に接着した状態で内部に収まるように二次成形用キャビティ(12)を形成させ、
前記二次成形用キャビティ(12)に前記第2の交換型(3)に設けられた射出路を通して二次成形樹脂を射出して、一次成形体(53)と固着した二次成形体(54)を成形するとともに転写材の加飾層(102)と二次成形体(54)とを接着し、
前記一次成形体(53)と前記二次成形体(54)を前記転写材(100)から剥離することによって、前記転写材の加飾層(102)が表面に転写され、前記一次成形体(53)又は二次成形体(54)を透明窓部とし、他方を本体部とする電子機器用筐体を製造する電子機器用筐体の製造方法。 - 前記一次成形樹脂として、透明な樹脂を射出して一次成形体(53)を成形し、前記二次成形体(54)を本体部とし前記一次成形体(53)を透明窓部とする電子機器用筐体を製造する、請求項1に記載の電子機器用筐体の製造方法。
- 前記二次成形樹脂として、透明な樹脂を射出して二次成形体(54)を成形し、前記一次成形体(53)を本体部とし前記二次成形体(54)を透明窓部とする電子機器用筐体を製造する、請求項1に記載の電子機器用筐体の製造方法。
- 前記一次成形体は、前記一次成形樹脂として、JIS−K7105に規定される可視光透過率が80%以上、JIS−K5600−5−4に規定される鉛筆硬度がF以上の樹脂を用いて成形される、請求項1又は2に記載の電子機器用筐体の製造方法。
- 前記一次成形体は、前記一次成形樹脂として、ポリメチルメタクリレート樹脂にゴムを添加した樹脂を用いて成形される、請求項4に記載の電子機器用筐体の製造方法。
- 前記二次成形体は、前記二次成形樹脂として、ASTM−D256に規定されるアイゾット衝撃強さが10KJ/m2以上の樹脂を用いて成形される、請求項1又は2に記載の電子機器用筐体の製造方法。
- 前記二次成形樹脂は、前記一次成形樹脂よりも成形温度が高い樹脂であり、前記一次成形体の表面を溶融して前記一次成形体と二次成形体と固着させる、請求項1に記載の電子機器用筐体の製造方法。
- 前記加飾層(102)は、前記一次成形用キャビティ(11)内に収まるように配置可能な面積を有する透明領域(111b)と、前記透明領域の周囲に設けられた不透明領域(111a)を有し、前記加飾層が一次成形体と二次成形体との固着部分近傍を隠蔽可能に転写される請求項1又は2に記載の電子機器用筐体の製造方法。
- 前記加飾層の透明領域(111b)は、透明な樹脂を含むインキにより構成され、前記透明領域(111b)が前記一次成形体に接着している、請求項8に記載の電子機器用筐体の製造方法。
