Claims (3)
- ドロマイトクリンカーのみ、または、ドロマイトクリンカーとマグネシアクリンカーとからなり、CaO成分の含有量W1とMgO成分の含有量W2との質量比W1/W2が0.33〜3.0になるように配合してなる配合物に、バインダーを添加して混練、成形後、500℃以上で熱処理した後にピッチまたはタールを含浸後、さらに500℃以上で熱処理した耐火物であって、
炭素成分の含有量は、含浸したピッチまたはタールの残留炭素分を含む0.5〜10質量%である前記耐火物を少なくとも溶鋼と接する部位に配置した難付着性連続鋳造ノズル。 - ドロマイトクリンカーのみ、または、ドロマイトクリンカーとマグネシアクリンカーとからなり、CaO成分の含有量W1とMgO成分の含有量W2との質量比W1/W2が0.33〜3.0になるように配合してなる配合物に、バインダーを添加して混練、成形、熱処理後、ピッチまたはタールを含浸し、さらに、500℃以上で熱処理した耐火物であって、
炭素成分の含有量は、含浸したピッチまたはタールの残留炭素分を含む0.5〜10質量%である前記耐火物を少なくとも溶鋼と接する部位に配置した難付着性連続鋳造ノズル。 - 前記の耐火物を内孔体として浸漬ノズルの内孔へ配置した請求項1または請求項2に記載の難付着性連続鋳造ノズル。
